I was on a business trip. The hotel is small and tidy. According to the surroundings, service, and layout of the rooms, it is clear that they want to comply with international standards. The service is smooth, there are no complaints. The location is convenient - everything is not too far away, there is an entrance for a taxi, a tram stop nearby, and there is a noticeable vibration through the building when these trams pass by. There is a private courtyard with a smoking room, and a coffee machine with tolerable but expensive coffee in the hallway. There is a cafe or restaurant in the hotel, but I don't know what is there, I didn't use it, but other guests went, there were family and with children. There was no air conditioning in the room, there was a fan. The prices are reasonable, without overkill. In general, a decent, calm hotel, average.

A small hotel with outdated renovation, but everything is always very clean. Pleasant and courteous staff. Good breakfasts, spacious rooms. Of the cons, there are tram tracks nearby, so it shakes from time to time. It can be cool in winter
