I took this hotel on the assumption that I would walk a lot and just need a roof over my head. Deserves its 3 stars. I rested from 03/31/2022 to 04/11/2022. The location is great, lots of supermarkets, close to the center, close to the metro. The pool is a little shallow, but it's tolerable. The staff is amazing, cleaning every day, towels, gel, hair dryer, water, coffee, dry cream, tea and sugar - it's all there. The breakfast menu, of course, is monotonous, but there is meat, vegetables, and fruits. Several types of juice, coffee, toast. You can eat normally. True, the currency is changed at a much lower rate than everywhere else.
Minus - there are no sockets near the bed.
The rooms are clean.
For such a price, I was satisfied.
The hotel does not deserve 3 stars, maximum 2. The pool did not work, in August!!! The room is battered by life. The room is very cold, the air conditioner is not regulated in any way. 15-20 minutes to the metro, a little far. The impressions were not very good.
Friendly staff, clean rooms (daily cleaning), delicious breakfasts, you can have lunch and dinner in an Indian restaurant on the ground floor. Solid 4.
Big hotel, polite staff. The cuisine is Indian (spicy), personally my opinion. Not expensive, but the location is in a working area, far from the sea (there is a transfer from the hotel for free).
I don't recommend it. The hotel did not come to us. The rooms are small, it's good if the view is not to the courtyard. Far from the metro station (18 minutes if not cut).
Great city hotel! Small rooms, cleaned every day. Towels were given out only large ones. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, there were fruits, pastries. On the roof of the hotel there is a swimming pool, sun beds. Wi-Fi works perfectly, both in the room and by the pool! To the metro 10 min.
Quite an acceptable hotel.
It's a long time to wait for check-in until 14h, if you arrive early.
Cleaning, towels, Every day. Drinking water, tea, coffee bags are given every day. There is a kettle. Condey, the hot water is normal.
On the top floor there is a fitness room and a swimming pool.
Quite a breakfast. I couldn't eat everything. I took it with me.
The waiters themselves are recruiting because of the pandemic.
Behind the hotel there is a very acceptable food point with different food, and chicken and more.
The most important thing is that there are a lot of fresh and smoothies from different fruits. Very cheap 9.12 Drx. , it's 180-200 rubles.
And they seem to work all night. I took it there after 00:00.
Ask for "shawarma" and they will show you.
The hotel liked the responsive guards and men at the reception.
You can get a schedule of free buses to the beach, to outlets from security.
Print out your transfer to the airport at the reception the day before departure.
Liquid soap in the rooms is not very convenient to use) But it is there.
La Mer beach is nice, but Dubai Marina is more beautiful.
There are 2 metro stations at the same distance. One left to go from the hotel, then the right entrance. If you turn left when you go to the metro line, it's at the top there. That will be an inexpensive store. There are good bed linen and other cotton. And the metro to the right also has 2 Indian supermarkets.
Another station to the right and immediately on the right turn. There are also large supermarkets there.
We are coming to Dubai for the second time, as we did not have time to visit everything we would like at once, for the first time in the Citimax Hotel Bur Dubai, Honest three stars, like the hotel itself! The staff is very hospitable, liked the restaurant, buffet, lots of greenery! With the exception of the disadvantages in the rooms, it's cool in the evenings even with the air conditioners turned off, the bed linen is wet, although they make it every day, change the linen on request, there are no sockets near the beds, you need an extension cord, there is also no iron and ironing board in the room, you need to ask, there is trouble with towels, also a big deficit, the first two days are two big and one leg, then one big one, one day! Two more days without towels at all! They applied, several times, asked, they do not refuse, but they forget everything! Or they don't have time to dry! So take yours! ☝️Hotel for the appropriate money! I recommend it!
A cool hotel, the room is clean, towels were changed every day, the staff is polite and very attentive, if something needs to be reacted immediately. The rooftop pool is super.
The food is delicious. But there are no cheeses. The rooms and furniture are old. Located in an area with prostitutes. There is a crowded bus to the beach, you don't always get into it, but there is no other one.
