I think that my polyclinic deserved a grade of 4. There are many complaints, but in general, it is quite tolerable. Difficulties in obtaining the necessary drugs, making an appointment with specialized specialists. The appointment to the therapist is only on the 15th and 30th. But most importantly, computers are always "hanging" and you have to sit out huge queues, because the equipment does not work. It's every time you come to get medicine.

On October 1, Aidan Muratkyzy's doctor was scheduled to see a therapist at 8:30 a.m. When I went to the appointment, the doctor informed me that my insurance had not been paid and sent me to another office to sort it out, all this in a rough form. She didn't even listen to me. I came there with kidney pain... For a second, all taxes, including CSHI, are paid on time, no later than the 25th. And of course everything was paid for by me. She even asked to double-check her daughter, just in case, while she was standing in the hallway. I have a question: why can't the doctor correctly check whether it was paid or not? Secondly: why do they send a patient who is not feeling very well to sort it out in such a rude way??? This is not the first such incident in the clinic! There is no doctor at our site, recording is not available through the LADY, we have to constantly call, and the operators also respond rudely. When I made an appointment for this appointment, I got on the cameraman Nazerke Aigibai, who did not hide her rudeness, although it seems that the conversation is being recorded... The question itself arises, if YOU don't like working with people, why did YOU go to study medicine and doctors.... I hope the clinic's management will see this review and take action. But I will not leave the case today and will send a complaint to the Health Department. Maybe at least this way our attitude towards people will improve....
