A very simple hotel, but everything you need will be found. The food on the buffet is mostly spicy for Hindus, but they brought out European food on our plates separately when they saw that we were Russians.
Not a bad hotel, I liked the attitude of the staff, even if you don't know English, they will try to help you. The advantages were room cleaning (free water, tea, coffee), clean enough (though not 100%). The location is 15 minutes from the metro. The disadvantages were a large number of Indian-Pakistanis (which affected the food at breakfast) and small requests (there is no way to leave food if the mini fridge did not interfere and you will not find a vase for flowers there). At the time of my stay, there was a repair of the pool (((, and the transfer to the sea is more like a mockery, given that it was not the season, but still half of the sufferers of salt water could not fit (even if you are taken at 9 am, they will pick you up at one, which is terrible. There is nothing to do on the beach for so much time, it is dangerous to tan for a long time under such a sun, the water is almost warmer than the air, there are very few shadows to relax).
In general, a normal hotel, without pretensions to 5 stars.
Food
Europeans and Indians are seated separately for breakfast, in different rooms -this is a plus.
Breakfast (buffet) .Minus:There is no cheese and sausage, the food is the same every day.
Dinner is also a buffet, the choice is small, but there are delicious fish.
Dinners were sometimes exchanged for lunches. There is practically no one for lunch. The system is different here. You sit down and a salad is brought to you, meat, potatoes, rice are served hot. Vegetable soup . For dessert, brownie (cupcake) is very tasty.
Hotel
This is the third time in this hotel. The last time was 5 years ago . Nothing much has changed . But the hotel already needs to be restored, furniture, curtains, etc. changed. They clean well. If you don't like the room (it smells like smoking or noisy, then they change it without any problems), we were checked in at 11-00 o'clock, without additional payment. The room was also changed immediately, because the first room smelled of smoke.
The hotel is in the Indian district, if you want more European contingent and a more modern atmosphere, then it is better to take a hotel closer to the center and the beach.
Beach
Transfer to Lamer at 9:00, back at 13:00.
There are a lot of people, everyone can't get in.
Taxi is 19 dirhams according to the meter.
We went to Almamzar beach. Yandex taxi to there is 71 dirhams. Previously, it was possible to buy an entrance using a metro card. (5 dirhams) Now you need to buy a ticket at the entrance only with a service card (which is sold at the entrance and which can only be purchased by bank transfer). Or pay for the entrance ticket with a bank card. We had union pay, and it didn't work, they don't accept cash. As a result, we did not go to the main entrance, but to the entrance to the right of the park, where cars enter the park through a barrier. We explained the situation and the security girl helped us. I made an appointment with one of the visitors. We got into their car and drove into the park and went to the beach. (there were lovely Arab women in the car.) The beach is gorgeous, it can't be compared to Lamer. By the way, they used to take you from the hotel to Almamzar.
You can get back from the main entrance by bus C28 or c15. Take 15 minutes to get to the city centre deira bus stop. There, take the subway and get to the Adcd station
The song hotel. For its cost, a fairy tale. They only took breakfast. More than fine. The rooms are cleaned, the pool upstairs to rinse off is also good. The location is wonderful, the mall and metro are nearby. Day to day 5 minutes.
As you walk day to day, there will be a maroon Marina restaurant at the intersection. Everything is cooked, very tasty and not expensive.
We rested with my husband from 22-29.03. According to the interior, as if Radisson was an ex. The rooms are cleaned every day, water is brought, tea, coffee, towels are changed! We took only breakfast, there was a variant of European and Indian breakfasts (in different halls, on the first day we got to the Indians, it was funny). Breakfasts are not bad: sausages, eggs, pancakes, bread in an egg, vegetable and meat salads, fruits, cereals (maybe I forgot something). There are a huge number of Indians in the hotel, including the staff. Everyone is friendly. The bus takes you to La Mer beach (there are no sunbeds), this is a public beach. The bus is small, until everyone gets on, the driver will not be lucky, who did not have enough space - to get out. I didn't see the second bus.
