I ordered a dry cleaning of the sofa, agreed on the day and time
(18:15), on the appointed day at 18:25 a representative of the company called and said that the master would not be able to come due to a small accident, waiting for the traffic police. In general, the conversation went well, anything happens, we agreed that the master would arrive on Saturday at 12 and I would get a discount.
I made all the plans for cleaning again and at 12 no one arrived, at 12:08 I called the number from which I received a call on Wednesday - no one picked it up, at 12:15 I called the number listed on the website - silence.
As a result, no one came. I don't advise anyone.
Updated: 4 days have passed since then, no one has called back. There was a hope that they would show up after the weekend, but this did not happen.

We ordered the cleaning of the sofa and 2 chairs. The chairs, which other cleaners had no questions about, were considered by the master to be chairs. I worked for about half an hour, although others did this volume for an hour. I didn't dry anything after washing. There was dog hair on the couch. I took more money than the rest — 168 BYN. He also warned that the dog had peed on the sofa, for which he charged extra. Result: the urine odor was not completely removed.

During the week, no one bothered to call, apologize, or say that a force majeure had occurred.

A man arrived with a vacuum cleaner, in which the water with chemicals froze due to the fact that he left it in the car in the cold! An irresponsible approach to work is immediately visible. He tried to unfreeze it for 20 minutes, and eventually said that he had no desire to work today and would rather come another day. Before that, on the phone, he stormily told how well they provide services and what high-quality chemistry they have. But no matter how high-quality it was initially, it loses all its properties when frozen, but this company apparently doesn't care about it, even though their prices are 20% higher in the market. After looking at my sofas, this miracle master said that he would not be able to fully clean them. The next day, I used the services of another company that cleaned the furniture perfectly. And I do not recommend contacting these "specialists". Take care of your furniture, time and money.

I am very dissatisfied with the quality of cleaning. Never contact this company! After cleaning, you will get disappointed with such "clean" things, left with divorces.
Plus tactlessness and arrogance.
I came to redo my work, with great dissatisfaction, it seems it got even worse, everything had to be washed by hand. Payment for work for a minute is 100 rubles.
