Great hotel with the friendliest personal which I ever seen. Thanks a lot for everything! There are three metro stations near with the hotel (10, 15 minutes distance), swimming pool on the roof and good kitchen.
Sitymax is one of the good affordable hotels, located in the city center from where you can reach all shopping centers and attractions. Not far from the metro station "ADCB" there is a bus stop next to the hotel. The rooms are cleaned cleanly every day, there is tea, coffee, water in the room which is replenished every day. There is an HC gym.as well as a swimming pool with a view of the skyscraper. The food is excellent, everything is there.Wishes to tourists, ask for rooms above 3 floors.Since the music is very loud, you can hear it from the first floor, where discos are held daily. There is a daily shuttle service to La mer beach and the Hewlett mall.A 4-star hotel will do.The staff is very polite.
We stayed at this hotel in October 2024. I think this hotel can be considered a 4*. The staff is very pleasant, they always smile, say hello, try to help. Cleaning, linen change daily (good linen) we lived on the 14th floor, the room has everything: a double bed, 2a armchairs, a coffee table, 2 mirrors in the room and 1 in the bathroom, a tea set, hygiene supplies, a lot of lights. This hotel does not provide slippers, bathrobes and dental kits, but they knew about it and brought their own.My husband and I are not pretentious about food, we were always full (considering that I do not eat meat and sausages in hotels). There were fish, vegetables and interesting desserts. Tea and coffee are not served for dinner, but everyone poured a glass of water, plus delicious watermelon, melon. There were 3 types of cheese, some of which were spicy, but not critical. The excellent location of the hotel is near the metro, bus station, 24-hour supermarket (where we found the famous Dubai chocolate for only 29 dirhams) and of course the Emirate Mall. Transfer to the beach by the Sail 3 times a day. I certainly recommend this hotel.
The hotel is not bad, not far from the metro, the staff is cleaned on a solid 5. Clean, cozy. But keep in mind that staying at this hotel, you will visit 2 countries at the same time: India and the Emirates😂 So the guys are not bad Indians, it's just unusual to see them in such numbers. I take off the star for breakfast: they are too meager. Not very tasty mini sausages, salads, tortillas. In general, the cuisine is focused on the Indian stratum
A good hotel, rooms of average freshness, but the location is convenient, there are shops nearby and the metro is 20 minutes away. The room was chosen with windows on the neighboring hotel, although we were offered a good view, but on the mosque. We chose tranquility, breakfast is not pretentious, but you will not stay hungry. But they have a problem with cleaning, they came, and all the tables are with dirty dishes, and there is simply nowhere to sit. But then they corrected themselves,)
City Max Bur Dubai is a great hotel for outdoor activities with a rooftop pool! Next to the hotel in 15 minutes is the red line of the ADSV metro, only 4 stations and Burj Khalifa, to the right of the Sharaf J hotel is the green line a couple of stations and Park Creek, we are delighted with it! A 30-minute walk from the hotel to Zabil Park. From the hotel 20 min east Department post and custom 8 bus runs the entire coastline from La mer beach to Marina Beach, we traveled all the beaches,! The food is spicy. the spicy food in the hotel is tailored to the Indians and Pakistanis, but we did not stay hungry in the West Zone supermarket ready meals at an acceptable price. Employees do wet cleaning every day, change of linen, tea and coffee, ironing board if you need it, Staff service is on top!! We will definitely come back again, we rested from June 24 to July 4, 2024, plus 45, but we have adapted to the climate!! Evening running only from 8 pm! Very polite Arabs and the local population are Hindus, Pakistanis!!
We had a rest at the end of June, a 3* hotel. Clean, cleaning and change of towels daily, change of bed linen 1 time in 3 days. Hand gel and shampoo gel were replenished daily. The breakfasts were ordinary, melon, watermelon, oranges were made from fruits. Freshly squeezed orange and pineapple juice. Tasty. Coffee, tea with milk, yoghurts, pastries, boiled eggs, omelets and many others. We weren't hungry. There is no restaurant in the hotel, a cafe. There is a swimming pool on the 7th floor. Sun beds, umbrellas, towels are free of charge. The hotel is very conveniently located - bus stops are nearby, across the street. The metro is a 10-minute walk away. You can walk to the Golden Frame of Dubai and Zaabel Park in 30 minutes. You can also take the metro - 1 stop. There are many supermarkets nearby. The alcohol store is located in the Spinnes supermarket, called MMI, 10 minutes walk towards the metro, on the left. The air conditioning in the room is not regulated, you can only turn it off. We did not take adapters into sockets. The phones were charged by inserting chargers into the bottom of the outlet. A decent, budget hotel. I recommend.
