But the other day there was a situation that I really didn't like.
It so happened that I hadn't eaten for half a day and went to this cafe with a friend because she wanted to go there. According to the previous positive experience, I agreed, but bought a small bun in the store. They ordered a match and as soon as I put the bun on the table, they insistently ask me to put it away.
They never made such remarks to me in the cafe if I took something specifically from them. Something small like sweets or buns was always approved. I didn't put a whole lunch of the first and second on the table. In insta, I didn't find anything like that on the ban.
I understand that everyone has their own policy, but then think about baking in your cafe. Because that's the trouble. There are three positions on the showcase and choose from it.
Judging by the reviews, I don't really want to take any dishes either.
If I had known earlier, I would have avoided it that day, but I also had no desire to look into the future.

Nice coffee shop with a great view. It was a pleasure to work. Interesting interior. The match is one of the best in Minsk, which makes me happy. The baristas always greeted and said goodbye. Also delicious with fresh pastries. I liked it!

I live in this area. I am skeptical about new establishments, of which there are a lot at the lighthouse. I've been to various coffee shops around the world, but this place made an impression on me! First, I tried mulled wine from them, which I understand, I was blown away and fell in love. Then I tried the coffee, the same thing happened! The atmosphere (staff, music, view) is also 10 points! Top restaurant in Minsk.

The location is great, the windows are large, the light falls beautifully, you can stick in the window and take your time.
I took the cheesecakes and asked for all the supplements separately, thanks for fulfilling the request. The cheesecakes themselves are tender, but sweet to me. Sour cream is good, but caramel will be very sweet.
I was confused that a stemmed glass was brought to the funnel of the v60, it seems to me like a vibe of the past and mulled wine was served in such cases, I asked to replace it with another one - the request was fulfilled, thank you.
Cappuccino is a little hot for me, but I forgot to specify the temperature of the milk, they do it differently everywhere.
The girl with red hair and a bandana tried and was polite, clarified how I liked the dish.;
the second girl, a redhead, showed no interest and did not help with the seating arrangements - I visited the coffee shop for the first time and discovered after ordering that there were no empty seats at all, even at the communal table. The staff girl did nothing to help.
Therefore, it seems to me that the service will need to be adjusted. And a second communal table in the second half of the hall would be nice)
I recommend visiting a modern and stylish coffee shop!

Waffles with bacon: for some reason, the waffle itself is with sugar, although it is an unsweetened dish.
Toast with avocado and salmon - lots of fish, very, super! Thanks to the chefs, they cooked it hard-boiled at the request of aitz.
My husband took a breakfast with shrimp - the norm.
I didn't have enough pancakes and buckwheat on the menu) but the choice is still great)
Of the staff, the girl with red hair is the most friendly and interested))

Well, it's just a great experience, since I was here for the first time more than a year ago, and they were just. Now they are experts in coffee with and without alcohol, the staff is always smiling and polite because they are all really friendly, you feel like yourself in your beautiful bar, but instead in this wonderful place you can do your job or meet friends, the price compared to other places is just perfect and normal., but high quality. And the best part is that they hear you if there is something or if you ask them to give them a recommendation. It's just perfect and warm.

A wonderful coffee shop with its own vibe, a huge variety of drinks menu and a cool interior. Baristas are cuties who can cheer up and have a heart-to-heart chat, but also professionals, they know what kind of coffee they make, and they do it wonderfully, they can advise and help with the choice.
A very tasty batch and cherry drink based on a filter :)

A new stylish place. Cool, interesting design and delicious coffee.
But the service is off.
When we arrived, the queue consisted of three people including us. 3 bartenders at the counter take the order.
One coffee was brought, the other was forgotten. The wait for breakfast was 45 minutes. And that's because after 30 minutes we asked how much longer to wait, the waitress went to the kitchen, came back and said -15 minutes (more). After our slight indignation that we had been waiting for 30 minutes, she was surprised and shrugged her shoulders. There was a feeling that 3 baristas, being carried away by conversations with each other, forgot to transfer the order to the kitchen.
We asked 5(!) times about which loaf we ordered from the showcase: "So what kind of loaf did you say?" "Remind me what you asked for?", "So what did you order?", "What did you want?". This is all without leaving the checkout with 0 people in line 😅😅
By food:
The cheese pancakes are delicious, the Hollandaise sauce is either very small and it is somewhere in the layers, or it has been forgotten. They are not worth their 17-19 rubles. (I do not remember how much they cost).

Unfortunately, it's not a place I want to return to, although I gave it a second chance. There are no questions about coffee, it's delicious. But with the service... It's like there's no life at all in the service staff (it didn't seem like it, this is the second time such feelings have happened). The food is cooked for a long time (30 minutes), although there were only a couple of tables. Banana pancakes are generally a disappointment. It's just three thin, sticky pancakes that haven't risen at all inside, sprinkled with banana slices.