The metro stop is about 1.5 km away. There are a lot of good supermarkets nearby, there is a market with alcohol, there really needs to be a card with a foreign passport. There is a cool store in the same building, there is ready-made food (European) and a microwave.
I wouldn't go to a hotel with small children! The beaches are far away, it's far to walk to the subway with children, it would be expensive to take a taxi every day! But my husband and I were OK together, it's not bad to walk, because there was no intense heat (+ 25C in the morning).
A good budget hotel. The metro is a 10-minute walk away. Everything in the hotel is quite simple, but the Dubai price and quality correspond. The guests are mostly Indians and a small part of the packers from the CIS.
A nice 3-star hotel, close to a metro station and a bus stop. There are quite a lot of shops with low prices nearby ( "Viva", "Day to day", etc.). They cleaned the room and brought water every day. Breakfast was from 06.30-10.00, quite varied: salads, greens, fruits, vegetables, scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, baked goods, etc. You could choose juices, tea and coffee from the drinks. The staff service is polite. The view from the window was on another window of the neighboring building. A small minus is the air conditioner, where it was impossible to adjust the temperature, but only turn it off. The set temperature was about 18-19 degrees. There is also a free shuttle service to La mer beach, but we got there by ourselves.
The hotel is for spending the night. The metro is within walking distance. There is a transfer to the beach at 9-00 there at 13-00 from there, often there are not enough places for everyone. They take you to La Mare Beach, the city's free beach. So if you want a beach holiday, then you are not here.
We were guests of this hotel with a child on 4-11.04.24. Upon check-in, we paid 70dx, asked for a quiet room. There were 3 towels in the room (1 for feet, 2 large ones), they asked for face and slippers, they gave everything at once. The room is cleaned perfectly, water is supplied every day, tea and coffee, the staff is responsive to requests. Breakfast, dinner of Hindu cuisine, but you can choose something from the usual, pastries, sausages, pasta, eggs, but we are also used to Indian cuisine. The hotel is very well located, we walked to the subway, visited the frame. You can't walk to the sea.
There are many shops nearby, McDonald's.
The hotel is good. Cleaning was carried out every day. The breakfast was varied to choose from: boiled eggs, sausages, toast, omelette, fruit, cereals, vegetable salad, tea, coffee.
The staff is polite.
The metro is about 15 minutes away. walking.

There are better hotels nearby and for almost the same price. The breakfasts are normal, the rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The staff is polite and everything is fine. A lot of people are from South Asia, which is typical for this area. In general, it is good for its price!
Friendly staff, good cuisine, clean rooms. The metro is a 20-minute walk away, there is a grocery store nearby, as well as a good day to day store with souvenirs and affordable prices. Recommend 🌞
A great hotel for its price. We took a non-smoking room for 7 days for two through the Biblio-Globe (it came out about $ 400). Don't be surprised that all the staff will be Indo-Pakistani. But! The guys speak a little Russian, which was a pleasant surprise for us.
I don't know why people are complaining about breakfast, as for me, everything was fine. No porridge? Well, yes, you won't find it here, alas. But there is a great opportunity to try Indian dishes. No meat? Well, yes, look at the main contingent of the hotel (they all don't eat meat). If you are a vegetarian, you will definitely like it. From the usual European breakfast there are: milk with crunches, pancakes, eggs, sausage and yogurt.
P.s. if it is suddenly very necessary, you can send postcards through them. The reception kindly agreed to send our postcards, we had to pay only for stamps.
Thank you, good luck to everyone!😉
An overnight hotel.
We were in late February - early March
Number
The first and biggest disadvantage of the hotel is very COLD. We were freezing under two blankets. The air conditioner is hard to control, the buttons do not respond, and it also does not adjust to heat, even when it is 32 degrees cold. There are cold tiles on the floor, you need to ask for slippers at the reception.
