Nice hotel, located 2 minutes from the sea. There are many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We had buffet breakfasts. The choice is small, but there is. The food is delicious. If you are not going to stay in a hotel, then this is just the perfect option. We went with a friend in the winter — we really enjoyed it. The staff is pleasant. I advise everyone!

The hotel is good, I recommend it, I booked directly through the hotel, a comfortable Superior room with a small sea view (second line). It has been since November 18, 2024. The renovation is, of course, beautiful, but not of the European level, do not be too demanding, everything is relatively normal. I left tips - they cleaned well (do not forget to put up a sign to be cleaned), there was always bottled water, tea, and clean towels. Breakfast deserves a separate merci, they cook very tasty, many different types of hot dishes, omelets, varied cheese, baked, fried, fresh vegetables ..., even buckwheat was cooked. I don't eat meat, there was something,
but I didn't look closely. The fruits in late autumn were delicious pomegranates and plums. At first I wanted to take a room without breakfast, but after trying it, I paid extra and was very pleased. The staff is great, especially the receptionist Sabina (Russian). If you have any questions, go straight to her, she will solve everything and tell you. In general, I liked the hotel. It is a good option for urban and beach holidays in Antalya. By the way, at the end of November, many people were still swimming, even Turks, the water was pleasantly refreshing +24 °, the air +22 + 24 (during the day), but you could sunbathe in the sun, it was hot, even sunscreen was needed.
Additional information: Excellent location, 3 minutes to the beach, through one hotel there is a beautiful promenade for several km., you can comfortably walk, relax with children on playgrounds, play sports, enjoy food and music in a cafe...there is everything around - restaurants, shops, bakeries, SPA, the place is cool! And a gorgeous aquarium nearby, 15 minutes on foot to it.

We stayed at this hotel twice and both times the impressions are only positive.
Overall, excellent value for money. Although, of course, it's more like 3 stars, not 4, but this is by European standards.
Great location: a couple of minutes walk to the beach, while not on the noisy first line, but in a quiet alley. A bus stop and several shops are 3 minutes away, walking slowly in the other direction.
Friendly staff, including Russian-speaking staff.
A good restaurant where the food is not worse, and the prices are even slightly lower than in establishments on the waterfront.
Cleaning and maintenance are daily, towels are changed after 2 days, bed linen once a week. The room has a hairdryer, a small refrigerator (a refrigerator, not a minibar!), a kettle with tea and coffee bags, and Russian channels on TV (if it's important for someone). A big plus is the extremely good mattresses and pillows, and individually controlled air conditioning.
Of the minor disadvantages, only monotonous breakfasts and generally outdated room equipment can be noted.

The nicest place. A very pleasant city hotel is literally 3 minutes from the beach. If you go from the hotel to the sea, there will be a paid beach a little to the right, there is a hotel sign on it, according to the map from the hotel room you will have a 10% discount. The rooms are very tired, but they are cleaned either well or perfectly (once for a time), linen is changed, towels are so often, soap and soap are replenished.
There are air conditioners in the rooms, but here is a newance-for it to work normally, you need to have a room card stuck in (and it often departs from the sensor) and the door is closed to a kind of balcony where you can dry towels from the beach. A very nice hotel.
I liked the service and the price.
The room was nice.
There are Russian-speaking administrators who told everything very well and helped. Nurlan and Sabina are wonderful workers. Eileen was still there, but we had little contact with her.
The rest are English speakers, you can explain yourself with the help of an interpreter.
The Internet was not very good in the room, only in the toilet it was good.
I really liked the restaurant at the hotel. Delicious and fast.
The breakfasts were also varied and delicious.
If there were any problems, we tried to solve them quickly.
Of course, the hotel is not 5 stars, but it does not position itself. Therefore, you should not expect anything more, but it was very good to rest.
It takes 2-3 minutes to walk to the sea. The nearest beach is small pebbles, but sometimes there are sharp stones, it is better to take flip-flops / shoes to the beach. There are changing cabins and cold showers on the beach.
The room was cleaned, but there were two days when there was no cleaning due to the large number of guests, then they cleaned.
The hotel has a swimming pool.
It should be mentioned that today we did not sit in the room, we have a more active holiday than the sea-room.
There is an inexpensive BIM store nearby, there is everything there. (3 minutes walk)
0.5 liters of free water per person is given per day.
There are many cafes near the hotel.
There is a profitable exchange office within a 12-minute walk.

