It's a great place. I've been to a lot of places in the city, but everything is clear here. I announced what I wanted - the seller immediately offered everything. And every time, everything is as it should be. After several visits, they find out, they immediately say that there is. What is new to try and what is not suitable. They are definitely great guys, respect them and there would be more such points!)
An absolutely impolite salesman!
When the receipt came out of the cash register, I thought the seller was giving it to me. I snatched it out. Then I thought I'd made a mistake and decided to ask, "Excuse me, is this my check?" The seller replies with a displeased face: "Before you snatched it, yours." Does the seller have the right to talk to customers like that? Then I say, "Okay, thanks, goodbye." There is silence in response. Is this normal at all??? I want to hear the organization's response!
Next time I'll ask for a complaint book.
the staff is ABSOLUTELY not customer-oriented. I used to come, I could even have a nice chat with the seller, but now: service through my teeth, rolling my eyes, absolutely no initiative. I came in when there was an intern and a guy on shift. there are no questions for the new girl, but the guy just killed:/
