An average hotel.
The residents are mostly Pakistanis and Indians.
The rooms are clean, there is a refrigerator and a safe.
1 towel, soap, gel and toilet paper.
At night, a disco bar is open on the ground floor, where Pakistanis and Indians walk, they bring moths from the streets.
Cuisine and breakfasts of Indian cuisine: a lot of chickpeas, rice, tortillas)).
There are shops nearby, where you can buy food inexpensively.
The hotel is not intended for Russians!!!! From the word at all!!!!!
Only Pakistanis, Indians who are sleeping and standing in the lobby of the hotel! It's just terrible!!
Their eternal noise and conversations.
The food is just disgusting!
The breakfasts are the same, kaaaaaaddy day!
Rustic potatoes for breakfast, eggs, bread and salads with sausage!
Everything is spicy, it is impossible to eat!!!!
There are constantly no plates, glasses and appliances!
You constantly need to ask for everything, but for a minute it's a buffet!!!!!!
We left hungry after breakfast!
There are broken sockets in the rooms, and only one! The cranes are all making a hell of a noise!!!
There are no Russian speakers at all from the staff!!!!
There are very few Russians, and if there are, then everyone is unhappy with all this!!!!
Pros: they respond very quickly to any complaints, the rooms are cleaned every day.
In principle, a typical three, but for us the main disadvantage is that 90% of the hotel is inhabited by Indians, and they make noise like the Chinese). And breakfasts are more tailored to them. To eat for breakfast, you can find yourself something in a bunch. The location is so-so, there is nothing interesting nearby. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the metro. In principle, it won't do for a lot of money.
There are a lot of Hindu-Pakistani people, they are very loud, a wire with hot water flew off, fortunately we were in the room, I turned off the water, a plumber boy came quickly, did everything. At first there was hot water in the shower, on the second day it was not hot. The food in the dining room is so-so, only sausages are made of meat. A bus takes you to the beach, it's late for the third day, and for some reason another bass takes you from there, also late. La Mare beach is being prepared for reconstruction, the water is clean, warm. ACBD Metro station is 20 minutes away
I didn't like the hotel.
There is no balcony, it is impossible to dry the swimsuit, it is always wet. Food: the coffee is disgusting, there is no cheese or sausage, there is no porridge in the morning. The fruit consists of a sliced orange and small pieces of watermelon. There is 1 bus going to the beach 1 time. Crowds and scandals. The beach is not bad, but there are no umbrellas, everyone huddles under palm trees. Leave the beach 1 time in 1 hour, again everyone is running to take a queue. The hotel is mostly inhabited by Indians and there are cafes with their cuisine around the hotel, in short, not a foot there anymore
The hotel is a solid troika, clean, not old, with a beautiful view of the city from the 7th floor, the staff is good. The only thing we didn't really like the breakfast, it's varied, but the dishes of Indian cuisine are not what we are used to, but the hungry did not leave.
From July 16 to July 23, 2022, we rested in Dubai, at the SityMax Bur Dubai Hotel. This hotel was recommended to us by our permanent travel agent and long-time friend Yana Kulkova from the SANMAR travel agency and the choice was, as always, successful: 3-star hotel, network, good value for money, excellent location, within walking distance of metro, supermarkets, convenient access to anywhere in the city, near DubaiMoll and Burghalifa , where you can enjoy the world's best fountain show and shopping. The hotel provides a shuttle service to La Mer Beach - the newest and most beautiful in Dubai and to some malls. The breakfasts are quite varied, the restaurant is clean, the food is delicious - no one will remain hungry. Rooms are cleaned daily, as well as replenished with water, tea, coffee, milk. The room has everything you need: air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, refrigerator, TV, kettle, everything is working properly, comfortable beds and storage space. The corridors of the hotel are clean, quiet and cozy. Since our room was located on the 5th floor of the hotel and had a view of the main attraction of Dubai - the Burj Khalifa skyscraper, it further decorated our stay in it. The hotel staff are nice and friendly people, they were always ready to help guests with any issues, all the staff left the most pleasant impression. The hotel has an atmospheric bar with live music and restaurants offering food for every taste (Chinese, Indian, European cuisine). On the roof there is a clean and spacious swimming pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, towels. We thank our travel agent Yana Kulkova, LLC "My Planet" and everyone who made this holiday so memorable. We recommend the hotel and wish you further development and prosperity!
