March 2020. It is conveniently located on a quiet street almost in the very center of the city. There are men at the reception, one even knows a little Russian, it was nice) We were unlucky with WiFi, it was not in the room. There is also no usual kettle, cups, glasses in the room, only a refrigerator and a TV (there are no Russian channels). It can be paired (3 min. to buy groceries, and at the reception you can always ask for free boiling water or buy tea and coffee, and have breakfast right there at the reception. The hotel only provides breakfast and at an inflated price. At other times, the restaurant simply does not work. For budget-conscious travelers who don't stay at the hotel, it's great. The hotel continues to be built.

The hotel itself is excellent, the breakfast for a 3-star hotel is simply incredible, delicious cheeses, sausages, pastries, a good coffee machine. The room is small, but extremely ergonomic. There is only one serious drawback for autumn 2019: there is a construction site nearby, they start working at 6 am.
