Why is a rheumatologist who treats sore joints on the second floor? Are these sick old people and people with sore joints supposed to climb slippery stairs to the second floor? And right there next to the pediatric neurologist is a crowd of very sick children with their heads. There is also nothing to breathe on the second floor, no windows or ventilation system, it's just an outrage!!
