We stayed with my husband at this hotel from 1.01-12.01, 2025.
There is a separate building 10, for Europeans, sort of, but by the end a huge number of Indians had already settled in this building. And in general, you need to be aware that this is an Indian area, all the establishments nearby will be exclusively with their cuisine. They probably only travel by men and always in noisy crowds)

The location is excellent, the pier is 10-13 minutes away, from where you can get to the islands. The central part is also 10-15 minutes away and you can walk along the embankment, strewn with women of an ancient profession.
The breakfasts are normal, from 6.00-10.30, it is quite possible to make it, and not Turkey, but you also need to understand this. Omelets, sausages, fruits, waffles, pancakes, sandwiches, potatoes, there were even lunch-type dishes) You won't stay hungry

The numbers killed, specifically 508, I will not generalize.
The towels are all washed grey.
The bed linen is absolutely stained, traces of blood once caught, juices, berries and everything that is possible.
The cleaning itself is a complete abomination. You should not expect any quality service, the showers are not cleaned at all. As the drain was dirty, no one cleaned it up, and there were all sorts of bags and garbage from previous guests behind the sink.,
There is a pool, but it is completely in the shade, so there will be no opportunity to sunbathe on the territory of the hotel, you can swim, but at first it will seem that the water is icy.
There was a club or bar around the corner, and music was periodically playing so loudly that the entire hotel could hear it. It seemed to stop at night.
This hotel has been checked by the travel agency @yula_traveler, we do not recommend 100% to our guests to visit, book in advance the best hotels in Thailand, Pattaya
We will be glad to help you.
We stayed at this hotel from 23 01 to 3 02 2025. After reviewing the reviews, there was a mixed opinion, But we booked two rooms! There was a huge delegation of Indian citizens at the entrance to the hotel and in the lobby and by the pool, which put us in a stupor. since my wife and daughter, a student, were with me, all attention was focused on them. The first impression was ruined, although we seemed to be ready for this, the reception staff was friendly and after half an hour we were settled in the last building 10, like for Europeans! There are 6 rooms on the floor, two of which were wide open and swarthy men were talking from them lying on the beds!!!Well, we thought that they were Indians and it was their custom to check into our rooms (my wife and I in one room and my daughter in another)When we returned from dinner in the evening, we saw that these citizens were still drinking without closing the doors to their rooms. Everything was accompanied by loud conversations turning into screams .chairs crashed, and then they lit up!!!!! Everything lasted until two o'clock in the morning. until the roommate came out and told them in Russian to stop yelling and smoking, threatening them with the police!!! Then the guards came.We also left the room!!! These citizens turned out to be Kazakh brothers!!! they started shaking their rights and saying that this is not a sanatorium but a hospital (well, maybe that's what they do)!!! But the guards worked professionally and we didn't hear them anymore. In general, the first impressions were spoiled, but in the following days everything was quiet. I want to summarize: the breakfasts in the restaurant, the cleaning and the staff are all fine. Will we eat at this hotel again? Rather, yes!!! After all, it is difficult to spoil your vacation in Pattaya.
We had a vacation with teenage children. The rooms were in building 10, they were arranged for everyone, everything worked. We mostly went on excursions. The breakfasts are good (My son is on PP, appreciated the kitchen). They write that there are a lot of Hindus, they didn't bother us.
