Hotel. Citimax Bur Dubai has an objective status of 3 stars, but I will be happy to put 5 stars, I will explain why. There was nothing here that did not meet the needs or requirements. The food is really good, the staff is polite, friendly, conscientious, they run to do everything you ask, and they will bring water to the room and fresh tomatoes for breakfast for you personally, if not for everyone. Rooms are cleaned daily. The cherry on the cake is a rooftop pool with an awesome view of the Burj Khalifa. Well, what else do you need? Class, go will not regret it)))
The food is very spicy, there is practically no fruit, the coffee is disgusting. Room cleaning is good. The room has no balcony, on the ground floor there is a view from the window to the wall, there is nowhere to dry things. To the beach, either transfer 1 time a day (limited number of seats), or taxi ~ $ 6. Within walking distance only grocery and essential stores.
Lifehag: if you take breakfast-dinner, there is an option to replace dinner for lunch, and lunch is wonderful and traditional - soup, salad, side dish and meat (or fish), everything is not spicy, I recommend it!
I rested with my daughter in this department from 16.01.23-22.01.23 .., I have not seen such a number of Indians yet.. what's in the hotel, what's in the area... terrible of course.. she ate very spicy, not tasty.. we took the 2nd meal, did not have dinner.. overpaid for nothing.. we lived on the ground floor.. it's a nightmare, of course, the Indians are very noisy, they yelled at night ... the room was not cleaned while we went to get it ourselves… Then he came to clean up.. One of the advantages is that the hotel is located 15 minutes from the beach, a free bus ... I will never return to this hotel, I will not advise anyone ... the hotel is designed for Indians, it's a pity that the Tour Operator did not say about it.. the rest was ruined
Very modest accommodation, but I think 3 stars is fine. The pool is small on the roof . The room has air conditioning. The food is not very diverse, but it will go for 3 stars.

A gorgeous hotel. Cool pool at the top of the hotel. The reception staff is excellent, friendly and lovely. There are metro and bus stops nearby. There is also an Emirates Mall nearby.
The hotel is urban, not beach, not central. But at the same time a very decent location. The food is national, specific. The service is decent.

In the hotel from June 24 to July 2, room 394 (without a view) Pros: you can walk to the metro (15 min), there are a lot of supermarkets nearby, I liked the breakfasts, much more diverse than in other 4-star hotels (despite the fact that the kitchen is focused more on Hindus and Pakistanis, you can find something to eat and delicious, thanks a lot to the chefs), I am happy with the cleaning (tea coffee water cream replenished), who cleaned the room during this period, all well done, very cool bed linen, pillow and blanket, as if you are dipping into a soft gentle cloud, a comfortable workplace, in 5 days of work, in principle, did not get tired of the chair
Now about the cons:
ROOM: someone bit me, I'm allergic to bites, no remedy like acriderm helped, I didn't find anyone from flying (I didn't have such an itch from Dubai mosquitoes), one night I woke up from a wild itch on my elbow, I found a bug in the bed from living creatures, possibly from due to humidity and cold, like local bedbugs, the room is cold and humid, when I stopped by it was +15 degrees, it's tin, take warm pajamas, nothing dries, my swimsuit does not dry out 3 threads per day, at night for some reason the water in the toilet often runs, I woke up constantly, very thin toilet paper and napkins, I understand it is necessary to save, but you use 5 times more of this paper, it immediately gets wet and sticks
INTERNET: in principle, good, stable, I had enough speed to work, but the file download size is 4GB, the time is almost 5h writes
SWIMMING POOL: for such a hotel, it is very small (you can remove the pots with flowers and add sun loungers), there are a lot of people, if you want to relax and swim or read a book (someone constantly plops into the water and splashes you) it will not work (only when opening in the morning it is possible), I do not want to offend other nationalities, but they are very noisy, loud, do not think about others, play ball in the water occupying the entire pool, if you do not eat there to drink cleanly, then it is difficult to endure everything sober
