A very nice hotel.
I liked the service and the price.
The room was nice.
There are Russian-speaking administrators who told everything very well and helped. Nurlan and Sabina are wonderful workers. Eileen was still there, but we had little contact with her.
The rest are English speakers, you can explain yourself with the help of an interpreter.
The Internet was not very good in the room, only in the toilet it was good.
I really liked the restaurant at the hotel. Delicious and fast.
The breakfasts were also varied and delicious.
If there were any problems, we tried to solve them quickly.
Of course, the hotel is not 5 stars, but it does not position itself. Therefore, you should not expect anything more, but it was very good to rest.
It takes 2-3 minutes to walk to the sea. The nearest beach is small pebbles, but sometimes there are sharp stones, it is better to take flip-flops / shoes to the beach. There are changing cabins and cold showers on the beach.
The room was cleaned, but there were two days when there was no cleaning due to the large number of guests, then they cleaned.
The hotel has a swimming pool.
It should be mentioned that today we did not sit in the room, we have a more active holiday than the sea-room.
There is an inexpensive BIM store nearby, there is everything there. (3 minutes walk)
0.5 liters of free water per person is given per day.
There are many cafes near the hotel.
There is a profitable exchange office within a 12-minute walk.
A 6-minute walk away, there is a shop with inexpensive Turkish sweets, tea, coffee.
There is also a small Migros, a regular store.
A 20-30-minute walk to the Shopping center with the main shops. (Zara, Cotton... etc.)
It takes 6-10 minutes to get to the bus stop (Depending on which bus you need)
We recommend it to people with the same needs.
If you go to Antalya again, we will stay at this hotel.

The hotel is good, I recommend it, I booked directly through the hotel, a comfortable Superior room with a small sea view (second line). It has been since November 18, 2024. The renovation is, of course, beautiful, but not of the European level, do not be too demanding, everything is relatively normal. I left tips - they cleaned well (do not forget to put up a sign to be cleaned), there was always bottled water, tea, and clean towels. Breakfast deserves a separate merci, they cook very tasty, many different types of hot dishes, omelets, varied cheese, baked, fried, fresh vegetables ..., even buckwheat was cooked. I don't eat meat, there was something,
but I didn't look closely. The fruits in late autumn were delicious pomegranates and plums. At first I wanted to take a room without breakfast, but after trying it, I paid extra and was very pleased. The staff is great, especially the receptionist Sabina (Russian). If you have any questions, go straight to her, she will solve everything and tell you. In general, I liked the hotel. It is a good option for urban and beach holidays in Antalya. By the way, at the end of November, many people were still swimming, even Turks, the water was pleasantly refreshing +24 °, the air +22 + 24 (during the day), but you could sunbathe in the sun, it was hot, even sunscreen was needed.
Additional information: Excellent location, 3 minutes to the beach, through one hotel there is a beautiful promenade for several km., you can comfortably walk, relax with children on playgrounds, play sports, enjoy food and music in a cafe...there is everything around - restaurants, shops, bakeries, SPA, the place is cool! And a gorgeous aquarium nearby, 15 minutes on foot to it.

We stayed at this hotel twice and both times the impressions are only positive.
Overall, excellent value for money. Although, of course, it's more like 3 stars, not 4, but this is by European standards.
Great location: a couple of minutes walk to the beach, while not on the noisy first line, but in a quiet alley. A bus stop and several shops are 3 minutes away, walking slowly in the other direction.
Friendly staff, including Russian-speaking staff.
A good restaurant where the food is not worse, and the prices are even slightly lower than in establishments on the waterfront.
Cleaning and maintenance are daily, towels are changed after 2 days, bed linen once a week. The room has a hairdryer, a small refrigerator (a refrigerator, not a minibar!), a kettle with tea and coffee bags, and Russian channels on TV (if it's important for someone). A big plus is the extremely good mattresses and pillows, and individually controlled air conditioning.
Of the minor disadvantages, only monotonous breakfasts and generally outdated room equipment can be noted.

A wonderful hotel for walking around Antalya. The beach is 2-3 minutes. BIM supermarket is around the corner, Migros 5 min walk, big Migros 20 min. There is also a bus stop to Antalya Airport and to Kaleici. Transport cards are sold at a kiosk at the bus stop. The guys at the reception are just smart, professionally solve all issues, they are always ready to help, prompt, advise. They were placed in a standard, instead of an economy room, without additional charges, took into account all the wishes stated at the time of booking. Breakfasts are normal for a hotel of this level. Cleaning is not done every day, but towels are changed and shower supplies are replenished every other day. Water was left daily. The hotel is clean, despite the large number of cats. We were very happy with our vacation.

