They immediately offered to come and take the goods for diagnosis. They handed the goods over to the warranty workshop themselves and warned that diagnostics and repairs could be delayed. When I called them back, they said that the workshop could not repair the device, but they were ready to refund the money. I preferred to take the goods. In return, they gave me a brand new humidifier and extended the warranty. All communication was as polite and friendly as possible.