RECEPTION: luggage storage just leave your things in the room, (in other hotels, a card for how many bags is broadcast on your things), here you leave it yourself, take it, I advise you not to leave anything valuable there
There was a night flight, it's hard, check-in at 14h (as in principle everywhere, but in all hotels (and I'm in Dubai 7 times) they try not to pull up to 2x and if there is a room to check in faster) here they offered to pay extra like about 100 dirhams, I understood the rooms were ready, Wi-Fi is not given until check-in, there are no seats in the lobby, tk. a lot of people are being evicted, someone is waiting for check-in, there was nowhere to sit, I was waiting in the changing room near the pool on a wooden bench, barely alive at 13h came up and I was still settled (there was already a guy, before that a harmful girl, gave a strange number, and she said to wait until 14h)
BOTTOM LINE: -if you have been saving up for this vacation for a long time, waiting, you have 1 in a year, better find a more comfortable hotel (a woman came up to me to chat and was very disappointed)
- if you only need a hotel to spend the night, or as in my case, just for a change of scenery, I took 1 day before departure on the principle of the cheapest because time accidentally appeared and I have already had a normal vacation several times this year, then you can go purely for a change of scenery
The food didn't really suit us, it was clean, towels are changed every day, there is no staff who knows Russian, it was hard to communicate. And in general, for 3 stars, a good hotel and a good location
This is Indiyamah😂
There are no more words😅
And in general, everything is clean, cleaned every day. Nice staff.
The food is more Indian, but we just don't have breakfast.
There are a lot of Hindus!
It's not bad, there are just a lot of them)
The cuisine is correspondingly Indian and not very tasty.
The pool is nice, the room service is also great.
The rest left an ambiguous impression . Probably 3 stars is even too much . From the negative: darned stained sheets, a very strange kitchen. A lot of Indians, probably designed for them.Too sharp . There is not much variety. Dinners are better than breakfasts. One not spicy dish can be found. From drinks only water . The rooms have nowhere to dry things after the beach . Be prepared that they will take $ 20 upon arrival . My tour operator didn't warn me about this! A trifle, but unpleasant... And at the end of the rest, the girls at the reception insist on writing good reviews! They stand over the soul during dinner . Not very nice on their part ...
Of the pros: cleaning the rooms every day and walking distance to the metro.
The food for breakfast for 4 ku is not our kitchen , you know , but you can eat something boiled egg, sausages , pancakes. The service is normal every day you can ask to clean up and change the towel and throw in water with tea! There is a swimming pool, they only give out a towel, alcohol, a bottle of beer 40 dirhams, and we walked 5 km to the sea one evening from the beach by taxi in 30 minutes.
A very noisy hotel. It is not possible to sleep at night, music plays almost all night. You can talk to neighbors through walls and with staff behind closed doors.
I didn't like the hotel at all. The food is not delicious, it's the same every day. The room was cleaned only 2 times in 5 days. The dampness is strong in the room, there is no balcony, nothing dries.
For its level *** the hotel is good. The breakfasts are quite good, everything is cooked well and there is a large selection of dishes. The hotel is focused more on guests from India, Pakistan, etc. It is nice that there is a metro nearby, there are many markets nearby. And the hotel itself is 4-5
metro stations from the center. Everywhere is clean. The only little pleasant surprise was for us when checking in the tax collection of 70 dirhams per room. Somehow we were not warned about this. The dollars have not been exchanged yet. Therefore, at the reception they changed us $ 100 at a very unfavorable rate and gave us 346 dirhams. Whereas, in the exchangers we could get 367 dirhams. Well, now we will clarify in advance about any such taxes.
Renovation in the hotel is time to update. I personally didn't like it very much
The pool on the roof is not bad, but the sun beds, many of them were dusty and very ancient, the towels are stained, and it is not yet clear why you can't smoke hookah on the roof??cigarettes are smoked, but hookah is not allowed!?