The nicest place. A very pleasant city hotel is literally 3 minutes from the beach. If you go from the hotel to the sea, there will be a paid beach a little to the right, there is a hotel sign on it, according to the map from the hotel room you will have a 10% discount. September 24, a chaise longue under an awning cost 250 tl (this is without discount) The prices for food / drink are the usual as everywhere.
There is a restaurant in the hotel itself, but we did not eat, because the cuisine there is closer to European, and we are lovers of eating local food everywhere) We only went to breakfast- quite normal, but do not expect meat / fish, which is logical. Sausages were fed to a local dog and kittens)
The rooms are very tired, but they are cleaned either well or perfectly (once for a time), linen is changed, towels are so often, soap and soap are replenished.
There are air conditioners in the rooms, but here is a newance-for it to work normally, you need to have a room card stuck in (and it often departs from the sensor) and the door is closed to a kind of balcony where you can dry towels from the beach. If the air conditioner does not work, just check the contacts of the card and the door) that is, you do not need to call the reception, as people wrote here in the comments, everything is solved in a few seconds elementary) economy rooms facing theluna and laundry-in the basement, there is a semblance of terraces and I saw that people smoke there but there are decently large washing machines and , probably, a generator making noise. Everyone else smokes on the 1st floor at tables on the veranda. All the staff is friendly, some at the reception speak Russian. Overall, it is a wonderful place, especially because of the location, a piece of the sea was visible from our window)
In the morning, if you sleep with the beam door open, the sounds from the mosque are decently loud, it is not far away, and also almost all day / night - roosters crow))

The only advantage of the hotel is its location. Very close to the sea.
Otherwise, it's not 4 stars, but minus 4 stars!
At first, we were settled in an economy class room, with a view of a concrete wall, on the minus ground floor. Then, after a scandal, they moved to the first floor, but the room was terrible. The bathroom furniture is peeling around the edges, the mirror is the same. In the shower cabin, there was no butt rubber band between the glass panels, all the water fell on the floor. The room has dirty walls. The air conditioner worked as it wanted. It is controlled from the reception. The temperature is not regulated. I had to call them all the time.
For the last 3-4 days they have been bringing us bottled chlorinated water from the tap, it is not possible to drink it.
Breakfast is meager. Fruits once a week.
We do not recommend this hotel to check in. He's terrible!

The hotel is a weak 3***, the room is small, the room has a bed, a very small table, one chair, a refrigerator, a kettle, bags of instant coffee and tea. Bathroom with shower, everything works, but there is no mold control. Cleaning: if you ask, it will be cleaned. The balcony is French (i.e. it does not exist), the windows are glazed in one glass, which does not save from street noise and a singing muezzin (minaret nearby), and if a diesel generator is started, then it is not fun at all. The split system worked efficiently.
The breakfasts are not very good: for some reason they are cold and there are many dishes made from products that were not finished yesterday, the coffee in the coffee machine is not grain, but instant, cream too. The hotel has an excellent location: close to shops and bus stops, cafes, clear sea across the street, a beach with small pebbles. The beach itself is a bit dirty: there are a lot of cigarette butts and husks from seeds. A nice promenade for walking.
There are scales for weighing luggage at the hotel reception, they have been broken for a long time, no one is trying to repair them. There is a noticeable indifference in the mood of the staff. The hotel is not the best option for a holiday.

A very nice hotel where really kind people work! The bathroom door jammed in our room at night, and we couldn't do anything, a repairman was called at the reception, and he came to the room within 5 minutes and fixed everything. Thanks to him separately and very much, it is clear that he is a very kind man! Everyone in the hotel is very friendly, smiling, this attitude is not even found in every five. The hotel has a lovely pet dog of all the guests and staff;

We had a rest in June 2024.
Pros:
+ nice, clean room
+ there is a dryer for bathing suits and underwear, the rest of the things were washed in the laundry (100 lira)
+ the location of the hotel (if you turn left along the embankment, and walk 10-15 minutes, you will come to a place where there are many cafes and restaurants for any cough. It's cool to sit in the evening)
+ good paid lunches and dinners at the hotel
+ near Migros with good fruit prices
+ you can walk to the aquarium, the Ferris wheel "Heart of Antalya" and the Migros shopping center (from Migros by bus we went to the Mark Antalya shopping center, old town, old port, upper Dudensky waterfall, Lower Dudensky Waterfall, zoo)
Cons:
- very weak breakfasts. There weren't scrambled eggs every day. (Omelet, Porridge, pancakes, tortillas - never existed).

