I came to the store, explained to the consultant that for the office capsule coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), we want to find capsules with delicious ground coffee with our colleagues. I am primarily interested in cappuccino and similar capsules. He said he was interested in capsules without sugar additives and similar things. There is no experience of using it. (in my memory there are memories 10-15 years ago, when such coffee makers turned out a great grain cappuccino). That is, the conversation was about coffee capsules, with coffee, ground coffee, for a coffee machine… So, what's the negative, you ask? I was recommended NeroNobile Cappuccino and NeroNobile Caffelatte. This morning's mood, the anticipation of the morning ground Cappuccino, ended at the moment of the first sip of this "Dry soluble mixture for making a cappuccino-flavored drink, portioned in capsules." At the beginning, my colleagues and I tried to remember what it tasted like, there were options from cocoa and chicory, but then we realized that this was an ordinary very cheap 3in1 coffee. The spent capsules were opened and turned out to be empty. And they found an inscription on the box about the "mixture". I didn't read anything in the Store, because I trusted the consultant. If the consultant had mentioned that it was not coffee ..., the store would have given 5 stars. And so we have a spoiled morning. It has a very nasty taste in my mouth. Physical and moral discomfort.