The hotel is of an average price category. Located in the historical part of the city. Of the advantages, the polite staff should be noted. From the cons - far from everywhere - and from the metro, and from the main attractions, and from the beach. There is a free shuttle service to the beach twice a day, which is difficult to get to (the bus gathers people from different hotels and almost full arrives to city max, because of this, many people do not get on the bus and go to the beach on their own or do not go at all). My room was clean, but there was some problem with the sink drain. Fixed it quickly. The air conditioner worked, cooled the room well. For breakfast buffet. I didn't like it. Every day is almost the same, and the food was not very tasty. A one-time hotel. I wouldn't go there a second time. You can find more interesting hotels for the same money
A good mid-level hotel, the variety in the menu is small, but the food is delicious. The main contingent is Indian citizens. There is a mosque nearby, chants can be heard, but not critically. Since Friday, there is a nightclub on the ground floor, they walk until late, but you can tolerate it. located near the red and green metro lines, 15 min walk. To the beach 20 min by taxi. It is perfect for a budget holiday.
The hotel has both pros and cons. You can safely come here as an adult company, if there are no special requests for accommodation and the hotel is needed exclusively for recreation between visits to attractions.
Positive:
Cost
Location. There are 2 metro stations nearby, to the left from the ADCB hotel and to the right Sharaf DG (formerly called Al Fahidi, see the current one! the metro scheme).
Breakfast. Yes, they are not very diverse, but in 7 days we have tried everything that is there, everything is delicious, you just need to understand that half of the food is spicy. But there is also a lot that is familiar to Europeans.
There is a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas on the roof, cooled, which is very important for the summer months.
There is a transfer to the sea and to outlets, you do not need to sign up for it, the main thing is that there are seats on the bus, we were always lucky and there were a lot of places.
There are many shops nearby, to the right from the hotel towards the metro there is Viva, there are very cheap products - local and from EU countries, to the left, towards another metro - day to day, a five-storey store like our Auchan.
Also nearby there are local cafes, mak, KFS, especially I would like to mention the sea rock cafe (their hotel is to the right and 10 minutes on foot in a straight line, behind the mosque, towards the port)
Minuses:
Cleaning. But in general, it depends on which shift you get into. We had one for 4 days - and towels were always brought to us, including for the legs (for some reason they are not provided for), then the shift changed and everything - two towels for three and then - the old ones were taken in the morning, the new ones were brought after lunch ((but as soon as you ask, they were brought immediately. The bed linen is really not changed, only refilled, the floor is wiped for visibility, they do not wash under the bed)) but generally clean.
In the bathroom there is a rope for drying clothes, but there is nothing contributing to this, humidity and it does not dry, so take replaceable swimsuits))
Vibrant nightlife. With all the consequences, it is noisy on the lower floors + you can smoke indoors in their bar.
Overall, a great hotel for your money, I recommend
Cockroaches were seen in the room. We didn't like the kitchen. Our Guide said that on your birthday you will be congratulated with fruits - the child was waiting, they did not congratulate you.
A good hotel for your money. 15 minutes to the metro, convenient. There is a shuttle service to the beach and back. Cleaning is daily, the furniture is normal. One of the disadvantages is that there are no balconies.
Excellent city hotel, decent rooms. Cleaning every day. Towels and linen are changed on request. 20 minutes walk to the metro red line - 4 stations to Dubai Mall. La Mer Beach is 15 minutes away by taxi. Excellent responsive staff. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers on the roof. The continental breakfast is decent. There are many cafes and shops nearby, a bus stop.
Budget hotel. Convenient location: walking distance to 2 metro lines. The Golden Frame can be reached on foot, and the Dubai Mall is 3 stations away. You won't stay hungry at breakfast. The rooms are cleaned every day, the pool is small - but the water is clean and cool. And the bonus is that the hotel specializes in Hindus, and they almost never go to the pool and do not sunbathe - that's why we were alone in the pool several times). There is a bus to La Mer Beach 2 times a day. For a beach holiday with children, the hotel is definitely not suitable for excursions, independent walks and shopping - the very thing!
I don't know who writes that the hotel is on a solid three. Apparently those who left the country for the first time. If we compare it with the Turkish triple, then there is not even one ⭐️ to put here. Hole by hole. A meager room in which it is so damp that the swimsuit does not even think of drying out. Everything is old and shabby. From the second day we took a shower under cold water. Well, a gorgeous view from the window to the parking lot and construction debris included. Food is generally a separate conversation. Stupidly and after listening to the travel agent, we took breakfast and dinner. We had dinner in the end only 2 times. No choice, no quality. Everything is designed for Hindus. Our breakfast is toast and egg! There are no drinks for dinner except water. Even hot water for tea! The location is also not the most convenient. To go to the subway for at least 20 minutes. And the cherry on the cake is a transfer to the beach. He leaves at 9 in the morning, and the queue there begins to occupy from 8.30. Half of those who want simply does not fit. And from other transport only taxi! In general, one big disappointment. And the argument that it is cheap is also not relevant. Because it's not that cheap. We went on an excursion with tourists from Rotana (a huge candle). They paid about the same amount for the rest as we did. I do not recommend anyone to come here.
