We celebrated our daughter's birthday in this wonderful family cafe — we were absolutely delighted! Very cozy and friendly atmosphere. The staff deserves special praise: they are responsive, attentive and incredibly friendly to children — they played with them, helped with everything, quickly made edits and promptly set the table. The children had a lot of fun, the holiday was a 100% success! Thank you so much for a wonderful day!

We celebrated our daughter's birthday splendidly. It was delicious and fun, and it was fun not only for children, but also for adults. The staff is very attentive and friendly, the children feel at home.

Well, what can I say. We were once frequent visitors and liked everything. The last time we were at a Halloween party for children, I would like to point out that they do not know how to organize such large-scale celebrations with full boarding of guests!!! The waiters can't handle it, the kitchen doesn't have time to cook, and the quality of the cuisine has deteriorated greatly. Well, plus the incident with the child. All the kids were running, but mine managed to run into the waiter, and they tore my ear so much that they even sewed it up on my head. No first-aid kit, no let's help, nothing. They just brought in a terrified waitress. But guys, it's your fault that you're recruiting young people to such an institution instead of experienced ones! Moreover, they didn't even apologize for anything. They probably didn't even have a thought about a refund. We arrived, paid for it, and almost immediately took a taxi to the hospital. The customer orientation is just at 0. They also managed to be rude the next day. Are you serious??? Your institution inflicted serious injuries on a child! But your institution is for children, there should be cameras and safety for children everywhere. And you don't even feel guilty about yourself. I only regret one thing, I should have called an ambulance and the police there, and the holiday would have been ruined for everyone, but it would have been a lesson for you. But I thought about a quick hospitalization and didn't make a scandal for you, but in vain!!!