Good food , there is a choice of spicy and non-spicy food ( sharpness for three ) we took breakfast , the rooms are sooooo clean , cleaning every day , two bottles of water were put for free
Very cool staff at the reception, checked in two hours earlier, clarified which room we need, for smokers or not
The hotel is super decent
There is a free bus from the hotel to the beach, but that's bullshit)) I advise everyone to take a taxi or take a bus and go to Al-Mamzar beach (entrance costs 5 dirhams, ticket offices are open from 14:00 local time) here you will get high on it, sun beds, changing rooms, showers)
A great hotel, we took accommodation for seven days with breakfast and dinner, there are no complaints about the kitchen, a buffet, there is a choice. The staff is friendly, good professionals work at the reception, I want to single out a girl named Lee from them, special thanks to her for explanations and communication, in general, all the staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean, cleaning is carried out on time, water, tea, coffee, sugar and milk powder are brought to the room every morning. Always clean soft white towels. The hotel is located near the metro. From the roof, where there is a good overview of the pool, there are also always cool workers on guard, you can take towels for a sunbed and water for free. There is free Wi-Fi, a large and comfortable waiting area, there is a luggage room, entertainment areas and something like an ala-card restaurant. A free gym for sports, I saw how carefully it was checked for cleanliness, although it was so clean there. Six elevators are quite comfortable. There are soft carpets on the corridor floor, always clean. We had a great rest, thanks to this hotel. Pulls calmly on four stars.
The location of the hotel is convenient: 15 minutes leisurely to the metro red line and the same to the green line. There is a convenience store nearby. The room is cleaned every day, towels are also changed every day and water, tea bags, coffee and cream are brought. The rooms are small. There are a lot of Hindus. For breakfast, the only thing edible for me was an omelette and something like a cupcake. Coffee is an incomprehensible kind of potion... it's good that I took drip bags of coffee with me from Russia.
In general, it's not bad, considering that we only came to the room to sleep, sometimes only in the morning.
It's a good three. Great food. Excellent service. The cleanliness of the rooms is on the level. The location is in the city limits, it's a long way to the sea. The staff is polite. Room service is available. There is a rooftop pool and a gym with exercise equipment.
City Max bur Dubai is an excellent hotel for outdoor activities, daily room cleaning, free tea, coffee, cream, Wi-Fi, reception staff will solve any issue, the rooftop pool is magnificent, from the hotel to the stop of the Department of Post andt custom 20 minutes, by 8 bus the entire coastal beach line, to the left of the hotel metro ADSV and please 4 stations and Burd Khalifa
A clean, peaceful hotel. The breakfasts are not particularly rich, the sausages are modest, there is no choice of grade 1, eggs and omelette are always available. There are few vegetables at breakfast. Cupcakes of 2-3 types are also super modest. The most delicious for me were hummus, olives, yogurt, coffee.
There is a transfer to La Mare beach, convenient, but the beach is dull, everything is under reconstruction. The sand is clean, the sea is gentle, there are showers and changing rooms. It was more interesting for us to go to other beaches.
We just arrived home today. We had a rest from October 7 to October 14. My sister and I came here together to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is certainly a three-star, but the cleaning is excellent, every day, for 5. The shopping center is close and this is a huge plus. The sea is great, the bus was driving, there was enough space. Breakfasts were more or less possible to eat. Dinner is terrible, of course. Of course you won't leave hungry, but the choice is very bad. And the most important thing is not to drink tea or coffee - only cold water. And it's terrible. The air conditioners in the hall blew very strongly, it was just cold. I didn't like the staff in the kitchen, especially one - whether Indian, Pakistani, or Filipino. In short, he walked and watched all the time, unpleasant to the point of horror. There was an unpleasant incident with him today. I ruined the mood before leaving and the impression of a vacation. I would like to personally complain about him to the hotel management, I don't know how. I would have put 0 because of him!!! Points for the hotel. Dubai certainly impressed, the excursions were excellent, the cleanliness was amazing. There are not even such words to tell about luxury and wealth. In general, I probably won't be able to come to any other country anymore, except the Emirates!