Of the small advantages, we can highlight the friendliness of the staff, although no one even escorted us to the room when we checked in and we got a little confused. They are cleaned every day, but this does not save from gray linen, towels and mold in the bathroom. There was no desire to photograph this squalor, so the photo from the first day, which we expressed great gratitude to our travel agent
The food is spicy, the rooms are micro, they clean daily, there were three of us in the room, only two towels, we had to beg daily. The location is also so-so. The transfer to the sea is a nightmare. The queue is from eight in the morning to nine. It was necessary to storm back.

The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the bus to the beach, people don't get in, they swear, the bus is small. The breakfasts are monotonous, the same thing every day. The room is clean, the hotel is not badly located, near the metro, shops.
I wanted more fruits, vegetables, light soups, the service is responsive staff ,everyone smiles, the room was cleaned every day, everything is super neat, and a lot of these Indians are simple, they got out of every crack a little noisy because of them, and so everything is normal

Clean hotel, cleaning, linen change, often. They give you one towel.
The hotel is mainly used by Hindus/Pakistanis, so it can be noisy in the lobby.
The pool is clean, but for some reason cleaning is done at a time when there are the most people. You can also wash the floor after closing...
Three stars hotel class, three stars and deserves. Honest three stars. I was at work - a very good location: 10 minutes walk to the metro, ADCB station, 2 metro stations to the exhibition center. The rooms are clean. There are three restaurants in the hotel: Thai, Indian cuisine and a beer bar with a kitchen. Restaurants are not expensive, the service is excellent, the cuisine is for an amateur. Alcohol is on the menu. Breakfasts are Indian cuisine. I'm not a fan of spicy, but you can assemble an acceptable breakfast option from the components of the buffet: fresh vegetable salads, boiled eggs, coffee, toast, butter - it helped me out. Clean up every day, replenish water and coffee. This is three stars, so take your slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste with you. There is a shower gel. I also recommend grabbing a hair dryer, it's there, but it worked so well for me that I was afraid to use it. There are shops nearby, you can order breakfast in the room, there is a swimming pool. Due to the proximity of the beach, it's a bit far, the sea is nearby, but there is a port there. For work, this is an excellent option, for a visit to Dubai, as a city, too: inexpensive (for example, to the Expo exhibition - it is until March 2022), I would choose another one for a beach holiday, but the price would be different - very different :-) If I want to show my children how to arrange life for my people with only the sea, sand, sun and oil (provided I love my people), I will stay in this hotel for three days.
A good hotel for 3 stars. And the view from the window of the skyscrapers, especially in the evening. The only negative is that there are a lot of Indians in the hotel, they are very noisy
It is very convenient to get to anything - Sharaf DF and Burjaman metro stations are within walking distance, of the minuses there are a lot of noisy Indians, the sea is far away and the food for breakfast is very scarce. I really liked the rooftop pool.
They cleaned regularly. The breakfasts are of the same type. The contingent of guests is mainly Hindus. There is no balcony. So forget that your clothes will dry. To the sea by taxi. The average is 35 dirhams. It's a long walk. There is a McDonald's and an alcohol store within walking distance.
The place is a little far from the subway . The focus is India, the food is all for them. Entertainment too . Well, if you have 30 percent of Russians living here, is it possible to somehow adapt the cuisine and entertainment?
The breakfasts are monotonous, but you can always find something to eat. Cleaned every day. There is a bar on the lower floor. At night it can be heard on the floors above. A normal hotel, if you only need to spend the night. There is a bus to the sea, but everyone does not get into it, they go by taxi at their own expense.
We flew for 5 days, a city hotel with a rooftop pool. Breakfast for 5. The rest is difficult to assess, we only spent the night. Rooms are 4 out of 5 based on the budget given for the hotel.
Everything is fine in the rooms. The price-quality ratio is normal.
1. I would like better breakfasts.
2. The main contingent is Hindus and Pakistanis. The breakfast menu is more for their preferences, it seemed to me.
To the metro 15 minutes on foot.