The only advantage of the hotel is its location. Very close to the sea.

At first, we were settled in an economy class room, with a view of a concrete wall, on the minus ground floor. Then, after a scandal, they moved to the first floor, but the room was terrible. The bathroom furniture is peeling around the edges, the mirror is the same. In the shower cabin, there was no butt rubber band between the glass panels, all the water fell on the floor. The room has dirty walls. The air conditioner worked as it wanted. It is controlled from the reception. The temperature is not regulated. I had to call them all the time.
For the last 3-4 days they have been bringing us bottled chlorinated water from the tap, it is not possible to drink it.
Breakfast is meager. Fruits once a week.
We do not recommend this hotel to check in. He's terrible!

The hotel is a weak 3***, the room is small, the room has a bed, a very small table, one chair, a refrigerator, a kettle, bags of instant coffee and tea. Bathroom with shower, everything works, but there is no mold control. Cleaning: if you ask, it will be cleaned. The balcony is French (i.e. it does not exist), the windows are glazed in one glass, which does not save from street noise and a singing muezzin (minaret nearby), and if a diesel generator is started, then it is not fun at all. The split system worked efficiently.
The breakfasts are not very good: for some reason they are cold and there are many dishes made from products that were not finished yesterday, the coffee in the coffee machine is not grain, but instant, cream too. The hotel has an excellent location: close to shops and bus stops, cafes, clear sea across the street, a beach with small pebbles. The beach itself is a bit dirty: there are a lot of cigarette butts and husks from seeds. A nice promenade for walking.
There are scales for weighing luggage at the hotel reception, they have been broken for a long time, no one is trying to repair them. There is a noticeable indifference in the mood of the staff. The hotel is not the best option for a holiday.

A wonderful hotel for walking around Antalya. The beach is 2-3 minutes. BIM supermarket is around the corner, Migros 5 min walk, big Migros 20 min. There is also a bus stop to Antalya Airport and to Kaleici. Transport cards are sold at a kiosk at the bus stop. The guys at the reception are just smart, professionally solve all issues, they are always ready to help, prompt, advise. They were placed in a standard, instead of an economy room, without additional charges, took into account all the wishes stated at the time of booking. Breakfasts are normal for a hotel of this level. Cleaning is not done every day, but towels are changed and shower supplies are replenished every other day. Water was left daily. The hotel is clean, despite the large number of cats. We were very happy with our vacation.

