Great hotel! The first line, 10 meters and you're on the beach. They were at the end of June 2021. Very friendly and hospitable staff and management. They responded to all our wishes as quickly as possible. A comfortable and comfortable room, which has absolutely all the necessary things, including a kettle, water, coffee and slippers. Wonderful, and most importantly, a variety of breakfasts. In general, there are some advantages. There are supermarkets near the hotel, very convenient. We will definitely come again!! We recommend it to everyone!!

A cozy, small hotel. Russian-speaking managers at the reception will always help, 50 meters from the sea, a quiet alley. The rooms are clean, everything you need is there, the refrigerator does not rattle, there are Russian channels, the air conditioning is quiet. The rooms are cleaned every day, unfortunately, the water bottle and soap accessories are not always replenished. The price corresponds to the quality of service. I hope my review will help someone when choosing a hotel.

I really liked the hotel! Clean modern rooms, daily cleaning, friendly staff. The location is excellent, beach, beach park, promenade, cafes, restaurants, markets, old town, Migros shopping center, everything is close and convenient.

Nice hotel
The breakfasts certainly leave much to be desired. The rooms are good. Towels are changed every day, cleaning is also almost every day. The location of the hotel is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the beach, there is a swimming pool. There are many cafes, restaurants, shops nearby. 5M Migros is a 15-minute walk away, there is also an excellent luna park and aquarium.

There are still a few days left before the end of the rest, but I want to leave a review now.
The hotel was booked through a tour operator. We knew that the rating of the hotel was low, everyone wrote in the reviews that the staff was unfriendly, the breakfasts tasteless, the WiFi was terrible. We thought, well, okay, it's not that scary. Breakfast was excluded from the stay, we eat in a cafe, we are friendly to the staff ourselves and they reciprocate, you can connect to Wi-Fi in any cafe if there is an urgent need. Well, that's it, we think that all the negativity has been closed. That was not the case.
We were accommodated on the minus ground floor. The room smelled strongly of damp. And what else will it smell like when "mushrooms" are growing in full swing in the bathroom, and the window overlooks a high wall that does not let a single ray of sunlight through? Towels with swimsuits did not dry out for two days.
Although we were told that the room had been cleaned after previous guests, it was dirty. We are not the kind of people who climb under the bed in search of garbage or lose consciousness from a chip on a plate, but when the baseboards are fringed with dust, it's too much. Before checking in, I wanted to clean this room again.
Well, the little things. The walls are cardboard, we witnessed everything: joy and laughter, loud quarrels and passionate sex. There are holes in the walls from what used to hang there (why seal them up, suddenly they will come in handy again!). The toilet seat on the toilet is held on one bolt, and the ribbon indicating that the toilet is disinfected caused a lot of doubts in his dream, because he had seen, apparently, such views... A huge hole in the curtains is nicely fastened with a golden pin. Black hair is found here and there. Even on towels. But it seems to me that this is an integral part of any culture where brunettes predominate. And the room, by the way, is located directly above the dining room. Therefore, tables and chairs are endlessly moving overhead.
Why didn't we contact the staff to eliminate what we don't like? Firstly, we knew that for such money we would not be offered a Radisson during this period. Secondly, in the pandemic, we pass all surfaces with alcohol wipes anyway, so we cleaned ourselves. Well, we practically didn't sit in the room.
By the way, the staff is normal, the wifi is excellent. We didn't dare try the breakfasts. A solid 1 star out of the four available at the hotel.

We visited the hotel in November. We chose it based on the recommendations of our friends and were very satisfied! Great location, there is absolutely everything nearby! The sea is only 100 meters away. The hotel is very cozy and comfortable for both couples and families. We had a family room. The rooms are clean, bright, cleaned once a day. The staff is very friendly, all hygiene measures are observed. The breakfasts were updated every day. Next time we will come back 100%!!!

The service is lame: they communicate with the guests as if the guests live with them for free. The room was dirty upon check-in: there was hair and garbage on the floor and on the bed. Apparently, from previous tenants.
The room has not been cleaned once in 3 days of stay!
The breakfasts are not delicious. Of the entire assortment, only pancakes were more or less edible, half of which were burnt.
The only advantage is the location: 5 minutes walk from the beach.