There are a lot of shops around.
We went to Almamzar Beach by taxi.
Three stars for three stars. The breakfasts are meager. The rooms are small. The staff is polite, friendly. Clean, but repairs are already needed. Located far from the metro. There is a rooftop pool. There is a shuttle to La Mare beach, but the time is not convenient. The bus to the beach is not a hotel, but a beach bus (it goes to several hotels and gathers people)

We checked in at exactly 14 o'clock. The hotel is packed, there is one large bed in the room and it's all for three - 2 adults + 1 child 9 years old!!! No matter how hard we fought, even through the tour agent and the administration, we were offered a bed only for an additional fee of 100 dirhams per day. We agreed, but it turned out that they were all busy, because the hotel was full. There were only 2 in the room. I asked for 3 towels. Cups, spoons-there are 2 left. There are no slippers or anything individual. Gel and shampoo were poured into dispensers on the wall. We cleaned every day and well, there are no complaints at all, towels were changed.
The hotel is full of guests from India, the food is appropriate. The breakfasts are monotonous. The queue to wait for the table. We didn't starve, but we didn't really want to eat. The dinners were better and chicken and beef and fish., ice cream, pastries. But the drinks are only water.
We did not use the transfer to the beach-it was useless, we took a taxi for 25 dirhams. Keep in mind that change is not given in taxis or anywhere other than shops. I have to talk, but taxi drivers generally round everything up. For example, 34 dirhams to 40. We went to the supermarket nearby to buy fruits. Go to Dai tu day for souvenirs.
We went on excursions every day or just drove around the city ourselves , we only had breakfast , dinner and spent the night at the hotel -it saved us). There's no way I'm going back to this hotel and I'm not going to recommend it. Russians definitely don't belong there. Everything is oriented towards India.
Hotel. Citimax Bur Dubai has an objective status of 3 stars, but I will be happy to put 5 stars, I will explain why. There was nothing here that did not meet the needs or requirements. The food is really good, the staff is polite, friendly, conscientious, they run to do everything you ask, and they will bring water to the room and fresh tomatoes for breakfast for you personally, if not for everyone. Rooms are cleaned daily. The cherry on the cake is a rooftop pool with an awesome view of the Burj Khalifa. Well, what else do you need? Class, go will not regret it)))
The food is very spicy, there is practically no fruit, the coffee is disgusting. Room cleaning is good. The room has no balcony, on the ground floor there is a view from the window to the wall, there is nowhere to dry things. To the beach, either transfer 1 time a day (limited number of seats), or taxi ~ $ 6. Within walking distance only grocery and essential stores.
Lifehag: if you take breakfast-dinner, there is an option to replace dinner for lunch, and lunch is wonderful and traditional - soup, salad, side dish and meat (or fish), everything is not spicy, I recommend it!
Very modest accommodation, but I think 3 stars is fine. The pool is small on the roof . The room has air conditioning. The food is not very diverse, but it will go for 3 stars.
I rested with my daughter in this department from 16.01.23-22.01.23 .., I have not seen such a number of Indians yet.. what's in the hotel, what's in the area... terrible of course.. she ate very spicy, not tasty.. we took the 2nd meal, did not have dinner.. overpaid for nothing.. we lived on the ground floor.. it's a nightmare, of course, the Indians are very noisy, they yelled at night ... the room was not cleaned while we went to get it ourselves… Then he came to clean up.. One of the advantages is that the hotel is located 15 minutes from the beach, a free bus ... I will never return to this hotel, I will not advise anyone ... the hotel is designed for Indians, it's a pity that the Tour Operator did not say about it.. the rest was ruined
The hotel is urban, not beach, not central. But at the same time a very decent location. The food is national, specific. The service is decent.

A gorgeous hotel. Cool pool at the top of the hotel. The reception staff is excellent, friendly and lovely. There are metro and bus stops nearby. There is also an Emirates Mall nearby.
This is Indiyamah😂
There are no more words😅
And in general, everything is clean, cleaned every day. Nice staff.
The food is more Indian, but we just don't have breakfast.