The location is generally good. Metro , large shopping center, alcohol market in 15-20 minutes on foot.
There are shops within walking distance, but there are no restaurants, pharmacies, car rentals.
The breakfast is a standard buffet. The choice is modest (there were no cheeses / sausages), but sufficient.
A small but excellent rooftop pool.
! He lived on the 7th level, but the music and vibration from the club were perfectly audible. Shame.
The hotel, as well as the area, is full of Indians/Pakistanis , etc .
In general, a typical urban three-piece.
Food for three: very monotonous, probably, this is 3 stars. The rooms are simple, cleaned daily, the staff is excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent-near the metro, inexpensive fruit shops. There are a lot of Indians in the hotel. 90 percent are Hindus.
A normal hotel for your money. It can be seen that the economy segment. There are much better ones with the same three stars, but this one is not bad either. Polite staff. Special thanks to the cleaning, which was built according to our schedule.
There are no disposable hygiene products, slippers and bathrobes. Which in general is not terrible for three stars. Hygiene products can be purchased at the vending on each floor. The food is quite varied and delicious, but I only had breakfast.
There is a Spins store nearby, there is a kitchen. If you do not know where it is not expensive and delicious to eat, then you definitely go there. And there's great fresh juice (not in the kitchen, already in the fridge in the store)
There is a swimming pool, I was there once. It's better with him than without him, of course. But it is very small.
Only the pros, smoking rooms, convenient location, metro, diy today store, super staff, excellent buffet, bus stops, everything was very pleasant at the hotel.
Greetings to all! We had a vacation with our son in May 2024. We liked the hotel, before that I read the reviews on Yandex. Solid 3 rooms are cleaned every day, friendly staff, mostly guys from Bangladesh, we had a voucher only on the basis of breakfast, breakfast is basically normal, there is a nuance a little dry and a lot of spicy food, cooks as I understood from India, it's a little difficult with children, the son refused to eat even egg amlet, ate watermelons, sliced melons, a little yogurt...in short, the food is special for this region, there is a small pool on the roof and a fitness room. It's fine for a budget holiday, my trip turned out to be unplanned and therefore this hotel is a great option. Located in the old city of Bar Dubai, near the metro, the exchanger commission is 3 dirhams at the airport 16, in the Dubai Mall 50 dirhams, the exchange rate is stable 1$ -3.65 dirhams. There is a very expensive taxi in Dubai. It took $99 per day to 4 locations. There is a TD "Day to day" not far away, the prices are reasonable and the choice will go especially for gifts to relatives. In general, the hotel has a good location near Deira. Metro to 7 stations costs 3 dirhams over 5. Across the street, the mosque was gorgeous to me as a Muslim Alhamdulillah! On the right and left, when leaving the hotel, there are markets. I bought soap soap and food for my son, I translated the price into tenge, as if it was not quite expensive myself from Kazakhstan. In general, I recommend it as an option for a budget holiday.
Great hotel, I will definitely come again! Very friendly staff, bed linen and towels are changed every day. Coffee and tea are renewed every time, more water is left. The kitchen is amazing!!!
Very nice hotel: friendly staff, clean, cozy. Good location relative to public transport and shops. There is a private rooftop pool with views of the Burj Khalifa and other high-rise buildings. As well as a gym with 24-hour access
Pros: the room is cleaned every day and towels are changed, we lived on the 7th floor and the room was comfortable, the bed linen was snow-white cotton, friendly staff, one of the advantages is the presence of a gym. Not far from the hotel is a very cozy and pretty Lamer beach, buses depart daily from the hotel and bring them back.
Cons: far from the center, a lot of Indians and Hindus, the breakfasts are monotonous (more Indian cuisine). Consider yourself in Bombay. There are no cotton pads, ear sticks and slippers in the room. But this is not critical)
In general, a normal hotel, considering that you only come there to sleep🙌
Confident 3*
The sound insulation is excellent, the rooms are good. Lived 2 + 1 child, one large bed and extra. sofa (I had thoughts of getting settled there myself)) The hotel is clean (carpets on the floors) Cleaning every day, towel every day, bed once every 3 days (we didn't need it so often)
Special thanks to SHOWKAT room cleaning. Works great, solved all questions about extra pillows, towels, etc
. Breakfast and dinner: I'll say this, you'll find something to eat, not pretentious, but I ate my wife, daughter too. If you eat Indian cuisine, then generally beauty)) We had dinner more in cafes nearby (15-30min walk) or a fish market, we ate there and took home (especially shrimp)) ask for a simple grill without spices and breadcrumbs.