There are no sockets near the beds.
The linen in the room does not dry.
Towels are changed every day, put a sign on the door.
There is a safe, a suitcase drawer, a refrigerator, a kettle, water, tea, coffee, dry cream, sugar (changed every day).
An uncomfortable shower. Dental supplies and bathrobes are missing. There is no hook for a hand towel. The soap holder is broken.
Breakfast: there is everything, but the same type. On day 4, it gets boring. Breakfast for Europeans takes place in the bar, where it is very smoky after the evening.
Location: good, the metro is about 7-10 minutes away. There are many shops nearby. Burj Khalifa is about 30 minutes away. The area and the hotel are mostly inhabited by Hindus.
Transfer: to the beach (it is better to arrive in 5 minutes) and to the Dubai Mall.
There is a storage room.
Staff: helpful. We arrived early, we were not settled, we had to walk around the area for about 3 hours. But those who arrived at the hotel an hour later than us were checked in immediately. Depends on the shift.
There were no two separate beds. We checked into a room with one.
Swimming pool: on the roof, the water is warm. Towels are provided.
We will not go to this hotel anymore.
A clean city hotel, for a reasonable price.Conveniently located. Just keep in mind that with a taste for spices in food...Clean bed linen, towels. There is a small pool on the top floor. They give out the beach.towels are in the same place. There is 1p at 9am on the beachtransfer. There is a metro station nearby, a shopping center.
I told myself a hundred times that I had chosen the hotel very correctly. Not a luxury, but a solid and solid three, of course, we must take into account that three stars in the UAE, India and Turkey are three completely different hotels. But the location is just super. All the key attractions are all very close. Those who are not too lazy to explore an unfamiliar country and city on their own will be very pleased. Frame, metro, old spice market, Museum of the future, Day tu day, Burj haoifa, shopping malls, marina, Deira, Abra boats - if you want to visit all this in one vacation - feel free to take a hotel and you will not regret it. I do not describe the food and the cleanliness of the sheets because there is everything an active tourist needs, no one will starve. the cleanliness is at a decent level. The rooftop pool is always available, the gym (if anyone is interested) is always empty, the lobby bar, fun and service are quite standard.
A great hotel for people who came to look at the Emirates , and not to hang out in the room. There is a small swimming pool on the roof of the hotel + towels are provided + sun loungers are free.
Clean , tidy , the staff Speak only English or Indian . Indian cuisine is hardly suitable for a Russian (there will be a lot of poop and far away) there was nothing on the table except orange juice and dessert, Turkish and Egyptian hotel slops seemed to me Real Delicacies!
The distance to the metro ADCB is about 15 minutes in a straight line within walking distance.
The hotel is inhabited by tourists from India and Pakistan in 90% out of 100. In general, the UAE is 2in1! You are Visiting an Arab country and India at the same time)))
The location of the hotel is not the worst, but the area is not very interesting. The metro is 10-15 minutes away on foot. No one speaks Russian at the hotel except the guests themselves, of whom there are quite a few on a par with guests from India. The breakfasts are mostly Indian cuisine, lots of spices, but the yogurts are delicious, the juices are pleasant. The pool is small on the top floor, but there are sun beds. They clean the rooms every day, leave instant coffee, water, change towels. The cleaning is of high quality. In general, the 3-star hotel deserves its stars.
The hotel is located on the third coastline, which is not close to the beach. Even if you are madly fond of walking, it is far away.
The hotel has 3 stars, so all these nuances are justified.
The room has everything you need: towel/ bed/ kettle/ hanger/ mugs/ safe/ TV/mini fridge.
Cleaning is carried out as necessary, and during cleaning, the supply of water, tea, coffee and sugar was replenished. So we spent our evenings over a cup of hot tea, which was good news.
We had breakfast included, the buffet system works there, there is a lot of choice, but it's the same every day, so by the end of the week we were already tired of eating it. Spicy dishes make up most of the cuisine, so be prepared for this.