IT'S NOT 4 STARS
A city hotel. I chose by rating, in fact the hotel does not pull 4 stars from the word at all. This is 2/3 of the stars.
Check-in - arrived at 8 pm! In the off-season, in mid-November, when there were about 20 guests in the hotel. The room is not ready, there is no extra bed, I had to go to the reception to poke my nose at the voucher and go through a replacement for what was paid for, they changed it.
The room itself causes a feeling of disgust. It doesn't seem to be old, but everything is worn and battered. There is nowhere less than a bathroom, walk sideways.
The cleaning is formal and thank you for that.
The refrigerator is very noisy, it had one 0.5 bottle of water for three, we don't forget 4 stars.
The hotel took breakfast, which can be said about them, perhaps the weakest breakfasts in which there were 4. There was an omelet, but not fried and snotty, otherwise, as in simple threes, you can find something, but you definitely won't get pleasure from eating. There was a pomegranate from the fruit, that's fine, but the rest…
The conclusion is simple, the rating does not correspond to reality, an overrated mini-hotel. If you consider it as a city hotel for a small budget and stay for two or three nights, then you can take it. The sea is nearby, the beach is dirty, there are a lot of bulls and small debris. The first time we were so disappointed in the Hotel.
To be honest, we usually do not read negative reviews, because practice shows that people exaggerate a lot, we focus more on positive ones, so this time we looked at hotels nearby, they were even lower rated, fewer stars, and cheaper - and decided to stay at Citrus Park Hotel 4* after all! It was a mistake, it's not even three stars, but probably 2 **
In short: the hotel doesn't seem to be old, but it's so shabby, I don't understand why, okay, furniture, linen, towels, but faucets, mirrors, doors, all that.. Brrrr!
And 4 stars do not have a safe, they promised us to solve this issue for 2 days, then they said that they did not have safes at all, they offered documents and money you can hide in a secluded place in the room! They listened to all our requests, smiled, nodded their heads and did nothing!
Everyone here writes about air conditioners that didn't turn on, but since we were in October, it's good that we didn't encounter this.
The hotel took only breakfast, such breakfasts were also for the first time, it seemed to me that this is how they feed in 2 ** hotels, I'm not talking about fruits now, but there are no omelets in the morning, cottage cheese, yogurt, ...what I think is the basis for breakfast, there are no pastries except loaves, and there are no desserts at all!
By the way, In the Hotel restaurant you could have lunch and dinner with a 10 percent discount, there are really no complaints, everything is delicious, good! But it's all for a fee. Pros:
+ nice, clean room
+ there is a dryer for bathing suits and underwear, the rest of the things were washed in the laundry (100 lira)
+ the location of the hotel (if you turn left along the embankment, and walk 10-15 minutes, you will come to a place where there are many cafes and restaurants for any cough. It's cool to sit in the evening)

The hotel has a strong 3 stars as for me. The breakfasts are generally normal, but not varied.
Good location, 2 minutes to the beach.
There is not enough space for drying clothes (there is only a small hanger on the railing outside the window), normal hangers on the 1st floor only.
The view seemed to be on the sea side, but there is another hotel and nothing is visible. The air conditioner worked stably, the hair dryer was weak, but my wife had enough. The cleaning is decent, towels are changed often, bed linen too.
There may be problems with washing, because it seems that you give 120 lira along with drying, but watch and shift the laundry yourself (if there are no cleaners or they are busy). The dryer is not cleaned, so I recommend wiping and throwing out the lint before you dry it yourself.
There is a Russian-speaking person with whom you can talk normally, they can give you a lunchbox at check-out (with pre-order), but we forgot to pick up our own and they didn't remind us.
In general, there is only a positive impression of the hotel.

If you adjust, you can have a good rest. The room was cleaned every day and given water, you just need to ask for it at the reception. The central air conditioner works fine, you just need to understand that as soon as you open a window or door, it automatically turns off. There is a small pool and sun beds, you can rest while the heat is on.
The hotel does not have a beach area, so on general terms you will lie on the pebbles without an umbrella. There is garbage on the beach, not that much, but there is.
Cheeses, canned vegetables, beans, salads are served for breakfast. Coffee and tea are disgusting, there is no sweet.
Lunch and dinner can be ordered directly at the hotel, they cook and serve well. Tea in the bar is free, very tasty. One dish will cost ~300-350 liras. In restaurants in the area, it will cost about the same. I liked the restaurant Doğa sofrasi Turkish cuisine and Sunday Russian cuisine. You can order food with delivery via the yemeksepeti app and eat at the hotel restaurant.
I recommend walking along the embankment to the Variant observation deck, as well as the old town of Antalya and the harbor. It is better to get there by taxi through the BiTaksi app. Excursions anywhere will cost from $ 75 per person.