Alcohol market 15min to the left of the exit. It's expensive, but there is everything, even vodka, Five Lakes"))
What I didn't like was the free bus to the beach. A DISGRACE!!!!
He is small and alone, there are not enough places for everyone. And if there is more or less a queue from the hotel, then everyone climbs back in a crowd who is stronger and climbed. We went once, I considered it beneath my dignity. A car for one family is 30 derx, for two 50.
The hotel has excellent Wi-Fi, YouTube and Tanks pulls)) We connected an international one from Tele2 1G for 600 rubles. it was perfectly enough for cards and taxi calls. At the airport, they give a SIM card for each adult for 1 day from the connection.
P. S on the ground floor there is a night Pub / Bar. Live music, alcohol by the river, tobacco by clubs))
The hotel is not bad, I recommend it. And further from your preferences
A pretty average hotel. The main guests are Hindus and Pakistanis. There are a lot of entertainment venues on the ground floor of the hotel (disco, sports bar, etc.), where just everyone comes, not even the hotel guests.
Rooms for 3. Everything is simple, but clean. There is a kettle, tea and coffee in the room.
Breakfast at the hotel is quite acceptable, a fairly diverse selection: from salads, rice, sausages, omelets, to desserts and fruits.
The swimming pool can be noted separately. Small, but clean. Towels are also provided there. There are sun beds. An employee came with us and took a sample of water in a test tube.
The advantage of the hotel is the location. There are public transport stops, metro and Port Rashid nearby. There are also several supermarkets and cafes nearby.
As a one-night stand, it's quite passable.
Good day everyone! We were together with my Wife at the Hotels of the City of Max Bur Dubai 3 (first time in the UAE) . From March 19 to March 25 , 2024 . A good hotel for its modest money , advantages : location ( Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall - three metro stations ) metro from the hotel is 15 minutes on foot , infrastructure ( supermarkets , exchanger , pharmacy ) , MMi alcohol market ( generally fire ) , the rooftop pool is crystal clear , room cleaning is also super daily , breakfasts 50/50. Cons : Indians are 80 % of the hotel's residents, noisy and not an understandable smell... ( even though we were sitting in a separate room ) , the Transfer to the sea is a sad little Groove one ( 30 seats approximately ) leaves at 9 for the sea back at 13:00 can't take everyone away ... either take a queue in advance or take a taxi - La Mer beach is good. Overall, the price-quality ratio ! I recommend it!!!
The hotel is not bad. Mostly Hindus stay there. Therefore, the food in the restaurant is designed for them. The hotel is clean enough, cleaning is daily. English is the only language spoken at the reception. The nearest metro station is about 15 minutes away. A bus from the hotel takes you to the beach. There are shops, restaurants, banks near the hotel.
Its three stars are worth it, the food is clean, the chicken is given, however, the staff is friendly, and the exchange and taxi are all without problems) on the whole I am satisfied, the transfer to the sea goes regularly, but the beach itself is not very far, not far from a cent, only the lack of territory was upset. And so three stars as it is)
The hotel made a pleasant impression. We checked in quickly, the room is clean, but not very spacious. Cleaning was done regularly, once they forgot to put towels, they called the reception, they brought it quickly. The windows are opening. The breakfasts are delicious, but not too varied. During breakfast, food and dishes had to be periodically waited for, when something was running out, they were not immediately brought. There were problems with the transfer too. There was 1 small bus and the only time we decided to take it to the beach, we just didn't fit in it. But this did not spoil our rest, we bought a transport card and, at an unlimited seven-day rate, went to the beach and wherever we wanted at the time when we wanted. There are many shops near the hotel and many inexpensive Hindu Cafes with delicious and varied food nearby. We had dinner in them every day, there were no problems with stomachs during the whole vacation. A separate advantage of this hotel is that it is located not far from the metro, so we looked at quite a few places in Dubai without spending extra money on excursions. Lamer beach, which is closest to the hotel, seemed to me the most beautiful of those that I managed to see. In general, the hotel itself made a good impression. In general, I recommend it.
Good afternoon!
