As a hotel, it is beautiful. Walking through the grove is one bliss.Breakfast is the best thing about it, a huge thank you to the chef and staff. Great tea and music in the courtyard, the sound of the piano in the hall - everything is fine. I didn't like it as a hospital. All procedures are flashed, even diagnostics. Our 2 days were gone while we were waiting for the ultrasound doctor. The tour was not a success. We paid more, and did not have time for everything along the route. It's not worth going to the waterfall - it's a waste of time and money. The guide is not competent. It is better to find a good guide and come up with a route yourself. It's worth going to the cable car. I recommend it as a hotel. (the best)
September 2024. I liked the sanatorium in general. Excellent food, room cleaning. They are constantly replenishing water supplies and hygiene supplies. There is a toothbrush with toothpaste, a razor, a shower cap, cotton swabs and discs. There is a sewing kit. Ironing board and iron on request from the maid.
I liked the pool with a sauna complex. Beautiful territory. But we walked more outside the territory. I did not like that the price of the tour includes almost only naphthalene baths. Everything else is for an additional fee (mssage, paraffin, lymphatic drainage). We didn't take anything. We went for a massage once. It's just super. From the top of the head to the tips of the toes and hands.
In general, naphthalan baths are contraindicated if there are problems in a feminine way. And in the sanatorium there are no chamber baths only for hands and feet.
The staff is very friendly, the Managers will always help and tell you. Mostly guests from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and locals. Taxi drivers are standing next to the entrance, they will take you wherever you want. They offer excursions cheaper than in the sanatorium. Take cash with you. Rubles and dollars change everything. 10-15 minutes from the sanatorium there is a capital bank where you can change everything. The course is complete. Now a little bit about the limits of the sanatorium. You go out the gate and go to the right, skirting the sanatorium. You reach Turan. If you go to the left from Turan, then there is the center, there is also the bank. There is also a store 5 meters to the right of this bank. You can buy manats there via online transfer. But this process is not fast. It has apparently not been put on stream yet. Their exchange rate is better than in the bank. If you go to the right from Turan, there will be shops with souvenirs and basic necessities. One of them sells its own pomegranate wine, without sugar. And mulberry syrup, also without sugar, but it is very sweet in itself. We took it, we liked everything. A liter of pomegranate wine is 10 manats, 0.5 syrup is also 10. It's never been cheaper. The seller is a man, speaks Russian well.
For example, the Plane tree is a budget sanatorium Naftalan. We came to see it. We got into conversation with a vacationer. She said they were hungry. From the food borscht and buckwheat. But the treatment is the same. In general, we walked through many sanatoriums and talked. They are allowed to enter the territory. We visited Karabakh, which is considered the most pretentious. The territory there is more well-groomed. According to the treatment, they said that many procedures are also paid. Unlike Plane trees in Krabakh, they said there are chamber baths for hands and feet. On the street of the city, we met guests from the Kapyaz sanatorium. They said that paraffin is included in the price. the sanatorium itself is small and cozy. The food is ordinary and delicious. The price is much more affordable. We went to the Magical Naftalan. There, vacationers were seen buying water in a store. There were good reviews about the Nur sanatorium.
Some people come to Chinar for the 5th-8th time. They see the benefits. In general, the first thing I noticed was that the cramps in my legs disappeared after the baths. And the main effect is said to be noticeable after a month. We'll see.
We rested and were treated in a plane tree in early December 2023. I must say right away that I liked the hotel in general, a decent place and a good combination of price and quality. I give 4 stars, because not everything is perfect, and there is still something to work on for a hotel of this level.
The well-maintained large and green territory of the hotel immediately attracts attention, there is a 1 km long circular hiking trail with a distance marking. There are many different paths, good outdoor exercise equipment, gazebos and benches. The territory is planted with coniferous trees. It is beautifully illuminated at night.
Spectacular lobby and beautiful common areas downstairs and on the floors. Everything is very clean. We were on the eve of the new year, and the whole hotel was decorated with magnificent New Year decorations.
The standard rooms are very small and already very "tired" (however, the hotel closes for renovation in January 2024, perhaps this obvious flaw will be corrected). Therefore, we changed the Standard on the spot to a Deluxe room, which we liked - large, with good furniture, I think the disadvantage is a small shower cabin with an ordinary fabric curtain, it does not look very good for a hotel of this level, otherwise there are no complaints about plumbing. Good pressure and water temperature. High-quality cotton linen . A very high quality mattress, blanket and pillow. Good room cleaning, frequent change of linen, towels and bathrobes, even too much for me) All linen feels clean, odorless. There are mosquito nets on the windows.
