I liked the attitude of the staff, we changed the room to a larger one without any problems, as the poor cleaning caught my eye upon arrival. They brought a bottle of wine as an apology. In the new room, the cleaning was a little better... Plumbing is a separate topic: the faucet in the sink flowed everywhere, but not where the manufacturer intended. It is almost impossible to adjust the average water temperature in the shower cabin. Either boiling water or cold water. Breakfast is very modest, especially for Georgia. The hotel is located near the beach, 300 meters away, but there is a construction site and mud on the way. In general, Batumi is for an amateur, it is worth coming here in a couple of years, when the construction is finished. I liked the old part of the city more.