Housekeeping is Dubai's weak point, as I understand it. I read that many hotels have a similar problem, we also had it. There were no complaints about the room, but in the bathroom they found a black hair right on the wall on a white tile when checking in (I'm blonde if anything), well, it's hard not to notice the white/black contrast. They also always clarified on cleaning that towels needed to be changed, as they could have forgotten about it.
Again, considering the star rating of the hotel, I think it's fine (except for cleaning, but it's the same and it's found in 5 stars).
The only significant disadvantage for us was the air conditioner. Who would have thought, but we fought with him the most. He had only two modes: 1. Turn on and cool to 16°, or 2. Be turned off. This caused inconvenience, as I had to get up several times during the night, either because I was cold, or because it was stuffy. It was turned on/off 3-4 times during the night. Everything else is fine
Great hotel, rooms are cleaned perfectly every day, towels are changed. The views from the roof, where the pool is simply indescribable at sunset and in the evening. Everything is cultural, at the reception they helped to contact the travel agency in a controversial issue. I liked the sports bar, had fun and danced heartily with the peoples of the world. Very satisfied. Delivery to the beach and back on a comfortable bus, but at a certain time. The windows of the room overlooked the mosque, as I dreamed, so I enjoyed singing during prayer. The location is convenient, near a bank- exchanger, shops. The canteen is also delicious, some dishes are for an amateur. There is a guide at the hotel, from whom you can choose organized guided tours. We are happy to the ears! Thanks to Citymax Bur Dubai and the UAE for their hospitality! Let's eat some more!
A good 3-star hotel. There are a lot of people. 90% are Hindus, and therefore the cuisine is focused on them. The rooms are clean, but the interior details are already tired, chipped, cracked, minor defects. A great bar with live music, where they sing "A glass of vodka on the table..." The location of the hotel is good, although it's a long way to the beaches, but there is a free bus. There's a liquor store nearby.
Hello. The hotel fully corresponds to 3*. We took breakfast and dinner, we liked it. The choice of dishes is quite sufficient. The hotel is clean, and the service staff is beyond praise! There are only two disadvantages: 1-only one small bus took you to the beach.2-there are not enough sun beds near the pool, not enough for everyone!
An average hotel for its three. The service is consistent. Swimming pool with towels on the roof. There is a small gym. We took breakfast. You can eat enough. The food is aimed at Hindus and Pakistanis. They mostly come to live there. Buses are formally available to Dubai Mall at 11:00, to La Mer beach at 9:00, but the queue is occupied by Indians from 8:00 and earlier. Who got in turn, he goes. We took a taxi using the Karim app. In general, the hotel is not bad. Removed from the metro. Walk 25 minutes to the metro stops. By the sun, it's far away. The cafes nearby are not focused on European food, the children had to be fed fast food or delivery.
The foundation is a little old. There are small cockroaches in the bathroom. 725 room view of the windows of the Citimax hotel. )) The conder works well (the split system is built-in).the bed is always clean and dry. The staff does not speak Russian at all (it's not scary-they have an online translator and we have one)). The staff is sincerely friendly. The breakfasts are the same every day, the choice is not great, the direction is Indian. Cleaning: they leave hair, dust, change towels, it is clear that everything is washed. Slippers are not provided because 3* (words at the reception). The residents of the hotel are inadequate Indians. Normal guys. In the vicinity, we did not find anything worthy of catering "at any time". We only used the hotel to sleep.
The number /food is focused on Indian guests, but you can choose something for yourself (we only stopped by with breakfast)
The pool and gym are free
Of the minuses -there are too many floors and too many people. Mostly from India. Sometimes they are very noisy, they communicate with each other from different ends of the faye by shouting. The pool is also always screeching from adults and children
A good hotel for its 3 stars. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The room has a bathtub, but there is no bathrobe and slippers.