Wi-Fi in the room and throughout the hotel works perfectly.
Standard rooms are located on the lower floors. Deluxe rooms, etc. The more expensive ones are on the upper floors, there are more balconies and chic furniture in the halls!
The windows in the rooms face strictly south or north, so choose your preferred side according to the season. In winter, we enjoyed the sun on the south side.
We really liked the food and the restaurant itself. Everything is very tasty. Perhaps sometimes there was a lack of sophistication. A wonderful selection of fruits (5-6), herbs, pickles, vegetables. 2 types of soup, always meat (beef or mutton), chicken, fish (though plain white), side dishes of 4-5 types. But the sweet is varied, but to my taste, very simple. For example, the real Baku baklava (of excellent quality) was served 1 time in 2 weeks. Mainly biscuits, shortbread dough, sweets soaked in sugar syrup , baked pumpkin, etc. Delicious cottage cheese and sour cream.Coffee is only in the morning, and, of course, it is not at all - weak and not fragrant, there is espresso and Americano in the bar for a fee, strong but very simple(((. Coffee is not in Azerbaijan))) Of the drinks, in fact, there are 2-3 types of tea , milk and ayran. Very clean and dry dishes.
Among the entertainment is a piano performance in the evening. Once a week there was a guest singer, the music was only oriental, some even danced. The contingent of vacationers is mainly 40-70. There are very few young people. Mostly southern and eastern peoples, Russians are in a clear minority. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
And about the treatment - doctors are ordinary, as in Russia in polyclinics, there are not enough stars from the sky, but people come here more for naftalan, and he treats without doctors))). The reception of the procedures is organized well, the staff is attentive and friendly. There were queues only for electrical procedures, but after lunch it was possible to pass freely. I don't know how it is in season. We had a hotel load of about 50-60%. Repairs in the bathing area would also not hurt. The tile already clearly needs to be updated.
We've been to Gashalty before, but the Plane Tree clearly has a higher level.
I wish you all good health and help from Naftalan.
I had a rest at the Chinar sanatorium. The staff is friendly, the service is good. The food in the dining room is monotonous, for 4 people. The standard rooms are very small. The prices for paid procedures are too high. The sanatorium does not pull five stars. Everything else is fine.
A good sanatorium. The ball is there in 2019. I liked everything. The procedures were clearly on schedule, this is one of the few places where doctors work like this. This year in February, they were doing repairs there and had to go to Karabakh. The sanatorium "Chinar" is ready to promise both friends and acquaintances. The main thing is that after naftalan, I feel better, for sure.
Many thanks to Merdan, in 2 hours he organized a bouquet with delivery to the Sanatorium in Naftalan, although we did not know either the room or the check-in date. I was looking for a place to order flowers with delivery, but many refuse to send them from the city to the sanatorium and then I found a number in Google, you can safely trust and please your loved ones wherever they are!
The "deadline" has passed and I will not return. When expectations did not match reality. Every year I go to sanatoriums, choose different directions and levels, there is something to compare.
What I liked was the sophistication, luxury, quality in the interiors, food, service in the dining room. That's where you want to find fault, but there's nothing. There are no gastronomic delights, but the assortment is large, there is always something to choose from, friendly staff.
That's all.
The big mistake of the management is punching checks for paid services for every day, and not for all procedures at once, which leaves the staff free to flourish corruption. They have dollar counters in their eyes, begging for payment past the cash register.
Sometimes I don't mind giving it, but it's raking hands. It got to the point that they take money, but the procedure is not completely released, they raise it ahead of time - so to speak, the procedure is light)
The nurse has a Saturday at traction, a short day, you need to have time to let everyone through your pocket. For understanding, 20 manats is 1200 rubles for our money, every day per person. He is not shy, he offers it to everyone, without exception, because we also communicate with each other.
I have never seen such lawlessness before. Naturally, I didn't go anymore.
The dentist is a separate story. Romala is still the one. She has her own calculations, past the cash register from the first day. It offers gum treatment with a magic drug - vitamins, minerals, massage, applications.
To my question, what kind of drug, what is its name, show me... The answer was - I twist, I twist, I won't show it, but it's sooo cool and German. I didn't understand for myself how I gave the money away. But I don't understand anything myself, and the next day I said that I changed my mind about stabbing, I only want Naphthalan applications, of course, she didn't like it and by some calculations of her own, this amount came down only to applications. In short, she spat, did not go, gave 3600 rubles. Let them stay for her medicine. Gypsies are resting.