IT'S NOT 4 STARS
A city hotel. I chose by rating, in fact the hotel does not pull 4 stars from the word at all. This is 2/3 of the stars.
Check-in - arrived at 8 pm! In the off-season, in mid-November, when there were about 20 guests in the hotel. The room is not ready, there is no extra bed, I had to go to the reception to poke my nose at the voucher and go through a replacement for what was paid for, they changed it.
The room itself causes a feeling of disgust. It doesn't seem to be old, but everything is worn and battered. There is nowhere less than a bathroom, walk sideways.
The cleaning is formal and thank you for that.
The refrigerator is very noisy, it had one 0.5 bottle of water for three, we don't forget 4 stars.
The hotel took breakfast, which can be said about them, perhaps the weakest breakfasts in which there were 4. There was an omelet, but not fried and snotty, otherwise, as in simple threes, you can find something, but you definitely won't get pleasure from eating. There was a pomegranate from the fruit, that's fine, but the rest…
The conclusion is simple, the rating does not correspond to reality, an overrated mini-hotel. If you consider it as a city hotel for a small budget and stay for two or three nights, then you can take it. The sea is nearby, the beach is dirty, there are a lot of bulls and small debris. The hotel has a strong 3 stars as for me. The breakfasts are generally normal, but not varied.
Good location, 2 minutes to the beach.
There is not enough space for drying clothes (there is only a small hanger on the railing outside the window), normal hangers on the 1st floor only.
The view seemed to be on the sea side, but there is another hotel and nothing is visible. The air conditioner worked stably, the hair dryer was weak, but my wife had enough. The cleaning is decent, towels are changed often, bed linen too.
There may be problems with washing, because it seems that you give 120 lira along with drying, but watch and shift the laundry yourself (if there are no cleaners or they are busy). The dryer is not cleaned, so I recommend wiping and throwing out the lint before you dry it yourself.
There is a Russian-speaking person with whom you can talk normally, they can give you a lunchbox at check-out (with pre-order), but we forgot to pick up our own and they didn't remind us.
In general, there is only a positive impression of the hotel.

The first time we were so disappointed in the Hotel.
To be honest, we usually do not read negative reviews, because practice shows that people exaggerate a lot, we focus more on positive ones, so this time we looked at hotels nearby, they were even lower rated, fewer stars, and cheaper - and decided to stay at Citrus Park Hotel 4* after all! It was a mistake, it's not even three stars, but probably 2 **
In short: the hotel doesn't seem to be old, but it's so shabby, I don't understand why, okay, furniture, linen, towels, but faucets, mirrors, doors, all that.. Brrrr!
And 4 stars do not have a safe, they promised us to solve this issue for 2 days, then they said that they did not have safes at all, they offered documents and money you can hide in a secluded place in the room! They listened to all our requests, smiled, nodded their heads and did nothing!
Everyone here writes about air conditioners that didn't turn on, but since we were in October, it's good that we didn't encounter this.
The hotel took only breakfast, such breakfasts were also for the first time, it seemed to me that this is how they feed in 2 ** hotels, I'm not talking about fruits now, but there are no omelets in the morning, cottage cheese, yogurt, ...what I think is the basis for breakfast, there are no pastries except loaves, and there are no desserts at all!
By the way, In the Hotel restaurant you could have lunch and dinner with a 10 percent discount, there are really no complaints, everything is delicious, good! But it's all for a fee. The location of the Hotel is really good, in the center of the embankment, all cafes, stops, an exchange and shops and the main sea are all nearby! Pros: excellent location, friendly staff and dog, restaurant - a la carte orders, lemonade, coffee, room cleaning is excellent, the opportunity to wash things inexpensively in a dryer. And once again the location!
Cons: the room was old, the air conditioner rattled and did not adjust to the temperature, it was a little noisy to sleep with the window open, there was very little space for drying swimsuits and towels.
Not the pros, not the cons: the pool is shallow and with a bunch of kids, walking to it along a strange corridor through the laundry room is somehow uncomfortable - we went and left a couple of times, the sea is a hundred times better. Not everyone will like breakfast, but we were fine.
In general, a good place for your money, the sea is super, the location is super and the staff is super!

Good location, 3 minutes walk to the beach. There are a lot of cafes nearby where you can eat or drink coffee. There are also shops nearby and a 20-25 minute walk to the large Migros shopping center. The bus stop is a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel itself is clean. The repair is not expensive, but it is fresh. The staff is friendly, although 1 guy spoke Russian during our check-in, and the rest only in Turkish. We arrived early in the morning and were not kept waiting, we were immediately checked in. We checked out in the evening and left their suitcases at the reception without any problems. In general, everything is fine for a budget hotel.

