Cholpon Ata is overloaded in the summer season, something needs to be done with the flow of cars and exhaust gases.
I am glad to see the rejection of plastic bags, a step has been taken, now it is the turn for electric cars. There is something to think about.

Great vacation: excellent lake, air, friendly people (long-distance taxi drivers, of course, like to take more: from Cholpon-Ata to Bishkek 800C, from Bishkek to the airport 700C. But from Cholpon-Ata to the airport -3000S. Logic e?). Excellent cuisine, climate.

We left in July, the fountain was still not working. A favorite gathering place for drunks, some granite fences are just broken, but 2 stars, because you can even walk through puddles.
