A good three-star apartment hotel. The rooms are very spacious. There is a two-storey room. Relatively for a small amount of money. But there were problems with the shower. When asked to fix the problem, they promised but did not fix anything.
Our favorite place to stay! Clean, cozy, the location is the coolest in the center. The rooms are comfortable with a kitchen, 2-storey penthouses are the coolest feature in the hotel. They clean up, respond to requests and help with the solution. Lyazat is a very kind, sweet woman! People have been living there for months, and the prices are acceptable, and the atmosphere ..... in general, we will come ourselves more than once again, and we advise everyone we know!

- A terrible mattress, which is impossible to sleep on. Literally, the metal mesh bulges out of the mattress and digs into the body. Not even a few layers of blankets can save you.
At the same time, the surface is uneven and there is a noticeable depression in the center, as if an obese person had been lying there for months. I was told that the mattress was bought almost a year ago and if I turn it over, everything will be OK. Of course, no magic happened
This is some kind of wild disregard for the client. This is the first time I've come across something like this, I didn't even expect it
- the pillows are some kind of shapeless parody, in which the stuffing is crumpled. It is impossible to sleep. As a result, I bought myself a new one.
- A blanket - there is no need to talk about any warmth....There are no others
Synthetic bed linen is cheaper, so be sure to get electric charges often
- sound insulation - there is none. The neighbors' conversation is perfectly audible, their TV is on... but there is no need to talk about what is happening in the corridor.
- There is a problem with the water pressure. You can get scalded in the shower just because one of the neighbors turned on the cold water
- Heating is also a problem with it. In frosts, the room is noticeably cool. The lower half of the battery is literally cold

No one is sitting at the reception at a late hour. The doors to the building and office are open, there are duplicate keys that any passerby can take and open the rooms. The administrator's cell phones are disabled and if there is any problem, you will not even be able to notify.
Some boorish people who don't care about the guests live in the hotel on a regular basis. They sleep on the lower floors.
All service rooms are not guarded and are accessible to everyone in the building.
Guests make noise at night, they don't let you sleep. The walls are thin and you can even hear the TV turned on in the neighbors.
I didn't get any help from the staff and had to solve the problem myself.
For some reason, they settle guests next to each other, although almost all rooms are available.
No receipts or invoices were provided for the payment. The remark was answered that accountants do not work on weekends. This is nonsense. You don't need an accountant to issue checks. A computer, a printer and a receptionist are sufficient.
I wanted to move out right after I entered the room, but I couldn't find the receptionist anymore, and they took the payment initially. I won't go there anymore and I don't advise anyone.