We rested at the hotel in early February’23. 3 stars = a well-deserved rating of 3.
Pros: convenient location, close to many shops and there are various cafes, there is everything you need, friendly staff. The pool is on the roof, they give out a towel and there are sun beds under the canopy.
If you go towards the Sharaf DG metro station, there will be a cafe with smoothies and various shawarma/pastries along the way. I recommend trying a smoothie to your taste there - I liked mango, watermelon. They are cheap, about 7-9 dirhams. In addition, there is a shopping center near the Sharaf DG metro station, there is an Osia hypermarket in it - you can find various cheap goods (the price tag is lower than in many other stores).
Cons: a huge number of tourists from India, possibly other nearby countries. Queues for the elevator. Noisy at breakfast, there are almost no empty seats, dirty. It's sad at breakfast - I "pampered" myself only with pancakes with jam, sometimes yogurt with cereal. (It may sound attractive, but in fact you don't even want to go to breakfast).
!Important!: linen and towels do not dry at all. I didn't know about it, and as a result - the swimsuit was just "rotten", nothing could be done about it. Did not dry out in 3 days.
The room is humid and cold, somehow you will not be able to adjust the air conditioner. I dreamed of opening the window, but it is possible to do this only by breaking it apparently. Who is used to fresh air and a comfortable microclimate - it will be hard for you here.
Bottom line: if your goal is to walk a lot, go to different places (the center) and to the sea, the hotel is suitable, you don't really want to stay in it for a long time.
I am unassuming and knew that I was choosing an exclusively budget place. With children, I don't really recommend it, but if it's a couple, it's fine.
I liked everything: the price in NG holidays, food, silence,a view from the window of the indoor ski slope and the Parus hotel (room 1105),contingent,service,there was enough pool for everyone, we were always alone in the fitness club. Bed linen, pillows, mattresses are amazing,one-time slippers, tea and coffee are always in the room, near the shopping center, metro, cafes / restaurants.I am very pleased, having read the negative reviews, I thought it would be trash. But this is not the case👍🏻I highly recommend the 3* hotel.
A simple hotel , a good pool on the roof , they took only breakfasts , which were monotonous all 7 days , except that the watermelon was changed to a melon , relatively close to the metro , near the hotel there is a supermarket
Very nice hotel, nice rooms, the food is more Indian, but good. It is close to all places, you get out and the metro is close, all shops, not far from the sea. I recommend.
They are poorly cleaned, the dust lay on the shelf on the bed, and lay all 7 days, there are no disposable slippers, you have to walk in the same as on the street
The staff is very arrogant, they imagine themselves to be queens of a three-star hut.
Departure to Moscow at 23:00 at night, evicted at 11:30 in the afternoon, transfer at 18 o'clock, while they refused to feed, they bought lunch from 134 derhams.
It's definitely not possible to get to the beach on foot, it takes 15 minutes by bus
Transfer at 8 a.m. to the sea, pick up at 12 p.m., (not everyone can stand these 4 hours) by the way, there are no hammocks and umbrellas on the beaches (((
Food at the hotel:
Very sharp and monotonous. It's almost the same thing every day. For lunch, they don't put anything except water to drink. Morning coffee, the cheapest instant drink, is impossible to drink.
Disappointed in the hotel ((
Especially waiting 6.5 hours and not even feeding your guests, it's terrible
Of the advantages, there is still a rooftop pool, from 8 am to 20:00
And there is a gym for 24 hours👍(only for this I give 2 stars)
So it would be 0
The hotel is budget-friendly, it barely pulls out a C, but that's why it's budget-friendly, there are a lot of people, 95% are Hindus, the staff is friendly, diligent, the breakfasts are hearty, everything is there, the cuisine is Indian, but you won't stay hungry, many write queues or have nowhere to sit, there was no such thing, although there are a lot of people. The rooms are cleaned every day, we had a view of the city, it's beautiful, towels are changed daily, the water is hot without problems, the room is small, the furnishings correspond to the price, the pool is small, there are few people, you can sunbathe and refresh yourself, transfer to the beach at 9 am, it was used 1 time, there were places, who-then takes a taxi 20-25 dh we went by bus, from metro C10, and 88, metro 15 min walk, easy in the morning, far away in the evening, if anyone understands what I mean, by bus you can get to Almamzar beach around the corner from hotel C01 to Union station, there is a transfer to H28 to the park, long, but cheap, if you have money, you can take a taxi 45 dh, cafes around are not very good for our taste, Indian, Pakistani, Thai, everything is spicy, lunch and dinner are usually in the city, it's more diverse there, who is limited by budget, I can give advice to buy food in Carrefour shopping centers, etc. in the ready meals department, this is certainly not a restaurant, but in 10 days the savings are noticeable. I advise everyone to try different fresh fruits in different places, they are delicious everywhere in Dubai.
