We went to this clinic with our dog for a year, everything was great! High-quality and proper treatment, qualified doctors. But the staff has changed in the last couple of months, where did you get them?? Do they have an education?? My dog with an aviary cough was treated with diuretics, she began to have stomach problems, until antibiotics were prescribed in another clinic, the dog suffered for a week, after a new treatment everything was taken off in 3 days! My friend's dachshund also had the wrong treatment, it got worse and again they were cured in another clinic. Doctors do not know how to take credits for rabies, or rather they could not say a word what to do after taking blood. They say, "well, we can take it, and then, like, do whatever you want." I came to you as a specialist, but I have to rush around the city and find out what to do with the blood. As a result, blood was taken from another clinic and sent to the laboratory themselves. I paid so much money just for nothing

As we have already written here, the staff has changed and the clinic has become terrible. I go to another one, where a veterinarian from Chaka now works, who has always treated my animals. But I had to go to Chaki at night to rearrange the catheter for the dog. Mikhail Lenov was on duty there and I am almost sure that he graduated from the circus school with honors. I was going to wrap a catheter in a dog's paw without an upper plug, because "these are human catheters, and dogs eat them!! that's when your dog with enteritis eats it, that's when! ..." The fact that drugs are administered through two ports, as well as the sterility of the circus school gold medalist did not know. Cursing, he eventually opened a new catheter and put a plug on it, although not without expressed dissatisfaction. By the way, the circus has started working in Batumi and I think Mikhail will quit soon. I will definitely go to his performance.

There are many questions for other doctors. One veterinarian was unable to put a catheter on the dog from the fifth time, and then remove it. Another doctor had to be persuaded to examine the dog.

We sincerely express our gratitude to all the staff of the clinic for their caring, caring, and professionalism. The cat was brought in critical condition late in the evening. They thought it was severe poisoning. But an experienced doctor determined in a matter of minutes that there was a foreign body in the stomach. Everything was scheduled strictly according to plan, nothing superfluous: ultrasound, X-ray, ivs. An emergency operation was scheduled for the morning. They offered to leave the cat under observation for the night, we agreed, because the condition was serious. The operation was successful. But if we or the staff had delayed a little, we could have already lost the pet. Doctors are in touch with us, they continue to consult and are interested in the cat's condition. I do not recommend choosing this clinic, especially if your pet's health, your time and family budget are important to you!
I brought my young cat here for sterilization, an operation that an experienced surgeon performs with his eyes closed, with his left hand.
I was told on the phone that the operation would cost 145 GEL. However, after the operation, I was asked to pay 165 GEL. And that was just the beginning of the unpleasant surprises.
Five days later, it turned out that after the operation, the cat had a hernia, and she needed surgery again, for which I had to pay another 70 GEL.
Indeed, why do a high-quality operation if these idiots come and pay again.
I paid another GEL 15 for the removal of the stitches, and as a result, the sterilization of my poor cat cost $ 100. It's scary to imagine their price list if you are dealing with some kind of problem…
On the last visit, I witnessed how an employee of the clinic shouted curses at the back of a departing client, stating that this was not her problem, that there was no change at the checkout.
Friends, this is just terrible - rudeness, unprofessionalism and deception. It's up to you, but I won't go to this clinic with my animals anymore.

Wonderful round-the-clock (!!!) a clinic with qualified, caring staff and equipment. Our lapdog ate something on the beach with sand, which eventually turned out to be a lot inside ... the sand was also magnetic from Ureki. I treated my two cats here quite recently, Dr. Natalia. It was my first time and I was very worried about the competence of doctors. The cats caught the infection, unfortunately they could not determine which one, since many tests in Batumi and in Georgia are not done, including feces, but the prescribed drugs helped us and gave a positive result. The clinic did general blood tests and biochemistry, ultrasound, and also went for injections for 5 days and one cat was also given a subcutaneous drip as he lost fluid. As well as tests for the viral disease panleukopenia, rapid tests (thank God both were negative). In total, for the whole time, about 500-600 GEL was spent on two cats with a taxi on all days. If suddenly your "tails" get sick, then I recommend Natasha, a competent and experienced doctor. She said everything as it is about the situation in Georgia with veterinary medicine and tests. And also, at my request, an employee of the clinic sat and deciphered blood tests for us in Russian and with normal indicators. Bottom line, the animals are healthy and this is the most important thing!

They brought the kitten for examination, the eye was very swollen, as the flea medicine got there.
The doctor gave an allergy shot and dripped an eye, by morning the inflammation had greatly decreased and the cat was already running around the apartment.
I forgot the name of the doctor (male) because I was on edge...in general, thank you very much!