The rooms are very cold, but it is enough to turn off the air conditioner and the temperature will be 23-24 degrees to stay. Do not open the windows! Otherwise, condesat will instantly fall out, and in 20 minutes there will already be puddles everywhere, the air is very humid on the street. Friendly staff, speak only English. There is a restaurant serving Indian cuisine. There is a small pool on the roof and a few sun beds. The hotel is located in an area with a predominantly Indo-Pakestan population, which was great for us) very colorful. I liked everything)
A full-fledged threesome is good, clean, cleaned every day, water in the room, coffee is also replenished with every day!!!! There are a lot of Hindus vacationing, and because of this, there is a lot of spicy food in the restaurant, but a European menu is brought on request! The portions are good, they ate perfectly!
We visited this hotel in September 2023. In principle, the hotel is good, freshly renovated. The rooftop pool is very small, there are not enough sun beds for everyone. Transfer to the beach is only for the very persistent, you need to make an appointment in advance
We rested at this hotel from 8.01-13.01.24. We checked into the room before 14 o'clock. The room is cleaned every day. Towels are changed daily and tea bags, coffee, milk powder and 0.5 bottles of water are replenished. There is a kettle and 2 glasses in the room. There are a lot of Indians in the hotel, so the food is Indian (spices, spice) If you are unpretentious in food, you will find something to eat. There is a swimming pool and sun beds on the roof (towels are provided free of charge) the water in the pool is warm. The rooms have Wi-Fi. We didn't go to the beach from the hotel, I can't say anything about it. We had a late check-out, we were allowed to stay in the room until 14 o'clock.
Among the disadvantages: the floors in the room are tiled. On the 1st floor there is a pub/bar, daily discos
A wonderful hotel at the declared level. Friendly staff, great pool, varied food with fruits and desserts. Personally, I had a great week there. There were no problems with towels or Wi-Fi, or cleaning the room, they always fulfilled my requests to transfer dinner to lunch, Learn languages, be open and your vacation will be successful. The hotel is really trying.
The hotel needs renovation. There is a stench of old flooring in korodoraz. The rooms are clean, but everything is very shabby. A refrigerator with a broken door. It's the same at breakfast. There is no variety in the menu. We haven't even had breakfast lately.
It does not pull on the three declared stars
There is no wardrobe. There is a swimming pool on the top floor. The water is clean, but very cold
I didn't like the hotel
For a 3 star hotel, it's a good one. We went to ng, the prices for this one of the options are more or less. For breakfast, omelettes, croutons, sausages, etc., you will eat food, there is not much choice. The rooms are clean, the prices are low for Dubai. It is better to get by taxi to the metro and back, Yandex taxi business class. We looked at the pool and left, a small bunch of people like herrings. We love the sea! Jumeirah beach is a great nearby, few people. For photos and views of marina beach
The cuisine is Indian, 30 minutes on foot to the metro, a one-time transfer to the sea (you need to queue at the entrance, because there is a chance to take a taxi or stay without the beach).
And so, the hotel is decent, the rooms are clean
Hindus and Pakistanis are predominantly populated. Accordingly, the food in the Indian version is replete with spices. But on the whole it's not bad. A small pool on the roof. In order for the staff to clean up, it will be useful to remind them several times. But this is normal, since the hotel is not a luxury, and the corresponding level is🤷🏻♂️
A good hotel for its three stars. Breakfast is a buffet, there is no variety. Basically everything is focused on Hindus. The staff is polite. He doesn't speak Russian. A small rooftop pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The view from there is very beautiful. The metro is a 15-minute walk to the ADCB station. There are a lot of grocery stores nearby, there is a place to go to eat. We often had lunch at a nearby hotel (4 stars), lunch for one is 79 dirhams, but very tasty, the choice is large, buffet. A large selection of sweets, salads, there are the first and second.
Numbers. Small, but we had enough. The bathroom has a large mirror, hairdryer, washbasin, toilet, hygienic shower, bathtub. A large bed, a wardrobe, a table, a chair and an armchair. The problem was only with charging, only two of our plugs came up to the boiler. Bed linen and towels were changed daily, water was also put on every day. There was also tea, coffee, cream, sugar and a kettle with two mugs. They took a smoking room.