The hotel is not bad, but the food is Indian, you will not stay hungry, but everything is monotonous! For breakfast, the same sausages every day, no more meat or cheese, omelette, eggs, toast, jam is not tasty, a lot of salads and Indian spicy slush with tortillas! The fruits are melons, watermelons and oranges. The rooms are all without balconies, nothing dries. Conveniently 10-15 minutes to the metro, 5 stations and Dubai Mall, 2 km from the Old Town.
The hotel is quite good, the interior is neat, clean, the location is not bad. But, nevertheless, it is very far to the sea, only to take the bus, and minus the food, because every day it was all the same, which got boring very quickly, and the food was INSANELY SPICY, because there are a lot of Indians resting in this hotel. Everything else is fine.
Greetings! We rested with our family from 03/26/24.,eight nights, chose the hotel for a long time, gave preference to this! Since the location is close to the metro, and this is very important in Dubai!!! 15 min walking distance. And to the sea, transfer by bus at 9 am, pick up back at 13:00.also transfer to Think pier.Breakfasts are the norm for three stars, they were also set up in the dining room in a sudok, and they took it with them, it is allowed!!! The main thing is not to take it out in the dining room, you can not do this!the rooms are clean, cleaned every day, left three bottles of water, coffee, tea, bed linen was changed every three days.I recommend it to everyone!
A good urban-type hotel. It is inhabited mainly by Hindus and Pakistanis, there were very few Russian speakers. The food in the dining room is modest and with a great emphasis on oriental cuisine. The staff does not know Russian, only English. The hotel itself is quite clean, the rooms are cleaned, linen is changed every day. A small bus runs to the beach once a day. Who managed to get in, he sat down, the number of seats is limited, the driver will not be lucky standing.
I WENT ON VACATION TO DUBAI WITH A CHILD - A BOY OF 14 YEARS OLD. INITIALLY I WAS WORRIED ABOUT HIS FOOD, THEY TOOK BREAKFAST AND DINNER. THEY BROUGHT US TO THE HOTEL AT 6 A.M., IT SEEMED TO US A LOT OF PEOPLE AT THE RECEPTION, PEOPLE CHECK IN, WAIT, SLEEP, THE MOVEMENT IS IN FULL SWING, WE ARE TIRED FROM THE NIGHT FLIGHT, AND SO ON, WELL, OKAY. THERE WERE NO BIG PLANS. WE REGISTER, ASK FOR EARLY CHECK-IN, WE ARE REFUSED, THEY SAY - THERE ARE NO AVAILABLE ROOMS. WELL, OK. NEXT, WE GO TO THE TOILET, CHANGE CLOTHES, PUT OUR THINGS IN THE LUGGAGE ROOM, WE THINK WE'LL HAVE COFFEE OR SOMETHING TO EAT AT THE HOTEL, WE DON'T REALLY LIKE EVERYTHING. well ok. WE STUDIED THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IN ADVANCE, SO PLUS OR MINUS WE KNEW WHAT WAS THERE AND WHERE, WENT TO THE STORE, THE PLAN WAS RIPE. WE GO TO THE STORE, BUY A SNACK, AND TAKE A TRANSFER TO THE BEACH. IN TOTAL, WE FOUND A CONVENIENCE STORE, BOUGHT FRUITS, JUICE, WATER, SOMETHING WITH US, SANDWICHES, ETC. IN GENERAL, WE HAD A SNACK ON THE BENCH, EVERYTHING WAS FINE. AT 9.00 TRANSFER TO THE BEACH. LA MER BEACH. DRIVE FOR 15 MINUTES, THERE WERE NOT MANY PEOPLE NORMALLY, BACK AT 13.00. UPON CHECK-IN, THEY PAID A TAX OF -10 DIRHAMS PER NIGHT FROM THE ROOM. normal. THERE