The coffee has gone terribly bad, oatmeal milk with water, not coffee, baristas work "on stream" (of 3 people) or are tired because of this nervous or they are always stressed out by guests.... one of the baristas saw that the order was not so big and said "I smoke" - left, the second took orders for a very long time because of the girl's questions about drinks from the alternative and seasonal, instead of clear answers he poured water and got the impression that he was here for the 2nd day and he didn't care.
As for food, the longest kitchen in the wild West, most often you will get food in at least 40 minutes, and what is most disappointing is that apparently it depends on the change of cook which plate you get. Then the portion will be colorful and large, then it is thrown on the eye, then one serving, then another, that is, greens, then there are no greens, one thing is stated in the menu, in fact there is no product or it has been replaced. Nuts! (allergen) in cheesecakes that are not indicated in the menu, it's a pleasure to wait for cheesecakes for 25-30 minutes and then return them because of the nuts to be redone, but as a result there are no more cheesecakes, you will need to WAIT 40 minutes more hahahahah)) Yeah, spend the whole morning on disassembly, waiting for coffee and cheesecakes for about 50 minutes, when you expect to eat quickly and run about your business. I have been to the institution several times, 2-3 times I more or less successfully took coffee to take away, but now it is water with water, although it used to be better, but the last time in the coffee shop became fatal, what is it? An incident? personal "luck"?
as a result, the experience of returning money for food (for the first time), the views from the bar saying "you'll eat somewhere else with your laptop" and absolutely boorish answers on Instagram.

Wonderful interior and a menu with pretensions. Perhaps we can end here. It was in the afternoon. The coffee shop is flooded with sunshine. The air conditioner works, but it doesn't help much in direct sunlight. The only table in the shade is designed for those who work at a computer and "can sit all day", as it is written in the institution.
My favorite pate had a taste of some kind of chemical aromatic additive. The "tobacco" raf was promised with a taste of cognac, but in fact it was just with sweet syrup. I didn't notice any special taste. But everything was surpassed by the draniki. How can they be ruined? May. First, add salt to the workpiece, and then sprinkle with coarse salt on top and serve with red fish, which in itself is not slightly salty. They were redone at my request, but as a result they were left completely raw in the middle. But they didn't bother anymore. Alas. She left disappointed. I didn't like the coffee, and neither did the service. They brought old pastries to the child , but they convinced him that they were fresh. Believe it or not, this coffee shop is so good that I specially settled next to it!
The potato rashers they cook there are just a complete dump of everything, my favorite breakfast once and for a lifetime. A very large selection of coffee, alcoholic cocktails, and my separate favorite is espresso tonics at ANY Schweppes to choose from!!!
The staff is lovely (I go so often that they already recognize me....), the place is decorated very stylishly, you can come to work with a laptop at special tables and let them with animals.
The only drawback is a very long waiting time for dishes, but even this is fully justified by the fact that the kitchen does not use blanks, but prepares an order personally from fresh ingredients from scratch every time.
Anyway, if you're around, be sure to come in, it's 11/10!!!

The interior is a cannon bomb, I thought the room was much smaller. Right at the exit, a note that it is possible with laptops, but only at a separate table (it is in the shade all the time, but to whom). It is possible with animals. There is also free water
The only thing I would have taken off 0.5 for, the matcha was poorly mixed, lumps came across, and it was not bad (I took the matcha cappuccino). The prices are a little too high, but this is not a question of cafes, but of income😉

I visited this institution for the first time and that's what I want to say.
The staff were not friendly (they did not greet, did not say goodbye), dirty tables (I had to move to the one that was cleaner from the larger one). Also, I watched the situation as the staff discussed all the guests who came into the establishment and took coffee to take away.
I ordered pancakes with banana and maple syrup. There was a lot of soda in the pancakes, but at the same time, they were not lush (see the photo). The ice latte was very milky, I didn't feel any coffee or syrup (which is not free!).
If I were in their place, I would be ashamed to take out such a dish to a guest.
If you want to spoil your mood for the whole day, then welcome!

I don't know if the guys were lucky or really pulled up this moment, but the cheesecakes were brought to me in 5-7 minutes, as was the barista set. Delicious, beautiful, there is where to make fashionable photos. At prices, everything is as in standard specialty coffee shops. Black coffee is very good, cheesecakes with a very tasty crust

He said OK, but he could have warned me that there was such an expectation - I would have left - and would not have ordered coffee. Since the goal in the morning was to have breakfast specifically. Then they came again - there were even fewer people, even most of the tables were free - but for breakfast they again said that they would wait at least 30-40 minutes)) so here's a question for connoisseurs)) when, on what day and at what time do I need to come to this coffee shop so that the expectation of breakfast is adequate, as in all coffee shops? After all, the breakfasts are even uncomplicated, as everywhere else) in general, I decided not to set foot there anymore. Is it possible to take coffee to take away ... but just for the sake of coffee, there are 1000 more places..
I would still like coffee shops that declare themselves at this level to be able to cope with cooking breakfast.

