A great place for active children's recreation. There are many different kinds of entertainment.
Pizza is cooked normally.
minuses:
1. There are no employees in the hall who monitor the safety of children.
2. When there are a lot of visitors, there is not enough air (it stinks of sweat and socks) - the wrong hood does not work.
The game room on the second floor is very stuffy on a hot summer day.
3. If you do not want to spoil your vacation, then do not order food from the restaurant menu (meat and other dishes), as you will wait SOOO LONG (2 hours). We rested several times and each time ordering food was accompanied by an adventure.
The first time we forgot about our order, but after 20 reminders and 2 hours, we did not eat delicious "restaurant" food, although initially we were promised to cook food within 30 minutes. The children were very upset (((.
For the second time, 1.5 hours after our order was accepted, it was not brought to us!!!. Again, they forgot about us and referred to the program failure. They offered to wait another 30 minutes, but we refused and ordered three pizzas. The pizza was cooked in 15 minutes. Everyone is full and satisfied.
For the third time, the order was completed after 1.2 hours, but the restaurant food was cold(((.
Wish to the management:
1 - pay attention to the safety of children.
2 - fix the problem with the delivery of food on the restaurant menu.
3 - organize decent ventilation of the premises.

It's a good place, the kids like it. The menu is for every taste. I took pure shrimp (delicious) and meat pizza (good, tasty, but a persistent feeling that ketchup was added, which I didn't like a little. Three different play areas, a 5D cinema, up to and including 10 years old, for some reason only with parents. Lots of tables. The entrance to the child is one-time for the whole day. Both parents can accompany without problems. The toilet is well located, you can enter both from the reception and from the game area.

Therefore, they are allowed to sign the paper before reviewing the game. The slide on the cheesecakes looks like a trash can near the winter slide. That's it, I draw your attention, ALL the cheesecakes need to be thrown out, they feel so bad that they don't even go down the hill. In the maze, behind this slide with cheesecakes, the side safety net is simply unbuttoned in places, that is, the child can fall from a height of 1.5-2 meters. There are no details, steps, etc. There is not a single employee who monitors the safety of the equipment. At least to keep an eye on the serviceability of toys and attractions. The front wheels of the blue car are broken off from the steering wheel, that is, it is impossible to control it. There are drawing boards, completely mangled, dirty, but there are no pencils, crayons, rags. Next to the cheesecake slide there is an incomprehensible wooden table/ pedestal with no corners protected, it is very dangerous for the little ones, the corners are at head level, and the older children are running around. In general, I do not advise you to come with children under 5 years old. It's just not safe. The administration also declines any responsibility for security and shifts it to you. In places, soft carpeting is simply missing and bare concrete sticks out. The air conditioners are fully operational, it's even cold in some places (it was winter), and the children sweat from activity, well, I can't explain it. Doll houses without dolls))) more precisely, one well-known barbiturate is all about it. There aren't many toys. A wooden road without cars and trains (they don't play with them, they don't exist). Everything is very tired, dirty, dying, just unsuitable for children. On trampolines, no one regulates the number of children on one trampoline, it is dangerous to let a child under 3-4 years old go there, other children will just kill him. The second zone is a little cleaner, but it's stuffy and smells like a sports locker room. They didn't even try the kitchen, as other customers waited for more than an hour and left the center after 40 minutes. I have to change my review of this institution. I have no questions about the game areas, everything is cool and thought out at the highest level. But the attitude of the staff and the food service is just the height of a terrible attitude. I have not been treated so disrespectfully for a long time. The difference in serving food for one person is 45 minutes, while this is not the height of culinary art, but just sausages and French fries. The ordered cocktails and coffee were simply done and none of the staff decided to call us. Therefore, it was impossible to drink cocktails, but there were still cold lattes in stock.
We go here with our girlfriends often, the children like it. We used to like adults too, but apparently the staff doesn't like us.
I hope that someday the attitude of the staff will change and I will change my review.

Takeaway is great, but if you are sitting with a child, then you would like more comfort. I ordered Carbonara pasta. All establishments serve spaghetti pasta in Carbonara. There were no warnings that the pasta was the wrong kind. Butterfly pasta (bows) were served instead. But when I approached the girl who was at the checkout and asked if I had been served Carbonara for sure, maybe they got it mixed up??? She even showed me a photo of what this paste should look like. To which the response was received: "And what do you want to show me with this photo? This is a children's menu. We only have pasta like this." The intonation was appropriate- rude. It's generally unpleasant. That is, instead of politely responding to the client, the girl felt that she was right, as it is. 😳😳😳 I said that I'm not telling you this in reproach, but that pay attention to it and warn people in advance. - They do not have the opportunity to serve a large number of people. You can see the photos (long queues and slow order fulfillment). There were only two cashiers.
- There are no places to sit down. They definitely didn't think that so many visitors would come to them. There are only a few family tables, and if you're lucky, you'll be able to find a place to sit on the upholstered sofas, but we spent about 30 minutes looking around and then jumped when we saw an empty seat.
- Can you imagine that the place is divided into 4 sections:
- on the left there is a section with obstacles.
- In the second section there are family tables, some of which I have seen reserved for events such as birthdays.
- In the third section, you order food.
- The fourth section on the right is the place where children play. According to my observations, the games here are designed for children under 6 years old.
And here you can see the problem. If you order food, you need to be careful, as people and children pass between the sections, and you can spill your drinks on someone or, worse, a hot drink.
- Children really like trampolines, but there are only two of them.
- They have a tube slide, but it's ridiculously slow... She's just useless...
My advice:
- Don't go on weekends. And if you do, it's after 7 p.m.
- If you have children over 6 years old, it might be better to find another place where they can play with games for children, or you can just try the left section where there are climbing obstacles.

One of the undoubted advantages is an area with tables for adults, from where the entire center is visible. And there are animals nearby - a mini zoo, it's interesting for children. You can order food, but the menu is not just for children - pizza, French fries. Fast food, but I would like something more adequate. Well, a small remark to the management - do not drive the attendants around the hall to clean the wheelchairs in place all the time))) the children will figure it out for themselves))) on the plus side, you can stay there all day) the kids like it. But I wouldn't take very little ones there, at least from the age of two.