IS NO DEPOSIT. WE WENT TO THE BEACH, A BEAUTIFUL BEACH, FREE, BUT THERE ARE NO SUN BEDS OR UMBRELLAS. FOOD AND DRINKS ON THE BEACH ARE EXPENSIVE, UNJUSTIFIABLY EXPENSIVE. WE HAD EVERYTHING, WE DIDN'T NEED IT. THERE ARE TOILETS, CHANGING ROOMS, AND SHOWERS ON THE BEACH. THE BEACH IS SANDY, YOU CAN SWIM TO THE BUOYS. IN MY OPINION, THE BUOYS ARE CLOSE, THE CHILD SWAM, FOUND SEA URCHINS, SAW VARIOUS FISH. IN GENERAL, THE BEACH IS NORMAL. UPON RETURNING TO THE HOTEL, THE ROOM KEYS WERE GIVEN AT ABOUT 13.45. WE WERE ON THE THIRD FLOOR. WI-FI IS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL, EVERYTHING IS NORMAL. THE SIGNAL IS NORMAL. OUR ROOM WAS A DOUBLE ROOM, 2 SEPARATE BEDS, A BATHROOM, AN OPEN CLOSET. THE ONLY THING IS THAT THE ROOM IS VERY SMALL, EVEN THE SUITCASE CANNOT BE DECOMPOSED, IT IS ALSO INCONVENIENT TO HANG THINGS, BUT WE WERE SO NOT INTERESTED IN IT THAT WE DID NOT CARE, I WRITE THIS IF SUDDENLY IT IS IMPORTANT TO SOMEONE, THE ROOM HAS AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL, THE WINDOW OPENS, A VIEW OF THE NEIGHBORING HOTEL. THERE ARE TILES ON THE FLOOR IN THE ROOM, A BATHROOM, A HAIRDRYER, LIQUID SOAP, SHOWER GEL, DISPOSABLE SLIPPERS AND DISPOSABLE TOOTHBRUSHES WERE GIVEN A COUPLE OF TIMES, STUPIDLY TAKEN HOME, MAYBE IT WILL COME IN HANDY. THERE IS A KETTLE AND TEA IN THE ROOM. COFFEE, SUGAR, DRY CREAM. THEY GAVE US 2 BOTTLES OF SODA EVERY DAY - 0.5 LITERS WAS ENOUGH FOR US. AFTER THE BEACH AND CHECK-IN, WE WENT FOR A WALK, RETURNED TO THE HOTEL IN THE EVENING FOR DINNER, IT IS FROM 19.00 TO 23.00, VERY CONVENIENT, SUCH A LONG PERIOD, THERE WERE NEVER MANY PEOPLE, EVERYONE WENT AT A CONVENIENT TIME. DINING AT THIS HOTEL IS DIFFERENT FROM TURKEY AND EGYPT. THE VARIETY IS SMALL, BUT THERE WAS ENOUGH OF EVERYTHING: THE CUISINE IS MOSTLY INDIAN, AND THIS LEAVES ITS MARK. CHICKEN, BEANS, SAUCES, SOMETHING DIFFERENT, RICE. POTATOES, A COUPLE OF TYPES OF PASTA, PASTA, SOMETIMES THERE WAS FISH, BEEF WAS ALSO SEVERAL TIMES, SALADS OF 2 TYPES, AND MUCH MORE, ICE CREAM IS MANDATORY, SOUP, SOME KIND OF PASTRIES, CUPCAKE, CAKE, IN GENERAL WE HAD ENOUGH FOOD AND EVEN HAD A LOT. THE BREAKFASTS WERE ALSO NORMAL, BUT MONOTONOUS, BUT YOU CAN TAKE DIFFERENT THINGS. WE HAD ENOUGH, WE ARE NOT PRETENTIOUS. THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS A SEPARATE THRILL. THE METRO IS 1.2 KM AWAY, IT TAKES ABOUT 15 MINUTES ON FOOT, BUT THE SIGHTS ARE VERY CLOSE. ONE STATION AND A FRAME, THROUGH 2 STATIONS - THE MUSEUM OF THE FUTURE, THROUGH 2 MORE OR ONE DUBAI MALL AND BURJ KHALIFA, 20 MINUTES AND A PALM TREE AND A COUPLE MORE STATIONS AND DUBAI MARINA. EVERYONE FOUND OUT ABOUT THE SUBWAY BEFORE LEAVING, SO WE HUNG OUT ON THE SUBWAY, IT WAS VERY CONVENIENT AND WE REALLY LIKED IT. THERE ARE A LOT OF CAFES AROUND THE HOTEL, JUST A BUNCH OF DIFFERENT ONES, SUPERMARKETS WITH FRUITS, JUICES, WHATEVER YOU WANT, THERE IS A SHOPPING CENTER NEARBY, BUT I DON'T REMEMBER HOW TO GET THERE. honestly. IN GENERAL, THE HOTEL IS HONEST. AND I FORGOT THE POOL ON THE ROOF, THERE WAS ONCE - TOWELS, SUN BEDS ARE THERE, EVERYTHING IS NORMAL. IN GENERAL, I AM MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THE HOTEL. WE GOT EVERYTHING WE WANTED, AND THAT'S ALL I NEED.