A separate suite is located in the left half of the hall, where cubicles made of chipboard with pillows have been arranged, which tend to fold you into the position of an embryo. It is impossible to book one of 2-3 decent places in principle. While the wow effect of tiktok/insta lasts, the place is a solid passage with a draft. There is a really large selection of coffee, it is brewed well. The kitchen is a crazy overprice for the most boring offers. I didn't have enough patience for desserts, a sandwich of bacon, lettuce and tomatoes waited 35 minutes

twice I took an espresso tonic with certain flavors (first cranberry, then aperol) and both times the first sip was felt with a full-fledged taste, and then all the magic evaporated.. and for the first time, my friend's taste held up to the end. personally, I was unlucky: (they agreed with me that making a drink with a homemade coffee machine turns out to be much tastier and not so expensive.
also, please mark the new guys with a badge that they are interns, so that there is not much professional demand from them 😅

A trendy place in the area with a super modern vibe, but is everything so great?
The first time we ran in on the second day after the opening, we ran into all the bloggers in Minsk, who, like us, were sipping coffee and eating something from pastries, none of us knew that the kitchen was not working yet. Vepechka in the institution is supplied from Flax (as always 10/10, latte is standard, delicious)
Subsequent times we came in, but there were no seats, they took coffee to take away, there are no questions.
And once again we go in, find a place and start studying the menu. My friends from Poland choose two rashties and spaghetti with cutlet for the child, I also choose rashties. The waiting time is 40 minutes, although there was not a full boarding in the institution, but we decided to wait. What we have in the end, in the end they brought one portion to my friends, although at the checkout a friend said for sure that he had two portions (in the future they were glad that there was one portion, because the salmon was not salty, but the poached egg was overcooked) I agree with them, because I ordered the same set plus more overpriced vegetables for 7p) But what our little friend got is a fatality))) I'm sorry, a huge pile of stuck spaghetti (there are no questions about cutlets) did not swear, they just ate too little and left. Of course, all this is delicious, but there are establishments in the city and in the area of the same price segment, but with much better cuisine. As for spaghetti: for kids, this is not the best option, it seems to me it is better to replace it with bows, for example)
There are also questions about the service: there are always a lot of employees at the bar, which may have been the reason that the girl bartender-receptionist did not hear the whole order, she then talked to us about this portion and it was not very friendly. Perhaps if the waiters took orders at the tables in the old-fashioned way, and the bartenders were busy making drinks, then the work would be more optimized.

Today, my friend and I decided to go to the new blackwhite_coffee. We looked at the menu, chose coffee and food. The cashier said that the order would have to wait about 40 minutes. We agreed and sat down at a table. While waiting for the order, the laptops were taken out, literally 5 minutes later an employee came up to us and said that some guys had come here and "could you give them a table", and they have a special area for work. She ignored my words that I was waiting for an order, and not working, and took our coffee away without asking.
When the first shock came off, we realized that it was easier for us not to swear and just wait for the order by folding the laptops. While I was following the employee to return the coffee, the guys were already putting their stuff on my chair with my stuff.
I've never experienced such an attitude anywhere and I don't understand, maybe while I'm waiting for 40 minutes the order should go outside at all, so as not to interfere? Or do I have to wait for the order in some special way so that I don't get kicked out of the table?

I have been to this place several times and for the first time I gave a discount on the fact that a large flow of people and a barista "have no time" to smile at the guests. But no, all baristas with very unhappy faces are ALWAYS. The coffee was also upset, the tasteless filter (obviously problems with the recipe: very weak, as if diluted with water, it was also cold). I can't say anything about the atmosphere, everything is packed with people, both the seats and the waiting area, when there are fewer people, you can enjoy panoramic windows and views of the embankment.

I came to the cafe for breakfast, laying 50 minutes for food. We cooked breakfast for 40 minutes, brought a completely different dish than what I ordered, besides raw. I read in the reviews that they warn me about long cooking, unfortunately, they did not warn me.
Thank you for returning the money, but I left hungry, and I didn't have time to eat anymore.
If I had been warned in advance, maybe I wouldn't have wasted any time and could have eaten somewhere else.
If you come here, it's only to drink coffee in a beautiful interior, but I won't come here anymore.
