My sick spouse is prescribed antibiotics 2 times a day. On Friday, December 27, we were warned that Saturday was a short day and we needed to arrive at 9 a.m., with the second injection before 2 p.m. When we arrived on Saturday, December 28, we waited until 10 o'clock because the nurse of the treatment room did not come to work. They found a replacement from the nurses who worked somewhere in the office. Instead of intravenous ascorbic acid, we were given intramuscularly. Arriving at the second injection at 13 o'clock, they discovered that the office was closed. None of the staff present could explain the reason. It was difficult to find a nurse who said that the office was supposedly quartered from 13 to 13.30. It is unclear why it should be quartered if the working day ends in half an hour. Some of the patients even left without waiting for the completion of the search for a nurse. Is this the Mission as it is written on each cabinet, or how to understand it all?
I was just assigned to this clinic, I was with my therapist-a pleasant woman, listened, prescribed tests, did not apply with any complaint - she always says, yes, of course, let's send you to this or that procedure.
The pre-medical offices also had competent nurses.
Regarding queues, even though you sign up on time, it is better to come earlier, there will be an opportunity to come earlier and not wait.
So far, everything is fine.