To get to the beach only by taxi or bus, which runs free of charge from the hotel. The beach is called La Mer, very clean, free.
You can walk to the Dubai Frame from the hotel, it's a little further from the metro, there are also three parks nearby (a glowing park, a magical park and dinosaurs).
We went with the family – I, my wife and son, paid more for it than with two. And in fact they gave us a room with one bed, one blanket, 2 cups, 2 towels, in general, everything said that this room was for two. On our remark, they offered us an extra room with an extra bed for 100 dirhams/night. The height of impudence) the room itself is small, we got a view of the same guest house, because the guest house is square, respectively, there are half of the rooms with this view. From one star, this hotel saved the pool on the roof, it's cool) the room has a Koran in English and a qibla, which is convenient for those who read the prayer
The 3 star hotel level is similar to the 4 stars in Kemer, Turkey.
Number 221 is a smoker.
The room is clean, only 1 cockroach in 5 days.
Tea, coffee, sugar, cream and 0.5 water are brought to the room every day. Cleaned once a day.
Breakfast sucks. Take dry sausage and doshiraki with you on the trip. Near a mini supermarket.
The staff is not Russian-speaking.
There are a lot of Russian tourists, but mostly solid Indians.
The rooftop pool is small, deck chairs with a mattress, but not always free. Towels are provided by the pool. At 12 o'clock you burn under the sun for half an hour.
The metro is about 20 minutes on foot, to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall 5 stops in one zone for 3 dirhams.
The golden frame is within walking distance.
Museum of the Future in 4 stations.
It is far from the beaches, the morning transfer to the beach was not used.
WiFi is acceptable. You should not take local SIM cards, because they give 300 MB per day for a maximum of LTE.
In general, the hotel is suitable for overnight stays and active tourism, I threw my clothes, took a shower and went. I came, washed up, went to bed.
All the color walks in Dubai Mall and Dubai Marina.
Taxis are expensive, use the subway. From 3 to 7 Dirhams on average in one direction (depends on the intersection of zones). You buy a silver card and put dirhams on it. To enter the turnstiles, there must be a deposit of at least 12 dirhams on it. When exiting, you need to attach the card again.
500 dollars or 1500 dirhams in cash is a comfortable minimum for two without frills. If you take visits everywhere and buy local junk, it's better from $ 1,000.
From June to September is not the season, during the day the temperature is up to 50 degrees.
In the middle of May it was 38.
There were only Hindus, Pakistanis, etc. around.
Cons: 90% of Indians and the food is appropriate,
The shower is uncomfortable.
I would have put 3, but the overall impression of the holiday was excellent, so one more star in advance
The hotel is far enough away from all the main attractions of Dubai. It is located in the Pakistani district. You will be surrounded mostly only by Hindus and you will get the impression that you are in India and not in the Arab Emirates. The nearest metro station is one and a half kilometers from the hotel, it's hard to walk in the heat. There is no cafe nearby with food familiar to a citizen of Russia, mostly Indian cuisine, everything is very spicy, it is very difficult to find something that you can eat without consequences for the stomach. The nearest normal food in the burjuman shopping center is about 2 km from the hotel. There are a lot of people at breakfast, it's quite problematic to find a free table, all the tables are for four. the food is mostly Indian, but you can find something. There is a canopy on the roof of the pool without umbrellas, but it does not completely block out the sun. There are two European sockets in the room. The room is clean, but tired repairs were made for a long time. The pillow beds are comfortable. Every day they put two bottles of water, tea bags and coffee. The air conditioner works fine, but you can't set the temperature you need. View of the courtyard, in principle, the air conditioner is quiet a little noisy, But it's better than a room with a street view. A door without sound insulation it happens that late at night Hindus yell and interfere with sleep
In general, the hotel is very good, budget. Let's start with the pros:
+Cleaned every day
+They give out 0.5 liters of water per person, tea bags, coffee, sugar, milk powder
+At the reception they will solve all issues without any problems
+The air conditioner can be turned off, added, subtracted, windows opened (they wrote that you can't do anything like that in the room) But, we took a smoking room, maybe that's why it was possible to open the window. In general, it was the best solution, the smell of cigarettes in the corridor is present, but not strong, the room does not smell and the temperature is comfortable.
