The children's area of the center itself is good, it finally stopped stinking, it became cleaner........ but the kitchen leaves much to be desired, all the food is cold, you order one thing and another, the fries are sluggish not salty, in general it's terrible, you could do something better, after all children eat (1 out of 10).disappointment.

We visited the game center today. Complete disappointment with the service. The attitude towards the guests is absolutely indifferent. Visitors wait for several minutes for the entrance gate to the game area to open, no one hurries to them, although an employee must be there all the time. I don't know if according to safety regulations there should be an employee on the tubing, but in all previous entertainment centers there has always been one. He controlled the descent of children, prevented the descent of visitors until the previous ones left from below. There is chaos in this regard. At best, parents do it, but in fact I haven't seen any parents. The children are on their own. It was not the fault of the center, by chance the child near the table hit and badly bruised his lips... naturally there was a lot of blood and screaming-crying throughout the center. Not a single employee came up, asked what had happened, or offered a first-aid kit. Nothing. Until I applied myself, in the end we could not help in any way ((( To top it all off, we also received a remark from one of the employees that a pillow had accidentally fallen off the sofa... when I said that I simply did not notice (trying to stop the blood to the child, I did not see the fallen pillow) I also they replied sarcastically. I have never seen such a blatant attitude before. As a result, the child only calmed down and sobbed with renewed vigor ... do you think the employee showed regret? (The child's whole face is covered in blood, it is obvious that he is crying not just from idleness). No... I've already listened to the comments from the departing lady! On this "very joyful" note, we left this institution.

The center itself is one of the best in Gomel. But the staff leaves much to be desired. A lot of rudeness, once again I go and come back from you in a bad mood. Figure out already what your employees get paid for — for fulfilling their direct duties or for spoiling people's mood.

I went with my daughter for two years, 11 hours a weekday, not many people, about 10 children, a lot of toys, and dollhouses, strollers and cars, and razvivashki, all sorts, all toys are pretty battered of course, but okay, the zone that turned out to be
the most loved by us from 0-5 years, bizibord and all sorts of puzzles will come to our liking.
of the minuses, I can note that there was a downpour outside- in some places (on the slides) the rain poured directly on my head, it dripped so decently, all the slides are labyrinths- made with a minimum amount of light, everything is dark, semi-darkness, everywhere. The music was turned on in the background - it was playing very loudly, I came out with my head like a watermelon, not to mention the child- who had already asked to leave, it was hard in such a noise, very much.
And probably the most unpleasant thing for me is specifically this children's menu - some pizzas, burgers, French fries and so on.... There is simply nothing to feed a 2-year-old child. There are places in Gomel where I still take the baby for a walk, but not cleanly....