There is no description of procedures with prices anywhere - not in the room, not at the reception, not in the medical building.
This is the first time I've seen this, usually in every room, booklets greet visitors in an expanded form, so it's understandable - additional services, but this is not about a Plane tree and now it's clear why.
After persistent questions, they gave me a printed sheet with prices
Dental services are described as follows - from 13 to 484 manats. Now her math is clear.
The rooms are good pillows, blankets, mattresses, TVs, no questions asked.
But even here, the counters in the eyes forgot to put water, then put a towel, then toilet paper, soap, and ad infinitum. The curtain jumped off the hooks, on the third day, after the request, they did it with heavy breathing and a dissatisfied look.
I always leave tips, but only with gratitude. To pay for direct duties and to smile - never.
In general, as soon as you crossed the threshold of the Plane Trees, you are a cash cow, and the hand of the giver is not respected here.
The procedure schedule is a mess, it seems to be there, but in fact it is not, those who gave more are allowed to go ahead and people sit under the cabinets for hours and swear. I haven't seen this for a long time - a rural polyclinic of the last century.
It's the same story on the baths, if you don't gild the handle) They row the money in ALL the offices, they don't hesitate.
I am sure the administration knows all this and there will be no changes. Local specifics. As they say, the sanatorium was built, the staff was not educated)
I didn't fall in love with this place, there was an unpleasant aftertaste. I won't come anymore and I don't advise anyone.
For a very long time I wanted to visit a sanatorium, but I could not choose which one is better for treatment. And my choice fell on this sanatorium. My husband contacted the manager and we ordered a double suite on the top floor. The check-in date was 08.05-22.05.2023.
When we arrived at Ganja airport, no one met us. And since I was with my mom, it was doubly difficult, because my mom is an elderly person. After about two hours of waiting at the airport, a car came for us. I was very surprised that the driver was not alone, but with a passenger. The road was long and took almost 1.5 hours. When we arrived at the sanatorium, I went to the reception, filled out all the documents, and we were shown to the room. The room is chic with a large bed and a large area. The sanatorium itself is well located, there is constant security on the territory. Video surveillance is everywhere and, as they say, even a fly will not fly without a pass. They didn't tell us at the reception that we had to go to the polyclinic's registry in the morning to take tests and go through doctors to prescribe treatment. The reception does not provide any information about what needs to be done next. They just gave out an A4 sheet of paper, what and where it is.
The interiors are very chic and there is a lot of pathos, and that's where it ends.
1. There is an administrator at the entrance to the restaurant, but when we settled down at the table, a waiter came up to us and for some reason asked for a resident's card. It is the responsibility of the administrator, not the waiters, to ask such questions.
2. We were not provided with information at the reception that we should go to the medical registrar and get a card there and go through the doctors. As a result, the first day - we, in fact, just lived in a hotel and did not receive any treatment!
3. There are no ATMs on the territory of the sanatorium.
4. When I visited the attending physician, I was surprised by the strange attitude towards the patient. The doctor was sitting and looking at pictures on his phone that interested him more than the person who was sitting opposite him. The doctor was distracted from the phone only when I started showing my medical documents. I felt at this doctor as if I had come for a loan. The doctor condescendingly conducted a conversation and kept trying to look at the phone. When my mom came in, he behaved the same way. He did not measure her blood pressure, but prescribed a set of procedures. Mom said she had diabetes, but the doctor didn't seem to hear her. This was the end of the history of medical support for our treatment and I did not visit this doctor again. I realized that I would not receive any attention and consultations during the course of treatment.
3. The food was good and delicious. But I noticed that when there was a large influx of vacationers, there were fewer desserts and fruits and often there were not enough of them.
4. A separate topic is when you come for treatment. You hand over your card and it is not known when you will be called. Locals, mostly, pass without waiting in line and you can go through your treatment after lunch. Many complained about it, but it was useless. During physiotherapy, I was offered many times to engage in self-service. They did not hesitate to offer this to my mother, who is already 86 years old.
The doctor treats the patient inattentively and dismissively.
The reception does not give full information when checking in where to go when taking tests and passing doctors.
Prescribed physiotherapy, the nurse offers to do it herself.
Bottom line: we found a lot of pathos, beautiful interiors and lack of order.
We rested in this sanatorium with my wife from March 13 to March 25, 2023 in room 416. What can I say about this sanatorium:
1. The territory is clean, well-groomed! Pine trees, the air is clean!
2. Treatment at a decent level, I could not do much, for health reasons. But the wife received maximum treatment. Thanks to the whole team of doctors, nurses, attentive and friendly!!!