It's time to write a review about the hotel called “Citrus Park". To begin with, I want to indicate that the assessment of the hotel is as urban (for fans of a lazy vacation Ala super duper Mega all inclusive you can not read)! As I said, an urban-type hotel and this is its definite plus, because in Turkey there is a lot to see besides endless food and alcohol. The great advantage of this hotel is its location (Konialty district). Firstly, it is close to the sea (literally 3 minutes), secondly, Kemer is located nearby and the beach offers excellent views of the Kemer mountains. There is also an amazing place in Antalya called the Old Town (Kaleichi), you can get there without problems by bus in 20-30 minutes. Well, how about without shopping, there is a large Migros store within a 15-minute walk, where there are well-known brands (Zara, Mango, etc.). I would like to mention the hotel staff separately, they are all great fellows! They always smile, they will come to the rescue, and how delicious they cook ... mmm, you'll lick your fingers. We took breakfast/dinner, we always ate enough. Turkish soups are a separate art form. Yes, each dish is a masterpiece, I was 100% satisfied in terms of food. All the staff are great fellows, starting from the director and ending with the cleaners. There is a simple rule-if you treat people well, then they treat you well. At least it works here. It doesn't hurt to know English, as not many people in the hotel know Russian. But don't worry, they teach him quickly, and Manager Hamdi will always come to the rescue. And if you also know a little Turkish, it's great! Antalya is my favorite vacation destination in Turkey! A magnificent 11 km long promenade (if I'm not mistaken). You can run, ride a bike or just walk, lie on the grass and admire the sea. There are no eternal counters with wallets, jackets with clingy sellers. Everyone here has a rest in their own way. Konyalty is a place of relaxation. As for excursions, it's different for everyone, to their taste and purse. I prefer sea trips (walks along the bays of Kemer, diving), and to get to the old town, duden waterfalls and a lift uphill. Oh yes, I also forgot :The hotel itself is not big, but very well maintained. In its style of citrus (well, the name is clear). Elevators, rooms, tables-everything is new. If something is not working properly, the staff promptly solves the problems. Wi-Fi is free, it catches both in the room and on the pool. At least that's how it was for me. In general, if you want to see not only a sun lounger by the pool and a drunken neighbor, then definitely choose Antalya and enjoy. Do not worry, in the markets and in the hotel bar you can always buy beer from raki (vodka). And of course, as for the sea… it's magical, calm in the morning, a wave in the evening, clean. You choose to relax on the pebbles for free or go to a cafe with sun loungers (the price is about the same everywhere about 40 lira 1 chaise longue for the whole day). I will give the hotel 4+ (there is always something to strive for and where to grow)

The hotel was chosen for a long time according to the price / quality ratio. The embankment was a two-minute walk away, very convenient when you have small children. The hotel is pleasant, the location is good. There are a lot of lockers in the room. BUT the work of the maids is just terrible. We cleaned 4 times in a month and a half. Yes, there is periodic cleaning, but not once every 2 weeks. And if they don't clean themselves, you have to go look for them and ask for cleaning. When the sign was hung up, it was simply removed. There was also a very interesting story. I was sitting in my room and going to the beach. And suddenly I hear the door open, jumped out of bed and saw the maids (there was no knock). I packed up and left, but on the way I remembered that I had forgotten something. Back in the room, there was an oil painting in front of me. The maid, standing with her back to me (that is, not seeing me), takes a casket with money from the shelf and opens it. I started watching and saw how she saw the money and started counting it (apparently she was looking for large bills) after I saw her rummaging on the shelf. But the stories didn't end there. I had tartlets. And then I didn't know that you can't leave food there. When I wanted to eat them, I noticed that 4 pieces were missing. And so it's clear who ate them. If you do decide to check in, remember NOT TO LEAVE FOOD IN A PROMINENT PLACE. Well, I'm not going to talk about jewelry. After the reviews, I found out that the ring was stolen from the guests. To be honest, I have no doubt about it.

We had a rest in July 2021. They moved into the basement. No cleaning was carried out. I had to go to the reception desk several times. The staff is excellent. The breakfasts are monotonous . There is no free water in the hotel. This is a big minus.

There is no hot water in the hotel, moreover, for a long time. It's good that I booked for only 1 day. Those who came on tour from Anex - sat for a week without hot water. On the day of my arrival, repair work was underway, there was no water at all for 3 hours. After that, there was no hot water anyway, at most it was barely warm, you couldn't wash your head under it. Yes, they also made noise until 6 pm, drained the water on the floor directly onto the floor, the electricity was turned off twice. Upon check-in, they are forced to fill out a bunch of forms. So if you came to Turkey within 14 days before arrival at this hotel, you will be quarantined! At least that's what the documents say. And you also undertake to continue to inform the hotel about any sneezes of covid patients around you. Choose normal hotels where you are not forced to fill out a bunch of forms with certain consequences for you. There are a lot of midges in the room. Things don't dry at all. The plumbing is dead, with a raid, half of the holes in the shower horn do not work, which is why there is a large pressure of cool water from the remaining ones. The location is not bad, but everything else is terrible.
