I paid 59 rubles for the fact that the endocrinologist O. V. Andilevko prescribed me vitamins and said that they would not help, I was just shocked! I myself understand what to drink vitamins, although the analysis shows more increased attention from the doctor!

I signed up in advance for the direction, I was immediately warned that the result would be ready within 3 hours, in fact I took it after 1.5 hours. The clinic is large and bright, the doctor is a pleasant woman, explained and told everything about the diagnosis. They handed out a whole folder with a disk and a conclusion. The girls at the reception are also friendly and attentive, helped with filling out the questionnaire, were escorted to the office and given a bathrobe, a hat, shoe covers, there was no need to bring anything with you. There was even a safe in the changing room for valuables. Before the study, I was interviewed again, everything was clarified and only then put into the machine. The result was ready in a couple of hours, although I thought I would be able to pick it up only tomorrow. In addition to describing the pictures and diagnosis, the doctor gave recommendations for visiting other doctors. I was very pleased with the reception, I recommend it!

I don't recommend Halkina I.A. to anyone. I came with a problem of neoplasm, all I asked was how I was emptying, did an ultrasound in three minutes and sent to the reception to make an appointment for surgery. There is no explanation of what, from what, or what types of treatment are possible, or what methods of surgical intervention. The entire consultation took 7 minutes and was absolutely not worth the money spent.

Why doesn't the neurologist explain in the pictures exactly where the problem is? Does she even watch them? When I asked about it, it turned out that she couldn't even open this disk on her computer. And how does she prescribe treatment for me?
I was able to open it at home! Question: should I start studying the structure of the spine myself and where are the deviations in it?
Okay, where are the measurements in this program? How do I work with her? Where are the pictures of the inner cavity of the intervertebral discs? Some of the pictures are not clear why they were taken and are half-blurred, how can you even see anything on these?
I don't know by whose conclusion. My diagnosis is moderate osteochondrosis.
According to the neurologist, these are all exaggerations and there is nothing serious there, just a slight shift. Question: where!?
The neurologist prescribed me exercises, drinking B vitamins and sedatives. It's been about a year, and I'm only getting worse. I don't know what to do, who to contact, even if it happens in paid clinics...
An MRI scan cost 700p + a neurologist's consultation, and it wasn't worth the money!

I will not go to this clinic anymore! Only a beautiful picture and they take a lot of money, and the services, as it turned out, are no better than a polyclinic at the place of residence. In mid-April, after the appointment, the neurologist prescribed a therapeutic back massage, which, as it turned out, was simply impossible to get to. "Everything is scheduled for April, the record for May will be from April 23rd." I called on April 23 - "recording for May will begin on April 25." I called 25 - "there are no places for May, the specialist is on vacation, the appointment for June will be at the end of the month." After my indignation, I was told that I had to enroll in the reserve. I signed up for the reserve. Two days later, they called back and said that there were a couple of places for the middle of June at 10-11 o'clock. I explain that I am at work until 17-00 and ask for time in the evening. "Well, then on June 26th once and on June 28th once," But I was assigned 10 sessions, not two. And they should be done not once a week, but probably in a row.... As a result, I refused both the reserve and the services of this center. I would like to recommend that you have such a number of staff that will meet the demand for your services so that you do not have to queue for half a year! I can't believe that we don't have specialists in the city who can do therapeutic massage!!!

When I saw the 5.0 rating, I fell into a stupor.
I applied to this clinic to have an MRI of the knee joint.
Surprisingly, it was recorded literally the next morning.
Everything seemed to be going very well, but it just seemed.
In the MRI room, the doctor was very aggressive. When the doctor asked questions and received answers and clarifying questions, he was rude. The mood before the procedure was already spoiled. When he lay down on the table, the doctor did not explain anything about the procedure. What should I do with the headphones? What to do with the wristband? Is it possible to move? When the door was already closing, I managed to find out what to do with the headphones by asking a question after. The procedure was carried out in fear due to obscurity. I had to lie still and think that everything was fine.
The result is not disclosed in any way, just a sheet with a probable diagnosis is given.
In addition to the above, two more things surprised me: the lack of hot water in the cooler and complete unsanitary conditions in the sanitary unit.