3. Food - decent, fresh, varied. There are a lot of salads, dietary soups, cakes - many different and delicious! For the food, special thanks to the team of chefs under the leadership of Chef Teymur! Teymur Bey! Big greetings, respect and respect to you!!! We will definitely come again!! I recommend this sanatorium to visit!!!!
I arrived for treatment in September, for 14 days, the entire staff is waiting for daily payment, gifts, offerings for changing linen in the room, for providing services in receiving treatment for each of the procedures, from 5-10 manats, there are 5 procedures per day and so for all 14 days, in addition to the initial payment for accommodation and treatment, a canteen it is large, it is quite possible to have a snack, dietary food, there is a cafe on the territory, the food is mediocre, the meat is tough, but people walk, because not everyone is suitable for what is offered in the dining room, there is not really a territory, there is a small fragment planted with thuja, there are also exercise machines, benches. There are several parks nearby, you can walk a lot, breathe pine air in favorable weather.
We rested, were treated at this hotel, after a three-year break, and were pleasantly surprised that the level of service and procedures provided, also at a high level, very polite and friendly staff, treatment, namely baths, really help with skin problems, joints. There were certainly moments such as the lack of Russian channels and poor Internet quality, but this is not the main thing. Here you can relax body and soul, the place is not for adventurers, they will be bored! The whole elite is resting and being treated, and they will not wish themselves ill, well, middle-class people like me also come across 😉👍
A hospitable country, a magnificent hotel, excellent territory, high-quality treatment. I've been there 2 times already and would love to come back again

I am very, very satisfied with Chinar Hotel!!!Everything is great! Hotel, restaurant like in Turkey 4-5*. And of course, the oil treatment gave a result that lasts for 4 years. We have to go again! But there is no direct flight from Samara to Ganja. Getting from Baku to Naftalan is not a problem. There are a lot of different types of transport, but it is also inexpensive to take a taxi.
Some positive emotions from the sanatorium. Well-groomed territory, pine forest. Air -it is impossible to breathe. Strong medical base, attentive doctors and medical staff. Clear organization of work. A separate respect to the chef. I rested for two weeks, the dishes were practically not repeated. The evening entertainment program does not leave people indifferent. They listen to musicians and singers with pleasure. Watching movies was also pleasing, the administration tried to show new movies. Thanks everyone. I definitely recommend you to visit. And you will improve your health, and you will not be bored.
There were 10 days two adults and a child of 2 years old, they allocated a crib for free, on the first night the child was bitten by bedbugs or something else that is not clear, they immediately refused the bed, there were a lot of apologies! On a double bed, the mattress is completely tired , with a sore back is not very, I asked to change it, they refused, they said that there were no orthopedic mattresses in such places, I think there should be orthopedic mattresses, this is still a medical sanatorium, everything else was better! Three meals a day buffet was on top of the chef respect! Clear! Good Procedures!
Hello! Arrived at the "Chinar" 07.09.2022. They didn't move in for a very long time, they offered a room for a category below. After long flights, I was very tired and was ready to leave this sanatorium. The driver who met me at the airport helped a lot, his name is Misha in Russian. After his call in Baku, I was finally settled in the room that I had purchased for the promotion. Otherwise not bad. There were a lot of people, hence the queues, in the dining room you could always find a place at a table, food for four points, without frills. There are long queues for procedures, but they moved quickly. When prescribing procedures, all necessary studies are carried out very quickly despite queues. Whether the treatment helped or not, I didn't feel it, but I could have said I was healthier if it hadn't been for the hassle of checking in. Thank you very much to the staff of the sanatorium! Thanks to Marina from Baku who helped with the check-in. Thanks to the driver Mikhail! Can I come back here? I think "Yes".
I'm visiting for the seventh time. The hotel is on top. Friendly staff, excellent restaurant, large swimming pool, but most importantly - treatment helps!
A stunning Sanatorium, beautiful rooms, modern equipment, professional medical workers.

I was in this sanatorium back in the USSR. The trees have grown. There are a lot of services and the food is on top. I was 2 more times. I think naftalan cures everything. Sanatorium for a relaxing holiday. Entertainment is quiet. The treatment is super. The swimming pool and sauna are free during the day. You can take any tour. Gek-Gel Lake is a miracle. I want to go there again, to see how the pomegranate blooms.
