Boorish staff with janitor's syndrome and sclerosis, asked 3 times for a single bed or a double bed. I brought a blanket that was pissed on by cats (this is life, it happens). The attitude was as if I personally demanded that they be manually washed. They said that they would not accept such a thing, then they called somewhere, it turns out that they still wash it, but for 4-5 days. Do they wash their thumbelina and take it to the alpine meadows to dry? I called another dry cleaner, a polite response, no rudeness, they'll do the laundry until tomorrow
