I took this hotel on the assumption that I would walk a lot and just need a roof over my head. Deserves its 3 stars. I rested from 03/31/2022 to 04/11/2022. The location is great, lots of supermarkets, close to the center, close to the metro. The pool is a little shallow, but it's tolerable. The staff is amazing, cleaning every day, towels, gel, hair dryer, water, coffee, dry cream, tea and sugar - it's all there. The breakfast menu, of course, is monotonous, but there is meat, vegetables, and fruits. Several types of juice, coffee, toast. You can eat normally. True, the currency is changed at a much lower rate than everywhere else.
Minus - there are no sockets near the bed.
The rooms are clean.
For such a price, I was satisfied.

Great city hotel! Small rooms, cleaned every day. Towels were given out only large ones. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, there were fruits, pastries. On the roof of the hotel there is a swimming pool, sun beds. Wi-Fi works perfectly, both in the room and by the pool! To the metro 10 min.

Quite an acceptable hotel.
It's a long time to wait for check-in until 14h, if you arrive early.
Cleaning, towels, Every day. Drinking water, tea, coffee bags are given every day. There is a kettle. Condey, the hot water is normal.

Quite a breakfast. I couldn't eat everything. I took it with me.

You can get a schedule of free buses to the beach, to outlets from security.

The staff is very hospitable, liked the restaurant, buffet, lots of greenery! With the exception of the disadvantages in the rooms, it's cool in the evenings even with the air conditioners turned off, the bed linen is wet, although they make it every day, change the linen on request, there are no sockets near the beds, you need an extension cord, there is also no iron and ironing board in the room, you need to ask, there is trouble with towels, also a big deficit, the first two days are two big and one leg, then one big one, one day! Two more days without towels at all! They applied, several times, asked, they do not refuse, but they forget everything! Or they don't have time to dry! So take yours! ☝️Hotel for the appropriate money! I recommend it!

A good hotel for its 3 stars. We rested there for a week in mid-December. They asked for a non-smoking room. I liked everything, cleaned every day, water and tea/coffee were also added every day. Good afternoon, everyone. The hotel clearly does not deserve 3 stars. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. Upon arrival, even toilet paper and soap were not put. The food is monotonous and tired in 3 days. An assortment of food for an amateur. The dishes in the room are a kettle and paper cups. Public transport is about 1.5-2 km away, it's a long way from the habit, and I don't really want to walk in the heat. Transfer to the public beach 2 times a day. As a rule, this is a bus that goes around 5 more hotels, this hotel is the last on the route. Standing passengers are not taken, respectively, it is problematic to get there. The only nation who is well treated in the hotel is the Hindus, since the owner of the hotel is from India. The staff is mostly friendly, but not neat and attentive (Hindu men). The view from the windows of the hotel is a construction site. Conclusion - this hotel is suitable only for overnight stays and with the presence of shoes for taking a shower.

I think that a good hotel for your money.
Three stars - standard room is clean, nice, cleaning every day.
Two bottles of water are given free of charge daily.
Minus for me - there is only shower gel in the bathroom and that's it.
No toothbrushes and toothpaste, no shampoo.
But still it's 3 stars.
We rested with my husband for a week in mid-May 2021 at a very budget price, so we are really happy with everything.
It is unpleasant that the free shuttle to the beach was canceled, since no one will walk 4km.
I had to take a taxi - one way for two 400-500r.
Or on a free shuttle, which was provided by the beach.
At 10 in the morning I went back to the hotel at 14-00.
