We stayed at the hotel in June, in a separate two-storey house.
It is spacious, quite clean, there is a refrigerator, kettle, cups. There is free Wi-Fi, it works well. The location is excellent, 5 minutes to the sea, the territory is large, well-maintained, the staff is friendly.
Among the disadvantages - they were not cleaned once for 3 days, the garbage was not taken out of the room. The plumbing is not in the freshest condition, there are not enough dishes and a microwave in the room. Access to the hotel was limited due to the construction of the bridge, taxi drivers have been looking for this hotel for a very long time.
In general, I recommend it for not too demanding tourists, clean empty beaches in the vicinity outweigh the disadvantages))

We had a rest at the hotel in early September.
The territory is beautiful, well-groomed, cozy. There is a canteen, but it is not working now, because tourists take vouchers without food. We bought groceries in stores and at the market and cooked by ourselves. Cute cats come in for breakfast, lunch and dinner and are happy to share your meal (we ate on the terrace). We had a family 4-bed cottage. Spacious, clean, lots of lockers for storage. A large refrigerator, a TV, an electric kettle, a set of glasses for 4 people, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (so the Internet worked well).
Of the disadvantages, the kettle did not turn off by itself, it was necessary to monitor and turn it off by yourself, the TV showed only one channel. But with the Internet, we didn't even turn it on. During the 10 days of stay, the water and light were turned off only 1 time when there was a thunderstorm. In the evenings, during a thunderstorm in the mountains, there were interruptions to the Internet, but in general, with good weather, everything is stable.
Special thanks to all the staff of the hotel, the guys are great fellows, they love their work, all issues were resolved promptly. You can ask for dishes at the reception, everything will be given as much as you need.
It's 3 minutes to the sea, although there are still a lot of unfinished buildings outside the hotel, cows and dogs are walking, so animal lovers need this place!
On the main shopping street, the price tag is very high (tomatoes 300 rubles). There are many places where you can have lunch. There are mini-shops where you can buy the necessary products. Money is best - cash or online transfers.

A quiet, family-friendly place. We lived in a family house (a separate house on two floors). The interior is cozy, decorated with wood. Downstairs there is one large bed, upstairs there are 2 single beds or 1.5 beds), that is, a room for 4 people. There is also an air conditioner in the room. Powerful enough to refresh all two floors (installed on the second floor).
There is a refrigerator, kettle, mugs. 4 chairs, a closet and a table on each floor.
The bed linen is white, crisp (as I like it). The towels are clean (two towels per person - small and large).
You can take an iron from the administrator, but in principle you can agree on everything. Friendly, hospitable people.

There is no dining room, but it doesn't matter. There are several canteens to choose from on the parallel Tumanyan Street.

A quiet, pleasant place. Near the sea. The rooms are clean.
Everything is nearby, shops, pharmacy, cafes, canteens. Excursions can be chosen for every taste.
It was the first time and we never regretted that we got into Clean Water.
If you are not by car, there is a bus nearby or you can order a taxi.

My friend and I stayed one night in a triple room in a cottage. The room is very spacious, it has everything you need: air conditioning, kettle, TV, shower in the bathroom, good toilet paper. Wi-Fi in the room catches. The territory is well maintained, in oleanders, the lawns are trimmed — very beautiful. The sea is within walking distance. There are shops and canteens around, everything is nearby. The staff is very friendly and hospitable, I recommend it.

We rested with my husband from 08/23/2019, in Abkhazia for the first time, the beauty of nature and the purest sea fascinates."Clean Water " is a great place, very convenient location, near a bus stop from where you can go to Gagry, Pitsunda and New Athos with Sukhum. The sea is nearby, the mountains are in the palm of your hand. The houses are clean, the rooms are large, there is everything you need, air conditioning, a large wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers, refrigerator and kettle. The water is often turned off at night, but there is always already at 8, if you get up early, stock up in the evening. We took breakfast and lunch a couple of times, everything was very tasty and fresh.at the peak of the heat, we sat on the veranda, in the technique, the breeze is refreshing, in the evening it is also not stuffy. There is a cafe with a disco in the direction of Shahumyan Street, we went once, the "Wild Harbor" is called.

An excellent cottage hotel, for its 2 *, it's not worth waiting for something "wow": yes, the furniture is not the first freshness; yes, everything in the bathroom is not "excellent"; yes, there is no beach of its own. But all this does not matter when the sea is 50 meters away, there are not many people, the main square is 10 meters away, where you can eat delicious food and many shops (stalls).
It is definitely worth choosing it if you are not picky and understand the cost and difference in 2* and 5* hotels.