I will support everyone who wrote about the friendliness of the staff. Everyone - from the cleaner to the owner - does everything to make you feel welcome here :)
The whole staff seems to be doing a little more for you than they should. The receptionist asks the bartender to prepare a coffee bean at a time when the bar is not open. A hotel employee with a cart of water bottles, whom you accidentally met in the elevator, gives you a couple of bottles.
All together, it creates an atmosphere that you want to return to once again.
Nurlan is beautiful, it's a fact :)
I definitely recommend this hotel, and I hope that I will come there again :)

The air conditioner is turned on when the phone rings in the room. The phone did not work, they asked to fix it 5 times, but they did not wait. And every time we went to a nearby hotel with a request to turn on the air conditioner for us. The breakfasts are very meager. Sausage was seen twice, as well as eggs, fresh vegetables, stewed vegetables. There is no baking. Bread and butter. But this is a plus— I lost a little weight. We had lunch at a cafe on the beach (yellow deck chairs). The guys are great, attentive and friendly.

We lived on the 2nd floor in room 210. The view from the window overlooks the pool and the sea. The location is convenient close to the sea, near the park area. The room was cleaned every day, garbage was removed, towels were always white and clean. The bed linen is also clean and white, pleasant to look at. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer. Every day they brought water, 2 bottles without gas and 2 carbonated ones, as well as coffee, tea and sugar in bags. There are many cafes around, but food is expensive, so I decided for myself that it was better to buy food in the store, they were also enough not far from the hotel. Bim and Migros stores. There are also bus stops nearby. We bought a transport card of Antalya and drove on it, one trip was 9.6 Turkish lira.
I would like to thank all the staff with the words from the Holy Scriptures: "there is nothing better for a person than to receive joy from their work."

A very nice hotel where really kind people work! The bathroom door jammed in our room at night, and we couldn't do anything, a repairman was called at the reception, and he came to the room within 5 minutes and fixed everything. Thanks to him separately and very much, it is clear that he is a very kind man! Everyone in the hotel is very friendly, smiling, this attitude is not even found in every five. A small city hotel. Of the advantages ... the sea is nearby. There are cafes and restaurants nearby, and a bunch of other shops and grocery stores. That's almost all. But the pillows and mattresses are good. The rooms are worn out and "tired", they are cleaned daily on the "fuck off". And so is the overall service throughout the hotel. On the other hand, they don't impose anything on you. One star for the location - the sea is across the street, the beach is public. The second star was for being moved to a higher class room for free after a sleepless night, although they were ready to pay. That's it, the advantages of the hotel end here.
We booked a room for 4 nights in the basement garden, we are not whimsical tourists, the main thing is to be clean. In the photo of the hotel, it seemed to be normal, they settled in and in fact it was terrible. Right above the window of our room there are installations, either by kondey, or something else. This is a very noisy unit, it is impossible to sleep under such noise. The mattresses are dirty, the bed is stained, the shower is leaking, the socket is sticking out of the wall, the hangers are broken, the furniture is shabby. In general, on the 1st floor there is an unpleasant smell of sewage, which they tried to clog with an air freshener, but I don't know, maybe only one day there was such a problem, the room did not smell.
After missing the night because of the noise, we went to the reception to ask to change the room, we were moved to the 3rd floor without any questions at all. The room is also very tired, but of course it is better. The air conditioner does not work well, the temperature is not regulated, either cold or nothing.
Breakfast is absolutely not a delicious meal, I would not take it.
As a result: this is not a foursome, it's not even close, we had a hotel in Istanbul with no stars at all 10 times better.

We are currently resting at this hotel. Among the advantages: good location, near a large equipped embankment, many cafes and grocery stores, an aquarium, an amusement park. For motorists, parking is next to the hotel. Of the cons: the room is cramped, there is no safe, the furniture is old, a towel with stains, cleaning for three, but every day) Breakfast: porridge, omelette, sausages, various cheeses, vegetables, herbs, bread, butter, apples from fruits. There is no water or juice, only tea and coffee tasteless from the vending machine. At the reception, they do not understand Russian, only English. The staff is friendly.
