I go to this cinema almost every weekend because the facilities are new and clean and I get to watch Hollywood movies in English (finally!).
I prefer to watch the end roll to the end while soaking in the afterglow of the movie, but there don't seem to be many people like me, and the staff turns on the lights as soon as the end roll starts, which is a personal disappointment for me.
Also, sometimes people look at their smartphone screens in the middle of a movie, and I wish they would stop because it is dazzling and distracting especially when such people are near me.
But if I am the only one who is bothered by such things, I guess I will just have to get used to it :)

I recently visited the Cinematica cinema and was very pleased! Everything is organized at the highest level: comfortable chairs, excellent sound and image quality. The hall is clean and cozy, creating a pleasant atmosphere for viewing. I would also like to mention the polite and helpful staff who are always ready to help. It was a pleasure to spend time and fully enjoy the movie. I will definitely come here again and recommend this cinema to anyone who appreciates comfort and quality!

The cinema is not bad, the halls are large and comfortable, both imax and others, in imax you really feel the difference with other cinemas, there are snacks, as usual the prices are too high in cinemas, the seats are also quite comfortable. But one major disadvantage is the contingent, people simply don't know how to watch movies without sitting on their phones, talking to others for almost the entire movie, or without putting their feet on your chair or elbows.

Among the advantages are the location in the city center, online registration and a loyalty card, the presence of an IMAX hall and also this is the only cinema where you can watch movies in the original. I was also pleased with the presence of real VIP halls, compared to other establishments in the city, the VIP level is only here.
Among the disadvantages, all other halls except IMAX and atmos are equipped with poor sound. The chairs are small and the uncomfortable little armrests. It's very cold in the halls, it blew hard a couple of times. The staff refuses to turn down the power of the air conditioner. I was also in the VIP 2 hall, everything would be fine, but the sofas are not very comfortable, although they are large.

The cinema leaves two impressions. Everything seems to be fine — the screen, the sound, the location. But there is one big problem — the employees. They constantly violate personal space, enter the gym and say the same thing with each replay: "You can't take pictures!" or "You can't take pictures for stories on Instagram!" And they remind you about it not once, but 1000 times, as if it were the most important thing in a movie show. It's really annoying, especially when you just want to enjoy a movie instead of listening to these endless reminders. It feels like it's more important to them than watching the movie itself.

It's a pity that such a wonderful cinema has such a disgusting service. We wanted to take our child to see kung fu panda. We bought tickets for the Uzbek session by mistake. They came up BEFORE the start of the session, asked to return the tickets and change them for another session. They said we couldn't. They called the administrator, who was rude and didn't even try to smooth out the situation like we would like to, but we can't, but just said that it wasn't in their rules, it was our own fault. They offered to get up and resell them to someone here. Like I have to stand up with a megaphone and yell "who needs panda tickets?" What do they think when they offer this?! There is zero customer orientation. It would be fine if I just asked for a refund, so I asked to change for another session! The cinema would not have lost anything. But we lost a client and got a lot of negative reviews everywhere. Your technical director should be fired altogether, even the girls at the reception behaved more competently and politely.

I will not be lazy and leave a detailed review.
And I'll start with the pros — now it is the most modern cinema in Tashkent, with good service and normal toilets. The seats are super comfortable, the popcorn is delicious, the sound is good. Even the price is not too high.
It's cool that you can buy a ticket in the app, but last time I didn't get paid 3 or 4 times, which is why the right seats remained booked. It turned out to buy only through the website.
The second disadvantage is the screens, they somehow glare too much, which is why you see some "ripples" on the bright scenes. By the way, I've seen such ripples in other cinemas and thought it was some kind of cheap fabric for banners, not a screen.
The third disadvantage is the audience. We were sitting alone with my wife in an empty row and a man sat down next to us and spread his elbows on my chair. 2 guys were talking at the top of their voices from behind. There was also a family talking on the speakerphone on the phone. Someone was sitting in front of the messengers with the sound turned on. This audience only spoils all the desire to go to the cinema and be culturally enlightened.

We went to Dune 2 in IMAX. The screen and the picture are excellent, just super, the main thing is not to sit too close. But there's something wrong with the sound. The sound is a mess, not clean and very flat (not in terms of the location of sounds in space, but in the very nature of the sound), while it is very loud, even excessively sometimes. Explosions and similar sounds do not "hit the chest", all the power of blows, shots, destruction is shouted over by a porridge of medium frequencies, as if you are watching TV, only very loud. At the same time, explosions with shots, music, and combat with cold weapons are equally loud, and sometimes the replicas of the heroes. Perhaps this is, of course, a specific sound editing for the film, we still need to look at others, compare them with the Atmos hall.