The room is very cramped for two, I could barely disassemble the suitcase, it is large in size, and barely squeezed in, I was sorting under the table. In the bathroom, all the water from the shower was constantly pouring on the floor, you just try to wash carefully, and still the whole floor was wet, the sink barely drained, apparently there was a fuss. The shower head is terribly uncomfortable, because if you need to wash your head, then it is impossible , it is located under the ceiling and is not adjustable ! Which is very bad, especially for girls:(
Such trifles, but spoil the whole impression, are not thought out for people.
There are always a lot of shl*x sitting next to the hotel, it was terrible to watch.
And leaflets with their numbers are scattered everywhere on all the streets.
Near the metro , 10 minutes to walk , near a huge shopping center of 5 floors, there is a lot of everything not expensive, food, women's, men's, children's clothing, toys and a lot of things for the house.
A normal hotel, but a lot of Indians, they are very noisy) in general, everything is clean, cleaned every day.
There is a rooftop pool, a small gym. The cuisine is more Indian, delicious.

The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the bus to the beach, people don't get in, they swear, the bus is small. The breakfasts are monotonous, the same thing every day. The room is clean, the hotel is not badly located, near the metro, shops.

We really liked this hotel, we wanted to save money so that we could visit more excursions. We only spent the night and had breakfast at the hotel. We swam several times in the rooftop pool. There was a free bus from the hotel to the beach at 9 am, but it was very early for us and we didn't go. The breakfasts are good. Clear. There were always fresh towels, shower gel, shampoo. The area is safe, sleeping. A crowded hotel, but no one bothered to sleep. There is a small grocery and grocery store 300 meters from the hotel. It may be stuffy in the dining room, but if you sit down at the fish tank in the second hall, it's cooler and more cozy there. They left 5 dirhams a day, put on the bed, as a sign of gratitude for cleaning. So I was advised to do it in the Dominican Republic, I put 1 dollar there
The food is for an amateur, the service is acceptable, the rooms are cleaned regularly and not bad, the porters are very intrusive, the rooms are old but clean!
There are a lot of Indians and Pakistanis. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. The breakfasts are lousy, you won't be hungry, but they are very meager.

I will never return to this hotel and I do not advise anyone to visit.
The hotel is 3 stars, but in fact 1, and then with a stretch.
By points:
1. In the hotel, 99% are guests from India. I don't want to write insults, but personally, to put it mildly, I don't digest this nationality. Who knows, he will understand this smell, their kitchen, but about the kitchen later.
2. The hotel is "not fresh". The repair is crying for him; everything in the room is smeared / smeared, repainted 100 times. The walls are stained, furniture fittings, lamps are rusty, as the room is very damp. Thank God the window can be opened, but it did not save. Due to the high humidity, it is impossible to dry washed clothes (even socks).
3. You will definitely not be alone, because not only you live in the room, but also insects, namely ants. They're everywhere. It is impossible to leave food. Well, at least they didn't bite, thanks for that.
4. Nutrition. We had a buffet breakfast included. The only thing we could eat there was tea/coffee, milk, fruit (1 time it was sour), yogurt (sometimes it was sour), vegetables, bread, boiled eggs (in the first days, then they disappeared, no one eats them, the same ones were served all week). Everything else was specific to us, purely Indian cuisine. It had an unpleasant appearance and smell. They tasted something - very spicy and not tasty. Perhaps this is a very acceptable breakfast for someone. But we are used to eating more densely in the morning, food, not snacks /dessert.
5. Rooftop pool. In general, everything is fine in the pool. The city is visible. But... the towel that is given out when visiting, we got only once. Then they were gone. The mattresses on the sun beds look terrible. All stained, smelly. But this is not surprising, since they are not covered with a waterproof fabric, absorb moisture and simply do not dry out.