A good hotel for its 3 stars. We rested there for a week in mid-December. They asked for a non-smoking room. I liked everything, cleaned every day, water and tea/coffee were also added every day. We took accommodation with breakfast, we also liked everything: the cuisine is both local and European, everything is delicious and quite diverse. The only negative is the distance from the metro, but there is a bus stop nearby
Good afternoon, everyone. The hotel clearly does not deserve 3 stars. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. Upon arrival, even toilet paper and soap were not put. The food is monotonous and tired in 3 days. An assortment of food for an amateur. The dishes in the room are a kettle and paper cups. Public transport is about 1.5-2 km away, it's a long way from the habit, and I don't really want to walk in the heat. Transfer to the public beach 2 times a day. As a rule, this is a bus that goes around 5 more hotels, this hotel is the last on the route. Standing passengers are not taken, respectively, it is problematic to get there. The only nation who is well treated in the hotel is the Hindus, since the owner of the hotel is from India. The staff is mostly friendly, but not neat and attentive (Hindu men). The view from the windows of the hotel is a construction site. Conclusion - this hotel is suitable only for overnight stays and with the presence of shoes for taking a shower.
A middle-class hotel. The rooms are small, but the location is very good. Nearby there is a shopping center and small shops. From here it is convenient to go anywhere in the city. The price corresponds to the quality.
Good breakfasts, the room was caught with a window into the well - it was sad, but we walked a lot, it compensated for the shortcomings. Not far from the metro.
For such a price, a good place 👍
The most terrible hotel that I have met, And the food is just awful , The cleaning was 1 time in a week! The towel was also not changed in a week , thanks to the sea , which smoothed it all out 🙈
A great hotel, not all the fives have a change of linen every day, friendly staff, there is not much variety for breakfast, but you can eat very tightly
The room got a standard, good one. The staff is generally pleasant. But the hotel is focused on Hindus and there are a lot of them there. Having breakfast is a whole ordeal, you can't break through the Hindus, lunch and dinner are free. The area is not interesting, but the location is not bad, the metro is 12 minutes on foot.
It is necessary to understand the hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The hotel is old, not big ... But otherwise, everything is well cleaned every day, tea coffee and water are brought every day, Breakfast is a great choice
Good service, the bus takes you to the sea according to the schedule, it is convenient, there is no need for a pool. We took breakfast, we were not hungry, there was something to eat. Wi-Fi caught well, 10 minutes walk to the metro, many shops nearby.
For your money, a great hotel, the food is mainly for Hindus - curry, spicy, various tortillas. And of course chicken sausages and eggs.

I can't recommend this hotel. In general, everything is not bad, but....
1. Terrible food, in particular breakfasts.. It's hard to find something for yourself.
2. There are a lot of (very) Hindus, it's annoying.
3. Very high humidity in the rooms, things, towels, swimsuits - just do not dry out overnight!! And this is a real problem. The windows in the rooms practically do not open, the purge is 0((
I had a rest this year at this hotel I liked the staff service not far from the metro in the vicinity of shops but it takes a long time to get to the beach a big plus there is a shuttle service to the beach goes 2 times a day
A good hotel, you can relax, the rooms don't stink, they clean every day, one employee at the reception speaks Russian, everyone is polite, there is a swimming pool on the roof, on the 1st floor there is not an expensive bar with football broadcasts.
Vacation in January 2022. Check-in immediately upon arrival. Friendly . I'm without English, but we understood each other. Cleaning is neat, daily. Number 720, I don't know the name of the janitor- a great guy. By the pool, a nice guy gives out sheets, his name is Paul. I recommend a hotel. The disadvantage is that the window did not open in the room.
I think that a good hotel for your money.
Three stars - standard room is clean, nice, cleaning every day.
Two bottles of water are given free of charge daily.
Minus for me - there is only shower gel in the bathroom and that's it.
No toothbrushes and toothpaste, no shampoo.
But still it's 3 stars.
We rested with my husband for a week in mid-May 2021 at a very budget price, so we are really happy with everything.
It is unpleasant that the free shuttle to the beach was canceled, since no one will walk 4km.
I had to take a taxi - one way for two 400-500r.
Or on a free shuttle, which was provided by the beach.
At 10 in the morning I went back to the hotel at 14-00.
The food for 3+ is monotonous the rooms are cleaned every day, the bed is changed, towels are transferred to the beach as there is a place, then you will go one bus to several hotels
A good hotel I recommend to everyone an inexpensive room stay from 20 euros, I kind of advise. Everything is close, everything is at hand, we went to the tower very high
... the hotel is on a solid three)) ... well, maybe with a plus)...cheese is not served for breakfast (this is in case someone likes cheese)...you won 't wait)
...with regard to the bay... we were in the thick of it, out of season, early July... fresh milk is colder than water...
