Pain and suffering accompany everyone who is faced with the loss of a loved one, it is in such a difficult moment that professional help is needed. That's what I thought when I dialed the number of the GRC, but something prevented everyone who took part in the preparation of the farewell ceremony, including Agent Dmitry K., from approaching this process with a soul and understanding, My heart is broken, and when you see the attitude of "it's okay", it starts to hurt even more. The stages that threw me into a certain shock: photo selection, makeup application, transportation of the body (when you open the coffin, you see the position of the head in a place where it should not be). To all who may read this review, I sincerely wish you good health and long life. And those who are faced with the loss of loved ones, my condolences and wishes that the last journey of your loved one was not associated with such negative moments.

I can't recommend this organization to anyone. Think a hundred times about whether they should be trusted to organize the burial of a loved one. The agent does not adhere to any standards of professional ritual ethics. They promise one thing, but in fact you get zero on the way out and insult the feelings of relatives and friends. They claim that they prepare the bodies for burial themselves and they have their own premises and morgues, but in fact they undignified the funeral and did not prepare the body of the deceased properly.
People .... double-check everything, write it down, or better yet, do it yourself... and save money and save your nerves....