6. Location. To the metro 20 minutes on foot. The bus stop is 2-3 minutes away (but the buses we need did not depart from it and did not arrive at it)
7. The only plus! Cleaning every day: changing towels, vacuuming and changing bed linen.

For a three-star hotel, very, very good. The room is clean, there is everything you need - shower gel, soap, coffee, tea and even a kettle to boil water. But the air conditioning system is shared, it's cold in the room. In the hotter season, I think it will compensate, but in January it was cold. Within walking distance of the metro and McDonald's, as well as the shopping center.

Clean hotel, cleaning, linen change, often. They give you one towel.
The hotel is mainly used by Hindus/Pakistanis, so it can be noisy in the lobby.
The pool is clean, but for some reason cleaning is done at a time when there are the most people. You can also wash the floor after closing...
A good chain hotel, a concept for Asia.
Russians are good here, the main thing is to set yourself up for a positive, then the weather is great and the sea is pleasant.
Objective assessment, fully consistent with the price / quality.
Of the minuses: location (far from the center), lack of a balcony, there was a view of the wall of the neighboring building. Although taking into account the heat. (we were out of season for the UAE, in the summer), we would hardly go out on the balcony
Of the pros: there was a half-punch, they fed well, desserts for dinner, ice cream, there was even cheesecake once, 5-6 types of side dishes, always fish and chicken + 1 type of meat (beef, lamb), but all this is most often in a curry-type sauce. Chicken can be both in curry and without curry. For breakfast, delicious omelets, fruit - watermelon, oranges, melon. There were those who constantly said how terrible everything is, poorly fed, but I have traveled more than 40 countries and living in hotels from 2 to 5 suites, I write objectively: the price / quality corresponds.
The reception will always help, 2-5 people are always there (both administrators and guests), groups coming from India. The room was cleaned every day, 2-3 bottles of water, tea/coffee were always updated.
There is a small swimming pool on the roof from 8 to 20 hours.
Below I attach the schedule of the free transfer from the hotel. I was unlucky with the bus from the beach only once (I had to pick it up at 19 o'clock in the open, but I arrived at 19.30 and said that I left earlier, because I was full, either it was true, or I decided to take a day off in the open, I arrived, the crowd rushed, but I closed the bus and went for a walk))) The rest of the times I drove clearly, according to the schedule.
A taxi from the beach /to La mer beach costs 17-20 dirhams. A very successful beach, new, all the infrastructure is there, free, lifeguards, etc., in the summer it was half empty.
Keep in mind that hotels in the UAE take a tourist fee WHEN checking in, we paid in dollars, without changing it to dirhams, since the hotel rate is lower
From the pros: they do NOT take a deposit, which most often amounts to $ 200-500 in UAE hotels, which are then returned in dirhams on the day of departure and they need to change them to $ again, well, or they block it on the card (if they made a foreign bank). They subtract from them what you could damage (theoretically) or ordered to the room / used the services of the hotel. We didn't have this deposit, but we went with a package from a tour operator. I don't know how in other cases in this hotel. There was a long queue at the airport to exchange currency back. Moreover, the euro exchange rate was lower than the dollar (at the airport, in the exchange offices of the city a little higher).
Super hotel, Swimming pool, rooms-I really liked it. The only thing is that the staff does not speak Russian, it just needs to be taken into account. And so I liked everything
We stayed at the hotel in November 2022, we really liked Showkat, who cleaned the room, the room was always clean. Complaints about how we were taken to the beach, there were not enough seats on the bus almost always. The food was good, the service at breakfast and dinner is good
Clean, crowded, friendly. There are few Russians and Belarusians in the hotel, mostly Indians and Pakistanis. There were Germans, a little.
The cuisine is sharp, monotonous, like the Indian continent. But always fruit, ice cream, cakes. There was both chicken and beef.Did not starve!))Overall, good!!!