This cinema revived in me the love of watching movies on the big screen. The imax room is just a fairy tale, especially in 3D (it's ideal to sit on the 6th row for this format) if without glasses, then the 9th row is a bomb. The ticket prices are reasonable, the popcorn is a bit expensive, probably, but it is very tasty. The chairs are comfortable, the hall is always clean and tidy. The staff is helpful. I've already bought a club card. We were also in the 5th hall. It's not a big cozy room. Only the volume is quiet (probably because of the children) we went to kung fu panda. We are waiting for new products! I am very glad that there are films in English.

The cinema is gorgeous! The administration did a great job. Everyone is very friendly. The bar is gorgeous! Nachos are great.
But to be honest, I expected more from IMAX... But here the claim is not to the cinema, but to the technology itself... We watched the last Planet of the Apes, it's a pity that it's not in 3D... I did not feel the effect of presence... To me, it's just an image in higher quality.

It's a strange rule... when many cinemas have the option of a refund.
The imax room screen is good, but the seats were stingy. It is uncomfortable to sit, the seats are located very close to each other. At the latest sessions, the staff does not monitor the visitors, I witnessed how a small group of people took off their shoes and stretched their legs on the headrests of the next row. The aroma was disgusting, I had to complain to the administrator.
The VIP lounge is overrated, there is no information about all the possibilities of the lounge, tickets on average cost 250/300 thousand soums and sometimes higher.
I do not recommend going to regular halls, in one of the sessions in hall 7, a green dot appeared on the screen that was throughout the film. The seats are also not very good, especially for such a price…
It's cool that a cinema of this format has appeared, but the service is still worth working on

If you go to the cinema, then as my friend advised, only in IMAX. I have heard that this is the only such cinema in Central Asia so far. Overall, I liked the cinema room. I also heard from a friend that Pepsi 0.5 was previously distributed for free in the Pepsi IMAX hall. Unfortunately, this promotion has already ended and Pepsi already needs to be bought by yourself. By the way, there are popcorn cup holders between the chairs, but only for small sizes, so I do not recommend taking popcorn in large volumes, so as not to hold it in your hands the whole movie. Otherwise, everything is fine.

I went to the usual halls twice.
On Dune 2, there were broken pixels and waves on the screen.
On the "Count of Monte Cristo" yesterday, the image was washed, the objects had red and green stripes along the contour.
I've been going to the cinema for 22 years, in different cities, to cinemas from premium to the most ordinary. And I've never seen such shoals with an image.
And this is a brand new cinema!
For comparison, I have already gone to Magic Cinema dozens of times, there has never been such a mess.
Additionally, I will scold you for the layout. You are building a new modern cinema, while making half of the halls accessible only by climbing the stairs. It would be excusable in the old one, or if the new one was in some old building. But in the newest shopping center, is this how to design accessibility? Really?

I was at the film Deadpool, unfortunately, I did not manage to visit this cinema earlier. I'm delighted with imax, the sound was good, maybe it 's not enough for someone, but I don't want all my organs to vibrate inside me. The cons are that the bar is very expensive, and the choice was not great, and I do not like to buy from what is at an inflated price. Well, I will return to the one who went with the family and was not allowed in . Well, there was no censorship in the film, which I really liked by the way, this is the only cinema that left the original censored, which I was very, very surprised, otherwise everything would be cut and the wrong translation. And there was a very cruel humor and a special advertisement before the start of the film. I recommend everyone to go there, definitely you will not lose anything, we do not have a large selection of good cinemas.

Terrible service in our IMAX.
They were not allowed to attend the Deadpool and Wolverine session with the children. The film is not recommended for people under the age of 16, but it is not prohibited. Although on instagram, Yandex. direct wrote that accompanied by parents, of course, you can visit the movie. Based on the response, we bought tickets and spent time. The result is a spoiled mood. The money will be refunded within 15 business days. The most interesting thing is that we went with our family to another cinema and watched it calmly without nerves. It's a pity that Cinematica's service leaves much to be desired.

Drinks, popcorn - everything is at the entrance. There is also a dressing room, which is mega convenient.
When viewing 3d, they really gave glasses, which were heavily stained, but at the same time they attached a mini napkin (wipe it yourself, he calls it).

I didn't see anything unusual in this cinema. We chose the most ordinary room — everything is clean, everything is new. There is a private cinema stand nearby, where a large number of snacks are available to choose from, but again, all these are chips, snacks and popcorn - nothing new or surprising. The staff is friendly, if requested, they can help you find the place you need, your gym and help with many other things.