In July 2019, I had a rest at the Chinar Hotel & spa Naftalan sanatorium in hospitable Azerbaijan. The territory of the hotel: a magnificent arboretum with many paths, alleys, fountains, Everything is provided for walking with children (and wheelchairs).I devoted all my free time from the procedures to getting acquainted with the nearest cities of Naftalan, Ganja, Minchenaur. Rooms:Cleanliness, full room security. The Standard room is not large, equipped with air conditioning, hairdryer, kettle.Fresh drinking water, tea, sugar are provided daily in the room. Very polite and helpful staff. In the building: restaurant, cinema hall, library (excellent!),cafe, shop, medical staff offices... Medical base: This is the best thing I've seen!!!!The most modern equipment, the ability to conduct a wide variety of examinations and procedures (of course, by appointment of a doctor and something for an additional fee). Very attentive medical staff.Naphthalan baths are something!!!!!!!!The only place in the world where Naftalan is treated.I want to thank Seltenet for her help in taking baths, for her not easy work. Swimming pool: in a word - chic, almost Olympic-sized, heated (indoor) Restaurant: I put 5 different menus, delicious dishes, a good choice. There is always a lot of fruit.Shev cook Teymur fed very tasty . In general , I was satisfied with the rest . Special thanks to Emil Babaev for wonderful evenings, excellent singing, and help in the development of the hotel and the surrounding area. I recommend this sanatorium to those who want to check and treat their health in a calm environment.
We were treated with my husband in the Chinar sanatorium for 2 weeks from the end of September 2021. One of us has a skin disease, the other has joint problems. It's too early to talk about the effect of treatment, but the infrastructure itself has left very positive impressions. Friendly staff, delicious cuisine, daily cleaning and full service, the room has everything you need, you can stop by with one toothbrush. Water and tea were replenished daily, the change of pastel linen also took place every day. The hotel is comfortable to rest, after undergoing procedures in the room, all conditions for a comfortable stay are created. Well, unless the TV didn't work very well, if you need it.
A slight sewer smell was present in the shower, but not every day. But this is if you find fault, the hospitality and attentive attitude of the staff compensates for these little things.
According to the medical base, the only thing that seemed strange to me was that the leading doctor did not ask about the results of treatment at the end of our stay.
At the beginning of the treatment route, I liked the prompt passage of a full medical examination from doctors of narrow specializations to tests and ultrasound studies. Obviously, the treatment is prescribed thoughtfully and responsibly. I was upset only by the absence of a dermatologist during our stay, because it was this doctor who was most needed.
But most importantly, we took 10 baths in 2 weeks, which we are very happy about and will hope for an effect. We thank the Chinar Hotel for its hospitality. Azerbaijan in general, make a very pleasant impression. And in taxis and in shops, the older generation knows Russian, there were no misunderstandings anywhere. We will try to visit Naftalan again.
In 2018, this hotel was still being renovated and did not work. There is a wonderful Karabakh hotel nearby. Excellent room stock, decent buffet 3 times a day. And, most importantly, a medical department focused on improving human health. and not for pumping out money. If your condition does not allow you to apply any procedures, they will not be assigned to you. The check-up diagnosis on the first day is serious. 5 * Karabakh!!!!!
I decided to join the numerous fans of the sanatorium "Chinar" and leave my feedback. Well, first of all, I would like to express my gratitude and admiration for the way the work is done here, since the attitude of medical and service personnel to their work is beyond praise. Starting from the porters of suitcases, the gardener, the waiter and up to the general manager of the restaurant and the doctor - everyone is exceptionally friendly, friendly and ready to solve any issue. It is extremely pleasant to greet in the corridors and see smiling faces, which, in my opinion, is important both for the image of the institution and for the atmosphere of relaxation. The building is extremely beautiful and comfortable: everything is sparkling clean, every corner is decorated with great taste and love, amazing furniture. Everything in the rooms is thought out from the point of view of the specifics of the sanatorium's medical and wellness procedures: linen, towels, terry bathrobes - chocolate color, so that after taking naphthalan baths there are no traces left. The Superior rooms are very cozy and spacious, equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Wonderful bar "Firuze" on the ground floor, where it is nice to relax after the procedures and drink delicious coffee. A spacious gym and a swimming pool for those who like to spend time actively. The hotel has a wonderful area with pine trees where you can walk and breathe fresh air. In the restaurant "Saphire" everything is always beautifully decorated and served, lots of snacks for every taste. Delicious cheeses, dairy products, homemade jams, salads. If you come later, you may not have time to taste some of the hot dishes. I didn't have enough interesting meat hot dishes. Often dinners are accompanied by live music, it's just super! The downside is the lack of local fruits. Mostly imported wooden pears and apples with no expiration date. The hotel has a wonderful swimming pool with sauna, but there is not enough staff, especially on weekends and rush hours. It is a pity that the pool does not work in the morning, because after taking naphthalan baths, it is undesirable to visit the pool. The water temperature is not always comfortable, there are drafts, many have fallen ill! After the children who jump into the water from the side, the wet floor remains. The most unpleasant thing is the presence of people who come to swim in their underwear and without swimming caps. Many people do not know that before swimming and after visiting the sauna, you need to take a shower with soap and a washcloth, and only then go into the water! In a word, there is not enough person who would control this process and make comments to those who "just came down from the mountains or from a palm tree." From my point of view, this is unacceptable! I think that this disadvantage can be corrected.
