We were with my husband in early November, 7 nights. Overall, the hotel is great. For three stars, take it, you won't regret it: cheap and angry.
Positive.
1) Room cleaning every day, water, tea, coffee - in the room.
2) we had breakfast and dinner: OK, the choice is small, but we ate enough.
3) very polite staff, there was not a single problem, they always suggested if necessary. But they only speak English, be prepared, download the translator.
4) Wi-Fi is excellent throughout the hotel.
5) The pool is small, but pleasant, beautiful view, towels are provided, there are drinks.
6) There are rooms for smokers! So far, this has not been seen anywhere.
7) Ideal location - Emirates Mall is 7 minutes away at a leisurely pace, and there is everything you want: food courts, metro, supermarkets, even an alcohol store (called MMI, just to the left of the Mall entrance from the parking lot, a passport is required at the checkout).
8) There is a small bar-night club, every day there are different parties, there is a sports restaurant-bar.
Minuses:
1) The hotel is small, completely packed with tourists, who sometimes behave very loudly, especially at dinner.

4) Transfer to the beach is really the main disadvantage, I agree with previous reviews. To book a transfer for 11-15 people, you need to stand in line at the reception at 5:50 in the morning! And it's not a fact that the people in front of you won't come even earlier. Keep this in mind when choosing a hotel. It was not so important to us: there are 81 buses from the Mall to any beach, a very convenient route, 15 minutes and you are already on Jumeirah Beach or Kite Beach. Pros: The hotel has a wonderful location-near the mall, transport stops, metro, 2 Day-to-Day shops with low prices, Lulu and Corfour in the mall where you can buy ready-made food. We watched all the sights by taking the bus or metro. Nearby there are exchangers in a mall or supermarket.
The room was given on the ground floor, but we were checked in before 14 o'clock. We were on New Year's holidays-a lot of people both settled in and left.
There is a kettle in the room, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, 2 bottles of water-replenished during cleaning, a refrigerator, dental supplies in the bathtub.
The wifi worked great.
There is a TV with some Russian channels, but if we turned on the TV, then the Arabic channel with music.
The transfer to the beach was not used, I heard there were some difficulties-everything is in advance, you need to catch this shuttle. It's easier to take a metrobus and not get up early in the morning and come back whenever you want.

Nice, but not a big room. For 2 adults and a child, they were given a room with one King-size bed, and when asked for a room with extra space, they replied that they only had such beds.
Transfer to the beach and back.
The food is good, even though the breakfasts are monotonous.
The main advantage of the hotel is its location - near the Dubai Mall, from where you can get to all the attractions.

The location is convenient for shopping. The rooftop pool is normal. It's a long way to the beach - by taxi 20-25 minutes. The shuttle to the beach is not for us, it is always packed.

A wonderful city hotel. There is a metro nearby, you can get to any side of Dubai. I liked the room, they asked for a higher one, they gave me the 14th floor, standard. The pool is warm on the 15th floor, a towel is given out there, there are several sun beds. We ate good breakfasts. The staff was polite, all our questions were resolved quickly and professionally. The hotel fee for 5 days was charged 50 dirhams, but this is the case everywhere. Have a good rest, you should come back!!!