+Breakfasts: here, of course, in the first days, just eyes run away, a lot of everything, mostly everything is spicy. There is a choice. But at the end of the vacation, everything was already boring and I wanted something new. We ate too much every day.
+There are supermarkets near the hotel
+There are shopping centers nearby, there is a shopping center Hosea within a 10-minute walk, there are very cheap suitcases, from 59 dirhams. Cheaper has not been seen anywhere.
+There is a Day to Day shop nearby, small, and large. Go straight to the big one. You definitely won't leave there empty-handed. Cheap souvenirs, household goods, clothing, cosmetics, appliances and much more.
+Metro is also 10-15 minutes walk away
+Nearby bus stop
+ Money exchange, but it is still more profitable to change in the bank.
+Free WiFi
Minuses;
- A lot of Hindus
-Things in the room do not dry at all, it is necessary on the street, we dried swimsuits on the beach
-The transfer takes you to the beach at 9 am, picks you up at 13. Personally, for me (but other tourists also said that it was a lot), at +50 degrees 4 hours in the heat, where even in the sea you can't cool down, because it's 30 + degrees, it was very hard.
-The bus to the beach is small, there may not be enough space for everyone
- We arrived just at the time when the pool was closed
- Spicy food, but it's the same all over Dubai.
The hotel itself is not bad, cleaning and change of towels and linen every day, there is a kettle in the room, tea, coffee bags, a safe and water for each 0.5 liters, updated every day. Of the minuses - there is no balcony, things like a swimsuit do not dry at all. This hotel in the course for the Indians, it seemed from more than rooms, just a horror, constantly hanging out in the lobby. The food is also for Hindus- spicy, the same thing every day. Juice and milk were periodically diluted with water. There is a bus to the beach, you can forget about it, 20-30 people get in there, and a 700-room hotel seems like a terrible crush. There is a rooftop pool with ice water and Indians, give a towel by the pool.
Solid 4. The rooms are clean, cozy. There are no questions. The staff seems to be normal, did not interact much. Breakfast for three. But they say almost the same everywhere, except for expensive hotels. I had hb, a choice of either dinner or lunch. I tried both. In the end, I chose lunch. In an Indian restaurant. I really liked it. Dinners are also a choice. The pool is not very. Small, a lot of people. I went to the beach. Of the minuses, the shuttle goes to the beach late enough. I took a taxi. To la mer beach. One of the best in Dubai. Well, perhaps this is the main disadvantage, in terms of logistics. It's a long way to the beach. To Dubai Marina too. To the metro well, 15 minutes on foot at a brisk pace, maybe 20. It is also decent to go by metro to the "pretentious areas". This area is average. In principle, for a budget holiday in Dubai, the norms.
3rd ka she is the 3rd ka. quite a quiet hotel, clean well.
We took a lot of Indian cuisine with breakfast (as well as the Indians themselves), but there was Caesar, omelet, all-chicken sausages, and sandwiches.
There are two supermarkets and Indian puffs nearby.
Convenient location if you want to travel.
Of course, there is much closer to the subway or to the shore, but the sum of the 'total' of all qualities - I put 4ku.
The rooftop pool is small - if you want to sunbathe for an hour, that's it.

Excellent value for money. We have been to this hotel six times. The best recommendations. Cleaning every day. The food is delicious, but monotonous. The staff is polite. They don't speak Russian.