The food didn't really suit us, it was clean, towels are changed every day, there is no staff who knows Russian, it was hard to communicate. And in general, for 3 stars, a good hotel and a good location

In the hotel from June 24 to July 2, room 394 (without a view) Pros: you can walk to the metro (15 min), there are a lot of supermarkets nearby, I liked the breakfasts, much more diverse than in other 4-star hotels (despite the fact that the kitchen is focused more on Hindus and Pakistanis, you can find something to eat and delicious, thanks a lot to the chefs), I am happy with the cleaning (tea coffee water cream replenished), who cleaned the room during this period, all well done, very cool bed linen, pillow and blanket, as if you are dipping into a soft gentle cloud, a comfortable workplace, in 5 days of work, in principle, did not get tired of the chair
Now about the cons:
ROOM: someone bit me, I'm allergic to bites, no remedy like acriderm helped, I didn't find anyone from flying (I didn't have such an itch from Dubai mosquitoes), one night I woke up from a wild itch on my elbow, I found a bug in the bed from living creatures, possibly from due to humidity and cold, like local bedbugs, the room is cold and humid, when I stopped by it was +15 degrees, it's tin, take warm pajamas, nothing dries, my swimsuit does not dry out 3 threads per day, at night for some reason the water in the toilet often runs, I woke up constantly, very thin toilet paper and napkins, I understand it is necessary to save, but you use 5 times more of this paper, it immediately gets wet and sticks
INTERNET: in principle, good, stable, I had enough speed to work, but the file download size is 4GB, the time is almost 5h writes
SWIMMING POOL: for such a hotel, it is very small (you can remove the pots with flowers and add sun loungers), there are a lot of people, if you want to relax and swim or read a book (someone constantly plops into the water and splashes you) it will not work (only when opening in the morning it is possible), I do not want to offend other nationalities, but they are very noisy, loud, do not think about others, play ball in the water occupying the entire pool, if you do not eat there to drink cleanly, then it is difficult to endure everything sober
RECEPTION: luggage storage just leave your things in the room, (in other hotels, a card for how many bags is broadcast on your things), here you leave it yourself, take it, I advise you not to leave anything valuable there
There was a night flight, it's hard, check-in at 14h (as in principle everywhere, but in all hotels (and I'm in Dubai 7 times) they try not to pull up to 2x and if there is a room to check in faster) here they offered to pay extra like about 100 dirhams, I understood the rooms were ready, Wi-Fi is not given until check-in, there are no seats in the lobby, tk. a lot of people are being evicted, someone is waiting for check-in, there was nowhere to sit, I was waiting in the changing room near the pool on a wooden bench, barely alive at 13h came up and I was still settled (there was already a guy, before that a harmful girl, gave a strange number, and she said to wait until 14h)
BOTTOM LINE: -if you have been saving up for this vacation for a long time, waiting, you have 1 in a year, better find a more comfortable hotel (a woman came up to me to chat and was very disappointed)
- if you only need a hotel to spend the night, or as in my case, just for a change of scenery, I took 1 day before departure on the principle of the cheapest because time accidentally appeared and I have already had a normal vacation several times this year, then you can go purely for a change of scenery

A cheap option for a lot of money. A bunch of Indians, the staff doesn't care about everything everywhere except cutting down extra money. Transfer to the sea one minibus a day early in the morning and then if you get in. To go to the sea is like going to China. The beach is of course normal, but this is the only plus. At least the wifi is free. The pool is small on the roof of the building
There are a lot of Hindus!
It's not bad, there are just a lot of them)
The cuisine is correspondingly Indian and not very tasty.
The pool is nice, the room service is also great.
A very noisy hotel. It is not possible to sleep at night, music plays almost all night. You can talk to neighbors through walls and with staff behind closed doors.
The rest left an ambiguous impression . Probably 3 stars is even too much . From the negative: darned stained sheets, a very strange kitchen. A lot of Indians, probably designed for them.Too sharp . There is not much variety. Dinners are better than breakfasts. One not spicy dish can be found. From drinks only water . The rooms have nowhere to dry things after the beach . Be prepared that they will take $ 20 upon arrival . My tour operator didn't warn me about this! A trifle, but unpleasant... And at the end of the rest, the girls at the reception insist on writing good reviews! They stand over the soul during dinner . Not very nice on their part ...
Of the pros: cleaning the rooms every day and walking distance to the metro.
I didn't like the hotel at all. The food is not delicious, it's the same every day. The room was cleaned only 2 times in 5 days. The dampness is strong in the room, there is no balcony, nothing dries.
The food for breakfast for 4 ku is not our kitchen , you know , but you can eat something boiled egg, sausages , pancakes. The service is normal every day you can ask to clean up and change the towel and throw in water with tea! There is a swimming pool, they only give out a towel, alcohol, a bottle of beer 40 dirhams, and we walked 5 km to the sea one evening from the beach by taxi in 30 minutes.
