I want to share my impressions of visiting the cafe. The atmosphere is just wonderful, cool music and interior) The cuisine pleases with a variety of dishes, especially the lunch menu and the breakfast menu. Delicious coffee and pasta with seafood. I also want to mention the administrator, who made our evening even more enjoyable)) We will definitely come back to enjoy delicious food and pleasant atmosphere again.

It's a delightful place. Very tasty food, they cook quickly. Everything is clean and cozy, the staff is very polite. Everything is fine for the price too. Breakfast + drink 15 rubles.
The cafe would seem small, but there is a lot of space, even for a company of 5 people you can sit comfortably. And, of course, a modern minimalist design.

I stopped by for lunch to have a snack and a cup of coffee, I can say that everything was fast, high-quality and delicious. I'll share my latest review. There are no questions about the kitchen, and yes, I understand that the establishment has a different focus, but there are still questions about customer orientation and service.
Let me explain: having ordered Prosecco, having expressed a wish for cooling in advance, getting warm rather than chilled is the first disappointment. The icing on the cake, after we asked for ice and a bucket to cool down. The waiter brought a glass of ice, arguing that there was little ice in the establishment and there might not be enough for further work, he suggested adding ice directly to the drink glass. Guys, are you serious?????

I can't give 5 stars, because the breakfast waffle was just soaked in butter, and the consistency was soggy. The coffee was medium and the cups had chips inside. I would recommend that the institution look at better quality grain. In general, the impression remained positive, but perhaps it was an isolated or rare blunder.

We couldn't sit there. There was a full landing. But! We tried to order pizza with ourselves - they gave us a menu and didn't help us navigate it, it was impossible to make out what was there without pictures and in the semi-darkness. The music was louder than normal, as it seemed to me, and it was not very comfortable. The guys at the checkout weren't very responsive, and they didn't help with desserts either. In general, we left in disbelief. But then there was a clean hotel and a clean brasserie waiting for us.!!!!))))))) And that's where I want to put 10 stars out of 5 possible ones)

I really like breakfast here, especially sweet ones: cheesecakes with cherries, Viennese waffle with caramel and cherries, pancakes with caramel and berries. Great place! My girlfriend and I often go for pizza. And what kind of bumble they have on peach juice is a heart rupture, Although I don't really like another type of coffee. Cold drinks are more successful, in my opinion. Smoothies, non-alcoholic mojitos, etc.

An establishment where they won't tell you about the dishes or the drinks. Not friendly baristas at all when you come into an establishment with a smile. It feels like you're not welcome here at all.
Even in the top institutions of the CIS, spaces (which really have something to be proud of, unlike this one) do not behave like this.
Unpleasant service and an atmosphere that you don't want to return to.

Convenient location in the city center and beautiful design.
It was my first time in the institution and I had no idea that orders were taken at the bar. We stood at the entrance for a long time and waited for someone to come up and say hello, to be able to navigate through the empty tables. Two bartenders and one waiter ignored us. We took a table on our own and only then saw through the window the inscription on the outdoor tables: "we accept orders at the bar." How do customers INSIDE the establishment understand that they should contact the bar counter? I would like to see some kind of inscription or have the opportunity to communicate with the staff.

I rarely write reviews, but Nikolai (the guy who takes our order) deserves a special thank you. It's nice when a person knows what he's talking about, you can immediately see that he has found his vocation. Be sure to try porcini mushroom pizza and raspberry tea. Great place. There are very good breakfasts here, which not every institution can boast of. The only thing would be great if in the morning, in addition to breakfast, you could order a salad and if you worked from 8 in the morning and not nine.

The way guests are greeted at the Lunga from the same network is Pure - it's just lovely. Smiles, warmth, really friendly atmosphere, humor. Everything is at the highest level.
And how you will be greeted at the victory: They won't even want to explain what is included in the dish.
The girl who keeps the tables clean is working - many times more literate and polite than the "guys" who stand behind the cash register. Apparently, the guys have a pretty high opinion of themselves.
