A cozy family-friendly hotel in the center of Kobuleti. The windows overlook the courtyard, rather than a busy street, which contributes to a quiet and peaceful pastime.
The rooms are cleaned daily with a daily change of towels. A roll of toilet paper is brought in every day.
I really liked the breakfast at the hotel. A wide range of dishes and products, 10 days of rest can not be repeated.
There is a very cozy cafe on site with reasonable prices and delicious food.
I recommend it!

A wonderful hotel, where everything is provided for a wonderful holiday. Delicious breakfasts and friendly attitude of the staff. Daily room cleaning. The sea is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. And Ivan and the owner of the hotel Zurab always show caring attention. I want to go back there again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were in August in 2024 with the children. I really liked it. The room is beautiful, clean and cozy. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. The hotel is not 4 stars for sure)
Not bad, but not a bomb.
There is zero service, the administration is as relaxed as possible, the communication style is "you respect me."
Upon check-in, we examined the room and found several flaws, including a huge hole in the curtain in the most visible place. We went down and told the administration about it, the owner in response began a long speech that he had been working here for 15 years and would not charge us for this when evicting (there was no question of replacing the curtain), and admired this hole all the rest.
Also, the safe did not work in the room, the administration's answer was: why do you need a safe, bring the money here, I will guard. They hid money at their own risk in the room or carried it with them, because the administration is not responsible for the theft)
We gave 45,200 rubles for 5 nights.
If you want to relax here: fix the amount in GEL and change rubles to GEL in Batumi. It will be more profitable this way. Local exchangers give a rate of 0.0270 (37 rubles for 1 GEL). In Batumi, we changed at 0.0288 (34.72 rubles for 1 GEL).
We lived from 03.09 to 08.09 in room 201.
There are late-night parties under the window, and the noise is heard not only from our hotel. In the morning, in our room, we could clearly hear what was happening in the restaurant on the ground floor, the screams of children and other delights)
The rooms have seen the sights. The bathroom smells like sewage. The bathroom door makes such a noise that you wake up a sleeper at night.
The breakfasts are not bad, you can pick up something that will be edible in a couple of times. But the distribution is small because of this, people are pushing.
Of the advantages: the sea is close, it takes 5 minutes to walk, the pool is almost empty during the day, and sometimes in the evening. There were a lot of children in the hotel, but we got to an empty pool, apparently the schedules coincided)
They clean up every day) but with a dirty broom)) once they found a label on the floor that was not ours) apparently it was swept up by this very broom from another room)))
There is a gap under the front door) well, these are small things)
Bottom line: for that kind of money, you can find a better room, in the same Chakvi (if you want a rustic vacation) or in Batumi. In Batumi, after that, we stayed in a luxury hotel with a bathroom and a beautiful view for less money.
Update: there are many exchangers in Batumi near the old bus station. 09/10/24 we were given a rate of 0.0292 lari per ruble (34.24 rubles per 1 lari). It is much more profitable than changing in a co-cabinet.

We decided to leave our feedback, but how else? Maybe this information will help someone make the right decision in choosing their vacation.
The administrator Ivan, a friendly and friendly young man, helped us with the check-in, sent us to the 6th floor, to a family room, later, we repeatedly asked him a request or a question, there was never a refusal. There is also the owner of the hotel Zurab, the epitome of calm and order, in my opinion a kind man, this is how a leader should be. He has everything clear and under control.
Our room is modern, in calm colors, there is a powerful hair dryer, a good and not noisy air conditioner, all the plumbing is excellent, it worked without problems, there were no extraneous odors. The refrigerator is not noisy, clean. The room is perfectly clean, all 8 towels were changed daily, room cleaning is also daily, the girls are pleasant and smiling. High-quality bathrobes and premium quality linen.
The sea is 5-7 minutes of easy walking, the sea is clean and warm at once, which is very cool. The stones are not big like in Batumi.
Breakfast is a buffet, everyone found something for themselves, there is a variety, and even if you come closer to the end, there will be food, it is replenished, there is fruit, there is enough for everyone, the only thing is, if you come to the end, the food can be cool, either the heating is turned off, or the vacationers themselves do not close the lids, where they get food.
Throughout our stay, we found food in various restaurants and cafes, very tasty in Chero, Eden, Oravella. In general, the cuisine of Georgia is excellent and the portions are simply huge.

A nice hotel. The rooms are of high quality, cleaning every day. The style of the hotel is like in a private courtyard in Italy or somewhere in Europe. There is a swimming pool. There are two buildings on the territory of 3* and 4* the territory is shared. Breakfast is not very varied, but there is something to eat.

Very friendly and hospitable hosts and staff, excellent cuisine, everything is new in the rooms, they clean every day, linen, towels are clean, appliances and plumbing are working. Great location, the sea is across the street. The screensaver in the photo is not a hotel, the hotel itself consists of two three-storey buildings, stand side by side, and is still under construction. A great place in general for budget holidays and non-picky guests.
