A neighbor recently connected to CityNet, says the Internet is faster than my provider, I left a request for connection, a specialist contacted me, agreed on the time and day. On Monday, a working day, I called the specialist myself in the morning, did not arrive at the appointed time, promised to arrive after another 2 hours after being late, as a result, I did not arrive and does not answer the phone. The call center says that the application has been canceled, and they can't help in any way. I paid for my provider, I live happily. I will ask my neighbor in a month how his Internet is doing, with such a quality of service, I think he will soon switch to my provider))
We helped to re-sign the contract over the Internet. The office is clean, the staff are friendly and competent. The Internet from them is stable and fast, for a relatively small price.
The Internet in Baku is generally very bad. This operator has eternal crashes and Internet outages. They turn it off supposedly "for prevention", but they don't even warn their customers about it, and someone has urgent work going on. Calls are not answered in 80 percent of cases. The price is very high even if compared with the Internet in Russia, but in Russia the speed is cosmic, and here 100 MB maximum. In general, it's terrible.
