A wonderful hotel! The room is very clean, there is a comfortable mattress, there is everything you need: tea, water, sweets, toothbrushes, bathrobes, hairdryer. The bed linen and towels are perfectly white and fresh. Pleasant, polite hotel staff, the location is very convenient and the room is large. I was very comfortable and managed to recover very quickly after a tiring day. Thank you very much, I recommend it!

A very good place to stay, clean, comfortable and large rooms. The breakfasts are very tasty, I especially liked the rice porridge and pancakes, they are prepared with a soul, the woman who looks after everything is very polite and responsive. We stayed for the second time, after arriving in Uralsk, only here. The price and quality are perfect. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is amazing! The manager is a nice girl, she helped with any questions that arise. The room is clean, spacious, comfortable, the bed linen is neat, ironed, there is everything you need for the first time. Special thanks for the breakfast, delicious, satisfying!!
