I was left with a very negative impression. Firstly, a 10% service charge was added to the total bill, which is illegal in Kazakhstan, since waiter service is a standard service that is included in the cost of the dishes. It was unpleasant to see after this a request to pay a tip to the waiter in the check, that is, additionally for the service. Secondly, no one warned about the size of the fine for the food and drinks that they brought with them. This was another unpleasant "surprise". Gentlemen, you are simply being exploited for money in this establishment.....

It's a very nice place, it resembles an urban atmosphere. The cuisine is very tasty, orders arrive quickly, and prices are not as frantic as in new Tengiz.

They cook delicious. Prices are above average. There are karaoke rooms. However, there are always a lot of visitors, since there are no alternatives in this area.