A wonderful place to relax. Especially for those who like silence.
The sea is about 100 meters away, visible from the hotel. View from the veranda to the mountains and nature.
The hosts are wonderful, kind, helpful people.
The staff is always with a smile on their face, the responsive ones will always prompt and help.
The territory is clean and cozy.
We had a problem with food. They cook delicious at home, the portions are large, we overeated.
The beach is pebbly, wild, not yet mastered, but this is a big plus there are a lot of places, but few people..
There are small disadvantages such as the road to the hotel and little entertainment for children. But I think I'll finish it over time.
In general, wonderful memories and I want to come back.

2024 just returned from vacation yesterday. Abkhazia was greeted with its beautiful mountain views and kind people. We passed the border quickly, then headed to the village of Alakhadzy, near Pitsunda there are Clean waters, the territory is very clean, well-groomed, all the staff are very kind, friendly, hospitable, the rooms are large, spacious, upholstered in wood, there is a veranda where you can relax and have a cup of tea or coffee admiring the mountain view, because the hotel is almost at the foot of the mountains, on one side of the mountain, on the other the sea, and the air is mountainous, it's just impossible to convey, the sea is 100m from the hotel, a sandy pebble beach, transparent, not cloudy, there were a lot of dolphins in the morning, nature is fascinating, at the expense of where to have lunch on the next street there are many cafes and canteens, where you can eat tasty and inexpensive, there is also a small market where you can buy fruits, everyone who likes a quiet quiet holiday, take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and noisy megacities, then you are here.. Here the mountain air is clean, the smell of eucalyptus and the sea is just an indescribable feeling.. Well, those who write negative reviews, then you gentlemen critics In Turkey 5 * and for this money you will hardly rest in Turkey. My daughter and I are in Abkhazia for the first time. Recreation center Clean water is a very pleasant cottage complex in the village of Alakhadzy almost on the seashore. Everything is cozy, clean, the staff is polite and friendly, the food is very tasty. The weather was good. It was disappointing that the sea was dirty in the 2nd half of the day and the beach was not equipped. For those who want to relax by the sea, this is a very suitable place. They work there from May 1st to September 30th. In Abkhazia, I liked Pitsunda the most for recreation.

We had a rest in this complex in May. The houses are "cardboard", the neighbors from above are like elephants day and night in terms of noise level. Most of the rooms had broken plumbing fixtures. The toilet was leaking in one house. There was no water in the other one. In the third, there is a slight pressure. The cleaning leaves much to be desired. Dust and dirt in hard-to-reach places seem to have been lying for years. There was a "surprise" waiting in the electric kettle of the room - an inanimate fly at the bottom. Sometimes the electricity went out at night and the lights went out in the entire complex. We booked a room with one double bed, but in fact there were two separate ones. There was no administrator/manager on site. Instead, there was a maid who handled all the org issues and security. There is no such reception - there is a dining room where guests are received. The quality of the food is worse than a regular canteen. I had to look for other places to eat. The staff is not very friendly and polite. One day, an unknown guy arrived and started asking negative questions, "what's wrong with you here?" In short, a solid negative remained for all days with the memories of this "vacation". All the conditions for a comfortable stay are important to me, so I pay attention to such details. From the outside, the complex looks beautiful and even well-maintained. The only big plus is the location of the complex near the sea. Literally 5 minutes on foot or even less. There is silence and tranquility around. Beautiful view of nature. If you book a room here, take the second floor, there is better noise level and view from the windows. Beautiful terrace by the cabins. Perhaps the conditions are better here during the season, but despite this, the service must always be of a high standard.

We had a rest in June 2023. I really liked it!!
The hotel is cozy (we occupied a house on two floors), the staff is friendly! The sea is nearby, at night you can hear the waves in silence! The view from the second floor window is mesmerizing: The mountains, dissolving into the clouds, radiate powerful energy!
By the way, we have a friend there))- a dog named Tramp!
There is something to fix, of course, in the rooms (the showers are old), but it does not affect the rest at all.
Three meals a day for a solid 5!!!
Cleaning on demand, great!
I really want to come back again.
The nature of Abkhazia is magnificent! We fell in love!

I had a rest in June 2x24. There is nothing much to do in the village near the sea, but the silence near the sea with a beautiful view of the mountains is worth it. The apartments are acceptable, but I didn't really sit in them, it's not worth going to Abkhazia for this! There is an air conditioner, a bed, a shower, what else do you need?!

