Chinor is more suitable for tourists who travel in a group. Everything here is designed for flow, but not for the quality of food and service. My husband and I traveled together and became hostages of mass advertising, where this place is considered one of the most popular.
As a result, I want to note several aspects:
- Seating of the guests of the establishment. Initially, we decided to sit on the second floor, but it turned out to be very hot under the canopy. Then, at our request, they tried to transplant us several times, but we always interfered with the planned seating of tourists.
- Food and drinks. I decided to take a win-win option - lamb kebab and mojito. The mojito turned out to be Tarhun lemonade with mint leaves, which surprised me a little. But it seemed to me that it was nothing and I decided to wait for the barbecue. Unfortunately, besides the fact that I waited a very long time for him for 30-40 minutes, he turned out to be half inedible. The portion was small and the main piece turned out to be all fat and streaked, which you can't even really cut through. There was also a small bone that could be overlooked and a tooth broken. The cafe staff assured me that they always have such mutton and ignored my request to replace the kebab.
These are the impressions left by this institution.I am writing a review in order to have fewer disappointed people who want to fully taste the delicious cuisine of Uzbekistan.

The pilaf was normal. Lamb kebab - a lot of fat , streaks, ate less than half. They refused to change it - they said it should be so. A very popular place for tourist groups. Because of this, the service and the kitchen suffer . It is designed purely for groups of tourists.
Admittedly, the place is beautiful. But the service, the culture of communication of the waiters and the quality of the dish just sucks. It really sucks.
We ordered soup with dumplings. The order was delivered in 40 minutes. It's good that the order was brought.
And tea was served only after 10 minutes of serving the soup.
We made a remark to the waiter, and he started snapping at us, while blaming us for making a low-value order.
Then we tried the dumplings. This is not soup with dumplings, but as if soapy tap water where 6 pieces of dumplings were put. The filling of the dumplings is raw, not ready. Broth, if you can call it broth, is impossible to drink. In general, it sucks completely.
I would put 0.5 stars, I just don't know how to do it.

It became clear that it was not applied from a cauldron, but heated in a microwave oven. It is strange for Uzbekistan in general and for such an institution.
We went in during the rain: someone was smoking right inside, near the entrance, did not want to go out in the rain. An uninterested employee told me to go to the second floor, but there were no empty tables. No one else came up to us and we left

Неплохое заведение, есть залы в помещении и открытая веранда наверху. Вкусные салаты из грибов с огурцами и салат из баклажанов. Шашлык на 4, люля на 4+, готовят быстро, официанты стараются. Вино дороговато, так и ресторан, всё-таки, пишут люди, что со своим алкоголем приходили, платили только пробковый сбор, не проверял. Открытая веранда даёт возможность курить, кому-то это минус, мне - напротив. Расплачиваться можно с официантом, а можно в кассе на первом этаже при выходе. Немало местных ходит сюда, что является показателем.
Зашли случайно,но остались довольны и ещё два раза заходили за два дня, что провели в Бухаре. Персонал вежливый, молодые энергичные ребята. Еда вкусная, особенно рекомендую салат баклажановый!!! Вкусно готовят баранину, плов. Я не люблю баранину, пахнет она мне, но тут даже мне понравилось. Очень хорош зелёный чай с мятой и чабрецом. Вообщем достойное заведение покушать и отдохнуть.

Почти всегда многолюдно, что говорит о популярности места - часто туристов привозят сюда на автобусах на обед или ужин. Но есть и обратная сторона - не всегда можно найти свободный столик.
Заведение радует национальным колоритом и уютной открытой террасой на втором этаже, но на этом к сожалению плюсы его заканчиваются. Подача блюд долгая, независимо от того много посетителей или мало. Были здесь два раза, третий раз уже точно не придём 😅 Наш заказ ждали час, в итоге нам принесли едва теплый суп и такое же вагури, а вместо компота оказался пакетированный вишневый сок с долькой лимона и веточкой района. В общем поели и забыли.

В Самарканде хвалят другой Чинар, но мы в Бухаре посещали неоднократно именно этот (в старом городе). Он был близко от того места, где мы жили, и от основных достопримечательностей. А ещё нам это место посоветовал наш гид- интеллектуал Евгений (в Бухаре его похоже знают все 😉).
Брали плов, лагман, люля, овощи. Все было по-домашнему вкусно, поэтому TheПлов мы так и не сподобились посетить.
В Самарканде и Ташкенте пробовали плов в самых рекомендуемых местах, но понравился именно плов из Чинара.
Место аскетичное, но не лишённое какого-то восточного колорита. И после трапезы абсолютная лёгкость в желудке и никаких негативных последствий 😉
Ps По умолчанию приносят чай из пакетика (на мой взгляд, для чайхоны это дичь). В очередной раз я взмолилась и попросила сделать заварной - сделали 👌

Местоположение - в центре всего, поэтому я ароду много, в основном туристы. Национальный колорит. Обслуживание неспешное, мягко выражаясь. Качество еды - ну как для туристов. Баранину есть было невозможно, лагман более менее. Не рекомендую если вы цените качественную еду и внимательность. А если надо быстро и незатейливо - то может быть.
Ужасное отношение к своим же. В основном обслуживают хорошо иностранцев. Мы сидели 40 минут чтобы у нас хотя бы приняли заказ. Я понимаю много народу. Но извините они уже приносили еду тем кто пришёл после нас. Мы были с детьми. Надеялись на хорошее отношение, но кажется мы второй сорт для них. Я не понимаю за что такое поведение. Вроде бы мы тоже деньги платим. Просили уже администратора что-то сделать. Тот сказал хорошо сейчас позову ещё минут 10 посидели и недовольные ушли. На 1 этаже сообщили о нашей неудаче. На что главные администратор лишь помахал на официанта мол чего бы их не приняли. На этом всё. Пошли в другой ресторан в Цитаделе. Атмосфера в сто раз лучше. Персонал в сто раз лучше.

Бухаре были 3 дня, из ресторанов Чинар понравился больше всего. Вкусные большие салаты ( рекомендуем с баклажанами и свекольный), хорошие шашлыки и люля. Манты -вполне достойные. Пиво- холодное. Обслуживание- быстрое. Рекомендуем!