An excellent city hotel, carefully choose the location of the room, do not take it on the 1st floor, not a pleasant smell. The hotel has a reception on the right (one reception for two hotels). Breakfasts are not very good, the same thing: vegetables, eggs, cheeses, coffee, tea. The advantages are the proximity to the sea, 2 minutes walk. The embankment is very long, there is a place to walk. You can see the mountains, the sea of pebbles. There are grocery stores not far away.

A wonderful hotel - clean, cozy, located very close to the sea.
I will support everyone who wrote about the friendliness of the staff. Everyone - from the cleaner to the owner - does everything to make you feel welcome here :)
The whole staff seems to be doing a little more for you than they should. The receptionist asks the bartender to prepare a coffee bean at a time when the bar is not open. A hotel employee with a cart of water bottles, whom you accidentally met in the elevator, gives you a couple of bottles.
All together, it creates an atmosphere that you want to return to once again.
Nurlan is beautiful, it's a fact :)
I definitely recommend this hotel, and I hope that I will come there again :)

Excellent location, it takes literally 2-3 minutes to walk to the sea. I used to always rest in 5 stars, but there is a charm in such a small cozy hotel. The staff is friendly, the cleaning is normal. Towels can be changed every day. The room is decent, there is a kettle, water, hairdryer, soap accessories. The mattresses are comfortable, the bed linen is clean. I haven't found a single negative for myself. You can safely go to the hotel. I recommend it!!

We stayed at the hotel in June 2024. The advantage of the hotel is the location to the sea. The photo of the rooms does not correspond to reality. The beds are terrible, there are no shelves on the walls. We promised a room with a sea view, we got a building site. Three beds are adjacent to each other. Although it was just the two of us. The air conditioner is turned on when the phone rings in the room. The phone did not work, they asked to fix it 5 times, but they did not wait. And every time we went to a nearby hotel with a request to turn on the air conditioner for us. The breakfasts are very meager. Sausage was seen twice, as well as eggs, fresh vegetables, stewed vegetables. There is no baking. Bread and butter. But this is a plus— I lost a little weight. We had lunch at a cafe on the beach (yellow deck chairs). The guys are great, attentive and friendly.

We had a vacation in June with my husband. I really liked the hotel.
We lived on the 2nd floor in room 210. The view from the window overlooks the pool and the sea. The location is convenient close to the sea, near the park area. There are Russian speakers at the reception, Nurlan. Helpful and good-natured staff. One of the cleaners is also Russian-speaking. The room was cleaned every day, garbage was removed, towels were always white and clean. The bed linen is also clean and white, pleasant to look at. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer. Every day they brought water, 2 bottles without gas and 2 carbonated ones, as well as coffee, tea and sugar in bags. There are many cafes around, but food is expensive, so I decided for myself that it was better to buy food in the store, they were also enough not far from the hotel. Bim and Migros stores. There are also bus stops nearby. We bought a transport card of Antalya and drove on it, one trip was 9.6 Turkish lira.
I would like to thank all the staff with the words from the Holy Scriptures: "there is nothing better for a person than to receive joy from their work."
If possible, we will come back to this hotel.