Everything is wonderful! Next to the sea, 150m - for me this is one of the main advantages of any place on the sea. The complex itself consists of 16 cottages, there are two-storey ones for a large family, there are 2-3-4 bed rooms in a two-storey cottage. Audibility, of course, is present, but we were lucky with the neighbors, everything was quiet) A nice spacious room with a refrigerator, air conditioning, its own bathroom (shower, toilet, sink with mirror), two beds with excellent mattress and pillows and the cleanest snow-white linen, provided blankets in the closet, but were not needed. Very friendly staff, thanks to Bella and Igor) Very beautiful territory, the terraces can see the sea and mountains. There is a dining room, but we did not eat because we did not coincide with the time))) And so there are breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The service in the country has grown noticeably, but, of course, those who are very used to all-inclusive are better off in Turkey)) or to a more expensive hotel. Price-quality is excellent. The linen was changed three times in 12 days. The sea is gorgeous! The beach is wide! The climate is wonderful!!!

Habitation. Rooms with old furniture. There are not enough handles on the nightstand and chest of drawers. The mattresses are ancient and worn. Condey works by himself. The TV is one program and then pulls, as if the film in the video was jammed. The bathroom is in terrible condition. We bought the funds, washed ourselves. In the dining room, the food is modest, but delicious, we ate too much. The custom menu was not always brought what we ordered, confused. From early morning(6.30)dogs barking on the territory, they don't let you sleep. There is zero entertainment. Excursions and taxis are better to order from the Hostess.

I was with my mother from July 13 to 22.
Very weak...there are many disadvantages.
The TV didn't work all day. The air conditioning in the room is not working properly, although the craftsmen came and tried to fix it. The shower stall is disgusting, it was late for the trash. It's all dirty, rusted and exudes an unpleasant smell. The hooks in the tub are falling off. The floor is shaking. No sound insulation. There is WiFi, but it is very weak, nothing loads. I had to activate the roaming tariff.
And the cherry on the cake is a local dog that won't let you sleep any longer. He runs from door to door and barks at 6 a.m. And on the beach located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, cows graze, which have polluted the entire beach. No one cleans the lepehi and therefore there is nowhere to join. We searched for the promised FREE umbrellas and sun beds at sea, but we never found them. For rent for a day, they ask 500 rubles per person. There is a small swampy area from the sea to the hotel and frogs feel great there, which croak all night for the whole village.
The breakfasts are delicious, but not worth the money we gave away. A buffet was indicated, but in fact it is not. On the eve, you can order one of two types of porridge, one of two side dishes. The only coffee is Nescafe in a jar, which is impossible to drink.
There are no cups, spoons, or forks in the room. They took it in the dining room, but the cleaners constantly took it away. There was also no soap or shampoo. Upon arrival, you need to have everything of your own or run to the store.
The rooms were cleaned upon request. They changed the bed linen and wiped the floor.
There is one iron for the entire hotel and you can't really wait for it.
For those who charge money for accommodation, these conditions are too bad. You won't want to return to the same hotel.
There are better hotels nearby with a pool for the same money.

We rested from 06/26.23 the territory is beautiful, but the houses are already all old, the rooms have also outlived their time.
In the room, the TV does not work in more than one house (vacationers asked to fix it, but alas, no one fixed it).
No service of any kind! The bed linen is changed after 4 days and the cleaning is also done. The air conditioner is working but it rattles like a tractor. Old people are driven to the upper floors. The young ones are on the turn at the bottom. Regarding nutrition, as in a regular dining room, there are hairs in a salad (there are no fruits and vegetables from words at all). Although they don't have it everywhere.A girl brings food in ordinary clothes. The sea is 300 m away. The beach is not equipped with a circle of garbage cow. On the day of departure, you need to vacate the rooms before 12:00, they don't care if they are old or young with children or not! We would at least make a separate house for those people who have a transfer only in the evening.

I was vacationing here this summer. I really liked it. We rented a nice two-storey house with all amenities. A very beautiful protected area. Canteen. The food is very tasty and satisfying. Meals are served three times a day. The sea is nearby, just around the corner. Near the market, shops. We had a great rest! The nature is fabulous! Abkhazia is just a paradise!

Comfortable houses , beautiful grounds , the Internet has always worked . responsive staff . the canteen did not work due to the small number of vacationers as the borders were closed for a long time. The sea is within walking distance, although cows often walked on the beach. but they didn 't come close . there is an opportunity to go on excursions. The holiday is well suited for people who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle and just enjoy the sea, warmth and sun. I plan to come back next year.