I will join those who wrote about excursions, they really are not enough. And, of course, it would be nice to add TV channels. I will add an interesting idea for Hotel Managers, which, from the experience of my travels in 5* class hotels, pleasantly surprised and pleased me. It's no secret that many guests experience different sensations from mattresses and pillows? Regular healthy sleep energizes, ensures good health and mood. It is possible if a person has a good pillow. Well… You can immediately put different pillow formats in the rooms (classic, orthopedic, down, bamboo, etc.), or do it through a receptionist and a maid. In the prospectus, you can write that the guest can test pillows and leave their wishes. Such a simple thing creates a special feeling of care and individual approach for the guest. Everything else is just excellent! I want to come back here again and again. Thank you all so much for a wonderful rest and treatment!
Naftalan! He's probably famous for his oil baths! But this liquid does not burn😅 the bath heats up to 37 degrees!there are also different types of procedures! But before receiving the procedures, blood is given on an empty stomach and an ecg of the heart! After we pass all the doctors and the oppa.. let's start the treatment! Massage and paraffin are paid! There is also a huge swimming pool and 2 types of saunas!Finnish and Turkish! In the evenings every other day animation! Kitchen: 3 meals a day! Delicious! But on the 10th day it may get boring😂
The sanatorium is the highest class.very good medical base.respectful staff.excellent cuisine.

5* the hotel was assigned by the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan, if assessed according to European standards, then the Hotel does not pull 3. There is no medicine, doctors do not examine, nurses take blood without gloves, as well as carry out most procedures. If they wear gloves, they move from patient to patient without changing them and touch everything in a row, including themselves. A nutritionist in a hundred kg, a neurologist writes down the words, ENT swears with the therapist right in front of me, all doctors do not hesitate to chat on the phone. Urine tests are forced to be carried to the polyclinic through the entire Hotel, they are not taken from the rooms. In the treatment rooms in Azerbaijan, nurses chat through the partitions. Medical records are lying around at random, doctors discuss diagnoses with outsiders, the results of examinations are given to anyone who wants. Droppers are driven at maximum speed. Massage therapists do not look at medical records. No recommendations, diagnoses, repeated admissions - all “treatment" is a mere formality. Technology is a couple of generations behind. The doctor conducting hydrocolonotherapy is devoid of a sense of tact and any competencies, I want to forget the meeting with her. 80% of the staff does not know Russian, no one knows English!!! All the staff addresses you with "you" and "hey, you". Right in the medical department, advertising photos and videos are being taken, we made a scandal, the cameras were taken away. There is no privacy. The rooms were cleaned only 4 times out of 7 days. Employees come into the room, regardless of the "do not disturb" sign on the door, while graciously telling you "Sister, you're not bothering me, yes." Bed linen is changed if asked, there are threads and 10-cm holes on bathrobes and towels. The manicure master confuses degreasing agents and drying oil, and also does not disinfect anything. In the cinema, the sound is not adjusted, and the projector is crooked. There is no one working at the disco bar. We had a two-room suite, it's spacious, the others are very small. There is no shaving mirror or towel hooks in the bathroom. Hygiene.the shower is only icy. Shampoos are given only once, they are not replenished.
There is no shaving mirror in the bathroom, the hygienic shower is ice cold. There are no dishes on the mini-kitchen, the blanket is heavy, the pillows are sagging. The food is Turkish, fruits are only bananas and oranges, pomegranates for money, as well as coffee and juices. The spa area is in a disgusting condition, dirty, the electrical equipment works very poorly, there is no steam, the pool-font is empty, the fountain does not work in the pool, the taps leak.
