An excellent accommodation option for a family. Correct communication with the owners, they are always in touch. There is everything around - from the supermarket to the cinema and coffee shops. Spacious apartment, air conditioning. The streets around us were a little confused by the trash, but we CIS residents are no stranger to it :))

We were in Uralsk on October 22, 23. We chose this hotel based on good reviews and did not lose. The room is very clean, the linen smells nice, there is a freshener in the toilet with an unobtrusive pleasant smell. You can just come with documents and money, everything is in the room. We'll stop there next time.

A great hotel, clean, cozy, quiet with spacious, warm rooms! I highly recommend it If you need to visit Uralsk, I will stay only here. The breakfasts are very hearty, delicious and creative! Location next to the Consulate of the Russian Federation, there is also a cozy inexpensive dining room nearby👍

During a business trip to Uralsk, I stayed in the CITY HOTEL apartments. The location is very convenient. Everything is within walking distance. The room is perfectly equipped to accommodate both one person and a family of three. Good repair. Clear. Attentive staff.
You can safely recommend it to your friends and acquaintances!

The room for that kind of money is simply gorgeous, the location is the best, 100 meters and the city center, a 24-hour supermarket, shopping centers, several excellent cafes. The Consulate of the Russian Federation is only 900 meters away (I came to the consulate). There is a charming and polite employee at the reception. I boldly recommend it.

Thank you so much for a wonderful rest and overnight stay. We stopped for the night on the way to Moscow. A lovely and cozy room, we were very kindly and warmly welcomed, treated with understanding and care, accommodation is 10 out of 10! In general, prices for hotel rooms in Uralsk are overstated. The same Chagala, the price per room is the same as in Atyrau new chagala, but the rooms in Atyrau are new (by the type of networkers), and in Uralsk they are of the Soviet type, as in the Cosmos hotel, who knows, he will understand))

For me, as a business traveler, there are things that I did not like - there is no road near the Apartments, from the word at all!
Poor sound insulation. The Internet is weak. There are no normal shirt hangers, only cheap semi-square ones, there are no dryers for washed clothes, the iron and ironing board are dirty and half-dead.
The bed is normal. In general, it is cozy here for Uralsk. In general, you can come for a couple of days, if you are not afraid to get your feet dirty in the mud and will not iron.