For motorists, parking is next to the hotel. The hotel has Russian-speaking administrators, the rest can communicate in English. There were no problems with mutual understanding. I liked the room. She lived on the second floor, room 205. The room has a TV, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, disposable slippers, everything for a shower. Although I was alone, there was a set of towels for two, a total of 5 pieces. They changed it every day. Bed linen - once a week, I would like to note that all linen is boiling white. Wet cleaning is done every day. There is no bar, but there was regular water (2 bottles) and mineral water (2 bottles) on the refrigerator. They were replenished as they were emptied. It turned out that every day))). All water is free. The room has a central air conditioner that can be turned off. There is an iron in the common area. The sea is a one-minute walk away. Very convenient location. There is everything you need nearby: shops, markets, pharmacies, bus stops, cafes, restaurants. The room stock is a bit "tired", but not critical. Since the hotel is urban, it was a bit noisy in the evenings, but if you close the balcony, it didn't really bother. I didn't stay in the room, I was mostly traveling around the city or on excursions. I was so tired that I didn't even hear the mullah in the morning)). Another nuance, but it rather applies to builders and designers: you can smoke in the rooms on the ground floor. And when someone smoking stopped by, the smell of cigarettes was very noticeable in the toilet through the hood, as if there was a smoking room there. But it lasted a couple of days, so it didn't bother me too much. Yes, meals: I took a tour with breakfast. I didn't have time to have breakfast at the hotel for the first four days, I took lunch boxes. I had to remind you a couple of times, but then there were no problems. They put three types of cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, sausage, olives, honey, jam, chocolate paste, halva, butter, two buns. In general, I didn't have time to eat everything)). Then she came to breakfast. There were several more types of cheese, sausage, sausages, several types of olives, olives, cereals, muesli, lemonades, boiled eggs or omelets, stewed vegetables, fresh vegetables, pastries, jams, sometimes oatmeal, tea, coffee. Maybe I didn't remember something else because I didn't take it. Lunch and dinner can also be ordered at the hotel. Very tasty fish, pasta Bolognese. One star for the location - the sea is across the street, the beach is public. The second star was for being moved to a higher class room for free after a sleepless night, although they were ready to pay. That's it, the advantages of the hotel end here.
We booked a room for 4 nights in the basement garden, we are not whimsical tourists, the main thing is to be clean. In the photo of the hotel, it seemed to be normal, they settled in and in fact it was terrible. Right above the window of our room there are installations, either by kondey, or something else. This is a very noisy unit, it is impossible to sleep under such noise. The mattresses are dirty, the bed is stained, the shower is leaking, the socket is sticking out of the wall, the hangers are broken, the furniture is shabby. In general, on the 1st floor there is an unpleasant smell of sewage, which they tried to clog with an air freshener, but I don't know, maybe only one day there was such a problem, the room did not smell.
After missing the night because of the noise, we went to the reception to ask to change the room, we were moved to the 3rd floor without any questions at all. The room is also very tired, but of course it is better. The air conditioner does not work well, the temperature is not regulated, either cold or nothing.
Breakfast is absolutely not a delicious meal, I would not take it.
As a result: this is not a foursome, it's not even close, we had a hotel in Istanbul with no stars at all 10 times better.

The advantages of the hotel are its location. Grocery stores, bus stops and the beach across the street are within walking distance. Not a bad breakfast. There are shower accessories (shampoo, soap, conditioner, slippers)
There are many more disadvantages of the hotel:
- The lock on the balcony door was broken in my room, because of this, the sound insulation was at zero - I heard everything that was happening on the street, and there was a swimming pool and an embankment under my windows. The door didn't close tightly.
- A huge disadvantage is the air conditioning system. There is a central air conditioning system in the room, I cannot control it myself. I have to call the reception every time and tell them to turn on the air conditioner. But the fact is that the reception does not answer the phone for a very long time! and if he does, then he will not necessarily turn on the air conditioner the first time. I called several times and asked them to turn on the air conditioner (it's 40 degrees outside), but only after my screams and complaints did they do it. The conder worked for exactly 40 minutes and disconnected himself.
I understand that this was done in order to save electricity, but this negates all the advantages of the hotel and the entire service is set to zero. Imagine, you sleep at night with an air conditioner, then it turns off and you feel stuffy. you have to get up and try to get through to the reception, they don't pick up the phone. and you will have to walk to the next building (that's where the reception is) and swear on the spot about turning off the air conditioner.
- it's time to redecorate the room and replace all the furniture, including mattresses.
The mattress is like a hammock - you sleep in the middle, and your legs and head are on different levels. The furniture is already battered, battered, shabby. in the bathroom, there is already a swollen pedestal from humidity, which began to crumble, the laminate on the floor is badly peeling, and so on for small things.
I cannot and will not recommend the hotel. I'm definitely not going there myself.

It's a very strange hotel, this is the first time I've seen a Turkish hotel without balconies.
The location is also strange — there are beach cafes with cocktails scattered along all the beaches of konyaalta, here they are only at paid beaches, there are only 3 shops within walking distance, there are no pharmacies, restaurants are not particularly available.
There is no hotel service for recreation as such — there is no beach, there is a fee for wild money, there is no pool. You have to sunbathe on the city beach with Turks, who come there with their families for picnics. Do not buy cheap beach umbrellas in Migros — they are useless, burn under them.
The rooms are cramped, we got a room with a baby bed for two, the three of us would be very cramped. A tiny primitive TV is tucked on the bedside table above the refrigerator, and they found one Russian channel.
The rooms are cleaned clean, the bed linen and towels are clean, the plumbing is clean, overall the hotel is very clean.
The breakfasts are somewhat monotonous, but tasty and hearty, the staff is normal.
I will not go to this hotel anymore and I do not recommend it for a budget holiday.