The shower cabins have not been washed once since its installation, dust, cobwebs, dirty bathroom, sink. In the corner there was a mattress covered in blood-red stains, not even covered with a sheet. There were nine days, no cleaning was done once. There are no rags or buckets in the room. On the third day, they came to change the towels, the same as with the mattress. We took our dirty ones, washed them ourselves, washed the floor ourselves. The daughter was poisoned, vomiting, diarrhea, temperature 39. We begin to knock down, falls to 37.5, bathes in the shower, after half an hour again 39. This is despite the fact that on the first day we treated the entire bathroom with whiteness ourselves, I poured pure whiteness into the largest accumulations of dirt. On the third day, I bought another bottle and treated the shower stall again (my liver just swelled), but after that my daughter's temperature began to drop. This is for a room that costs about three thousand rubles a day, instead of resting, we lost our last health there, spent a lot of money on medicines, paid for their breakfasts, which we did not eat because of poor health. I want to ask those who just take money and are not responsible for anything "for what". Who will be able to regain their health, the money spent, and most importantly, nine days of vacation, which will now be only next year. It's clear, it's so easy for people to bring their hard-earned money, we have to work hard, we need to earn it, and you just stole it from us, with your deception

Rooms. Wooden 2-storey houses, 1 room - 1st floor, air conditioning, combined bathroom, TV, refrigerator, kettle, no dishes. There is a table on the veranda of each room.
I won't tell you about nutrition, I took it without nutrition.
There are no hygiene products, take them with you or you can buy them in shops nearby.
P.s. There is a car rental on the next street. There is also a "Barbecue yard" on it, which is very tasty.

So many people are not happy. We would go to Turkey for a vacation, there is just a paddock for you 100 km away, with asphalt roads, with delicious food, with a lousy drunk, you don't even need to go to the sea.
The place is good, they feed and clean. The children liked it, there was someone to run and play with. Of the disadvantages, only problems with transport, and even then, only for those who came alone. My family always took a taxi, it turned out even cheaper than a minibus.

I had a rest from September 15th to 25th, the impressions are terrible. I arrived at 4 a.m., the sleepy watchman was very surprised, asked: "Are you sure you're here? "Then a young woman came out, was also surprised, said that, probably, I should not go to them, but to another hotel, I should go to it by taxi 500 meters. I refused a night trip and demanded my room. They gave room 9 on the 1st floor, very cold, damp, it has 3 beds, a mattress and a cot in the corner. There was a dirty shower stall in the toilet, a boiler hung over the toilet tank, and bare boiler wires were on the side of it. The boiler pipes were leaking, and a plastic bottle was suspended under them. In the morning, the cistern, the toilet, and the entire floor were flooded with water. I barely waited for the administrator, who did not decide anything, the tour operator,, Pegasus,, did not show up at all. Looking into the dining room, I saw semolina porridge and a piece of loaf- I don't eat this for breakfast! After my scandal, I was moved to the Diva Hotel on another street, I did not go to their dining room. The beach is not well maintained at all, huge pebbles and a lot of cow cakes, a couple of lopsided sheds- like a cafe. Horror, time and money have been wasted, there is absolutely nothing to do and nowhere to go! It's just a village on an unkempt shore.. Moreover, the tour operator "Pegasus" simply deceived me, since I paid for a vacation in Pitsunda, but ended up in the village. Alakhadzy of the Gagra district. The rest was ruined!

The location is good- 1-2 minutes to the sea. But the staff and their attitude towards the guests is just disgusting. We checked in at 14:00, although, when confirming the reservation, an earlier check-in time was indicated. As a result, they only opened the chest of drawers and pulled out a bunch of children's socks (but they "cleaned up"), the 3rd bed was not made at all. The bathroom doorknob immediately opened. I had to ask for toilet paper for all 2 weeks. There are not even mugs in the house. They are not cleaned, the administrator does not respond to messages. During power outages, water is turned on only for yourself, for 10 minutes (cooking). They didn't even pour boiling water to the child (it was without food, but they poured it to others).And when the child asked where and how to go to the toilet, the ADMINISTRATOR said, "take the paper and go outside the cottage complex." On a rainy night, water was pouring through the 2nd floor in the house, we had to lay towels on the floor so as not to drown, which in the morning, the staff said: "you shouldn't have touched the towels, but come and ask for a rag," and we had to do this at 3 a.m. with a strong thunderstorm and a terrible downpour, given that the building of the "administration" is closed at 21:00. Staff (administrators)- it's just a nightmare, always dissatisfied and hating guests, these people spoil this place!!!

New hotels and inns have appeared around, and markets are nearby. The number of vacationers has increased noticeably. We rested both body and soul, went on excursions, brought a lot of impressions. The territory is well maintained. The playground is terrible.

The staff is friendly and helpful.
The sea is within walking distance, the beach is clean. The rooms are poorly cleaned, but it is enough to ask and they will be cleaned again better. The room is spacious with amenities. We had dinner somewhere else.

We had a rest in June, as a family, as I understood it, the owner rented this place, the Armenian Diaspora rents, they met well, but they put up a billboard and old collapsed furniture, handles that just come off when entering the bathroom!
Horror.
The staff is disgusting, starting from the hostess herself, there is no experience in running the business. the attitude is all based on promises to change the bed linen, wash the floors, for them it sounds like an insult, horror.
No longer a foot , unless the tenants change ,!!! the place itself is great for relaxing!