A good inexpensive hotel , near supermarkets , a mosque, a fifteen-minute walk to the metro , and disadvantages: weak WiFi , monotonous food with a Hindu accent, often there is no coffee and tea at dinner, often there are no clean dishes, you have to wait, the pool closes early, the staff is polite , there is billiards, a bar
Vacation in Dubai from 02/14.24 to 02/22.24 at the Citimax 3 star hotel. I will start my review with the fact that 12 years ago we were already in Dubai at the 3-star Mayfei hotel in the Deira area (I really liked the hotel, as 5 stars in Egypt). The weather greeted us on a hot morning + 25 (feels like 35 in Volgograd) the sun (further, according to communication with Russian tourists, it rained 2 days before our arrival and the weather was bad) we were lucky and the whole vacation was windy only a couple of times in the evening and had to put on a windbreaker, the sea was contrasting and we had to run in, but you get used to it quickly and then you don't want to leave the sea (all tourists swam, sunbathed, although it's winter in Dubai).
With regard to the hotel itself, I'll start with the pros: not far from the airport about 20-25 minutes, very good cleaning, liked the rooftop pool (warm heated water) there were always enough sun beds and a magnificent view of Dubai, 20-25 minutes walk to the metro (5 stops to Burj Khalifa - 15 minutes drive), 15 minutes walk alcohol market MMI ( prices are certainly not like in Russia, I bought 0.5 beer for 6 dirhams ( about 200 rubles ) and whiskey 1 liter 30 dirhams ( about 1000 rubles ) at the hotel by the pool you can drink beer, but if you order from them it is 40 dirhams, unfortunately these are all advantages.
Cons- 70 percent of the people in the hotel are representatives of India (it's closer to them to fly to Dubai) at first they were a little shocked by them (very loud, they climb without waiting in line, there are always a lot of them at the reception, but later you get used to the neighborhood with them), the room is very tired and small, the TV does not show Russian channels. Thank God that Europeans eat separately from Indians (although according to reviews about this hotel they write that there is a common dining room, so we were lucky and we were separated, this is a small plus), about food (we only had breakfast) everything is as everyone writes - too weak for this hotel, I did not have enough cuts (cheese, sausage) and porridge for the baby .We took them to La Mer beach from 9 a.m. and back at 13:00 ( about 30-40 minutes to go , a half-empty bus , went 2 times), the beach is very modest , quiet , a couple of shops , the entrance to the sea is good , the sand is clean - in Dubai this is probably the worst beach ( I will not write about other beaches) , but it is free and you can get relaxation in your own way.
In general, the rest was a success, we chose a budget hotel, we knew from the reviews that the hotel was weak, for us the hotel was an overnight stay and after the sea swimming in the pool, so we did not stay in it for a long time. This hotel would be recommended for a budget tourist who is positive and will not look for dust in the room.
R.S. one of the main expenses was the water park at the Atlantis Hotel on Palm Jumeirah Island (12 years ago we were in Val Vali at the Sail) for comparison, Val Vali is better, it is more compact, all the slides are nearby and the photos from the Parus hotel are excellent, Atlantis plus has a beach where the photos are also beautiful , but it is big and we haven't even been to the far slides
An urban-type hotel with an Indian flavor in the form of staff and food of the same orientation.Clean.There is a rooftop pool where you can splash around if desired. The issue of towels for the pool is also there. There is a 1p transfer to the sea, 1p back. Not far away is a 20min walk to the metro station. There is a shopping center nearby, there are supermarkets. In general, it is a good option for a short trip if you need a city.