Well, how to say - just to spend a couple of nights. This hotel has a bar on the ground floor and a separate nightclub, everything is smoked. They go somewhere nearby for breakfast, because it stinks terribly of smoking. The rooms are average, for 3. And there are a lot of Indians here, as if you are in India.
Not a bad hotel is cleaned cleanly every day by polite staff since we do not sit in the hotel, the norms for us arrived at the Lexus airport from the hotel, the driver took the suitcases 20 minutes later we were already at the hotel also back to the airport there is a bossein on the roof in December, the sea is warm, we are satisfied but very high humidity and so are the norms.
Convenient location of the hotel, near metro and bus stops. There are many cafes and grocery stores nearby. The room is nice, but it feels like it hasn't been repaired for a long time, the carpet is stained. The bed is snow-white, towels were changed every two days, the room was cleaned every day, shampoo and gel were added. There is a kitchen and refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. There is a swimming pool on the roof with a beautiful view. There was a buffet for breakfast, a large selection. The staff is polite
Regarding the Citymax Business Bay Dubai hotel: the level of amenities, food and service is no more than 3*, there is definitely nothing to do with children here, the pool and gym (if you can call it that) are just for show, the food is extremely meager and not varied - a lot of stale and stale products, in particular, I strongly advise not yoghurts open in bowls, not closed in thermal packaging, sliced fruits/vegetables/cheese and pieces of "shawarma" - definitely everything that is not eaten for dinner gets for breakfast in the form of such dishes, tea and coffee are only packaged and of the worst quality - it is better to take with you in advance, because otherwise you will have to drink dust with boiling water. Special attention should be paid if you decide to use the services of the hotel and, for example, the laundry - in particular, in my case, I was spoiled by a brand new T-shirt that I bought the day before and gave it to the laundry, while at the time of the request, the hotel employee carefully filled out the order form, examined every thing - made a remark about the trousers that I I wanted to take them to the laundry and refused to accept them - I did not argue, because in addition to the T-shirt, I handed over a few more things, while when the things were returned to me, it was the new T-shirt that was not washed and the presence of some kind of marriage was indicated, although I repeat again - the thing was exactly new, never washed and not dressed, while initially the reason was not really explained to me, but during the trial it turned out that there was a small but easily distinguishable and noticeable hole on the T-shirt right in the belt area, which is clearly visible when in contact with the body and, accordingly, I would not have missed it in any way in the store when I measured the thing in front of the mirror (I think everything at the time of fitting, they unravel themselves in a new thing from all sides) - I tried to clarify this point with the hotel, but they were all cut down at me and/or marriage in the store, but categorically refused to admit guilt for its staff or Laundry - although it's just obvious, especially given the diligence demonstrated by a member of staff, when they took it in the wash and how carefully he watched and as I have above described refused to take some of the pants (they were no longer new, and apparently there was a risk of tissue damage, since they are made of linen and had traces of wear, and given that I needed promptly and efficiently to wash, dry and iron was the risk of injury in a tumble dryer), I tried several times to draw the attention of your Manager that, if the presence of a hole initially it was easily noticeable and me and the member of staff and this information could be made in the order form or you can refuse to wash, but this argument was not heard, so I tried to find out from the representative of the property, as they can prove that the original was a marriage on a t-shirt, if it is not reflected in the order form on the issue of the answer is not followed - staff only confidently asserted that it was my fault or the fault of the store, while my question is why didn't they contact me in time when I found out about the existence of marriage - explained very simply by the lack of me in the room, though at the time of registration you are required to take a phone number bound messenger and clarify whether this number to contact Dubai (these little things the staff did not pay attention and continued to insist that didn't notify me solely because of the lack of room) - T. O. should definitely keep in mind the fact that in the event of damage or loss of your property in this hotel the probability of damages, though relatively little is reduced to zero, so if you bribe the cost of accommodation or the location of the hotel will pre-weigh what is more important to you - comfort, convenience, the level of service or tight corners, expired products and boorish attitude, bordering on damages?