I don't recommend it.no way.it was the fourth trip, there was something to compare it with.I fell for the cost of the hotel....mostly some Indians.there is pandemonium at breakfast and lunch, there are not enough glasses, cutlery.the rooms are small, not always cleaned.if you catch a cleaner, then you'll be with a towel.there is one plus from the location, the metro is not far away.7-10 minutes on foot.taxis are not called at the counter.you can't catch it on the street in this area.private traders, break the price!I spat on the rest of the payment and moved to another hotel....that's when the rest can be considered and began!
Terrible hotel.
For the first time we received such negative impressions from the rest. The rooms are small with a tiny window (and it is impossible to move to a room of the best category for an additional fee, since all the rooms are the same). There is humidity in the rooms-nothing dries out. Most of the guests are Hindus and Pakistanis. The food is appropriate, there is nothing to eat.
To top it all off, at night, when the night bar is open on the 1st floor, prostitutes walk, offer their services.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
A good hotel to spend the night in Dubai. The rooms are very small, there is nowhere to hang a swimsuit to dry even. There is a rooftop pool. Cleaning every day. Buffet (food is mostly spicy)
A small residue remained from the contingent of people living in the hotel. Visitors from India, Pakistan and neighboring countries look at the girls like wildlings. There are no complaints about the hotel in this, but I think it should be borne in mind.

Excellent hotel, delicious varied breakfast, responsive and friendly staff. Cleanliness and comfort, tea and coffee in the room. Convenient location. We'll come back again.
Fuuu, the hotel is not for recreation... the stink, especially in the evening from the bar - as you enter the hotel and immediately smell tobacco. The food is not tasty and not even edible, one-sided (( there are so many people in the dining room that I had to look for a free table ((( Only the location saves him, otherwise a nasty hotel. I wanted to leave it on the first day!
I didn't like the hotel very much, the pool doesn't work, which the tour operator didn't warn about! For dinner, drinks are only water, the promised towels are not given to the beach. We left the hotel early, so we were given breakfast on the road - bread and melon not ripe!
It still doesn't reach 3 stars, I'm sorry. the guests are mostly Hindus. arrogant, annoying, noisy and brusque.
when I arrived at the room, I didn't even have towels, I had to call the reception in the middle of the night. soap-snout, kst, it was close to each other, but I'm always with my own. there are no slippers. there's not even a wardrobe there, just a hanger on the wall. the room was 733 with a wall view on the 7th floor. the water is problematic, then it sparks, then ice, and the shower is embedded in the wall, if you are above 180cm, it will be inconvenient
The hotel is very good for its 3 stars, clean, cleaned every day, convenient location: two metro stations nearby, a bus goes to the beach, the breakfasts are excellent, there is something to eat, the staff does not speak Russian, but there are Yandex translators.
The hotel is nice, convenient location, daily change of bed linen, but the regret is that there is a lot of spicy food and no drinks for dinner, except water.
A hotel for Hindus. They gave a room with a window to the courtyard, so there is a well, the sky is not visible. The next day they asked to be relocated. It is better to look for another option. If I knew, I wouldn't have chosen him.
In general, a good hotel pulls on its 3 stars. The kitchen is one-sided, the staff is only English-speaking. There are many Indians and Pakistanis in the hotel.
I took this hotel on the assumption that I would walk a lot and just need a roof over my head. Deserves its 3 stars. I rested from 03/31/2022 to 04/11/2022. The location is great, lots of supermarkets, close to the center, close to the metro. The pool is a little shallow, but it's tolerable. The staff is amazing, cleaning every day, towels, gel, hair dryer, water, coffee, dry cream, tea and sugar - it's all there. The breakfast menu, of course, is monotonous, but there is meat, vegetables, and fruits. Several types of juice, coffee, toast. You can eat normally. True, the currency is changed at a much lower rate than everywhere else.
Minus - there are no sockets near the bed.
The rooms are clean.
For such a price, I was satisfied.
