Meal was oversalted.and oily. Meat wasn’t the best, potatoes salty, oily, cold and came before the meat.
Teas is weak.
Lemons cut by a child with chunky slices.
Very disappointing.
It's a great place. It is located in the old town. The food is very tasty. The portions are huge, the assortment is not rich, but you can choose both the first and the second. The prices are reasonable
The waiters are smart and polite
There is live music
You can sit on the veranda in the fresh air.
We went as a family, we liked everything, the child is very happy, the food is very tasty, the portions are good, you can sit on the veranda, you can book in advance so that there is a place, we were lucky because we came without reservation.
Live music is playing.
The waiters are polite and welcome at the entrance, they will tell you immediately where it is free and you can sit and eat.
!!It's cool, we'll come again
I do not recommend it, there are plenty of more worthy places nearby, I went in because of the external beauty of the building. One star to the cook - everything is delicious. They sit down in the dining room, if there are free tables in beautiful halls, they cheat when calculating. I went in, asked about the terrace, they said it was possible. She got up. There are repairs on the highway. They didn't plant it there. Then they took me to a beautiful hall on the 2nd floor. 10 tables were definitely empty. 2-3 are busy. Then they decided that it was not worth putting one person here, because the tables were beautifully set for larger companies, they took me and another guy who was already sitting at the table there choosing a menu back to the first floor in a side hall with a level and interior of market cafes. I ordered lamb, lagman and pilaf. We sat in complete silence, listening to the slurping of other tables, although there is a TV there, we could at least turn on the music. After trying the first two dishes, they asked you to pack, I say I'm waiting for more pilaf, it turned out there was no pilaf. I searched for pilaf in the city for three days, by the evening there is not much of it left, when I came in I asked if there was pilaf, they said yes. There are a lot of maintenance staff, useless. Then I asked for the bill, he counted 190,000 on the calculator, I counted it myself, taking a photo from the menu in advance, and charged 15% for the service, it turned out to be almost 20,000 less. I asked where else 18,000 came from? I counted it correctly the second time.
Tasty, inexpensive, large portions. The staff works quickly. I liked the dumplings. You can pay bills without waiting for the waiter downstairs at the checkout. Just by saying the table number. A lot of foreigners were brought in for lunch, so it was necessary to eat before them.
I would not recommend this place to tourists. The guide advised me, and the very next day I went there and was horrified. The place is located in the old town, but inside it looks like you've come to the outskirts of some kind. We were greeted by a hand wash, stairs and a scary vestibule, I was already scared. The cafe itself is even more or less pretty, but then I opened the menu. I didn't want to eat anything from the menu + the prices were unreasonably high. Wine by the glass or not, or they didn't want to sell, they offered a bottle right away. The music was playing from a speaker that barely seems to work. We got up and went to the beautiful restaurant next door. I didn't taste it with my "eyes," and that says a lot. I concluded that the guide is being paid extra for the recommendation. If you don't like it, feel free to get up and leave.
We came here because of the reviews...
we didn't like any of the dishes, the prices are higher than other local establishments and the portions are smaller. Ordinary fresh plastic vegetables like from pyaterochka ...
Branded soup (which should be clarified if there is) resembles cabbage soup with mutton... The mantas are over-salted... Pickled cabbage is simply soaked in something (not pickled)... The tea was barely brewed (thanks for changing it).
In general, it is an ordinary TOURIST place. I do not recommend it.
Good day! We went to this restaurant for lunch. Nice staff. Although the veranda was closed, they offered to open it if we wanted. But we went inside. It's warmer there. There were plenty of visitors (unlike other establishments), but there were places. Delicious pilaf, manti. People ordered kebabs, obviously knowing their quality.
Slow service (as everywhere else).
The prices are not great!!! (Unlike other establishments)
15% Service fee (as everywhere)
I thought for a long time, but I took off one star for the toilet.... It's like the old train stations, but very clean.
In general, I definitely recommend it!!! Especially in the Center
Great cuisine!
We were with a tour group at lunch. The whole group of 16 people were very satisfied. We ate salads, soup with meatballs and manti! All with a Bang!! In the evening we went to dinner with our families. Everything was very tasty and wonderful - shish kebab, meat, salads are all great!
Many thanks to the chefs and especially to the waiter Ichthyor for a great and delicious evening!
Sincerely recommended to visit!Only in the season when there is a large tourist flow, it is better to book a table in advance.
We came to eat pilaf. The pilaf is excellent, one of the best tasted in Bukhara, lots of chickpeas.
It seemed strange that the pilaf starts to be served only at 12:30. There are minor maintenance issues, but in general it pulls 5.
Let's go to the cafe according to the reviews .The check is average .The service is direct , not a single empty plate was removed during the stay in the process .The food is delicious, but not great. The shish kebab is medium -harsh .And what surprised me very much was tea from a tea bag , at the price of a custard .A place for tourists .And by the way, it says opening hours from 11 a.m. , in the morning we went in - we were told that the cafe was open from 12 p.m.
Very nice cafe-restaurant. I highly recommend the lamb in the oven, it's just magical. The prices, by the way, will also pleasantly surprise you. Definitely 5 out of 5.
It is a must-visit place. It is considered one of the best cafes. The atmosphere is decent, the food is delicious. Although there are no bad establishments there. This place is more for tourists.
After reading good reviews, we decided to go to dinner. I didn't like it. There is no atmosphere. The tables are dirty. The staff doesn't really care about the guests. The dishes are not tasty, they do not match the ingredients shown in the photo on the menu. Very sorry for the wasted evening!
Specific cuisine. Delicious, greasy, spicy. The price is adequate for lunch ~ 100000sum(~1000r) for two. The portions are large. The staff is unhurried, like everywhere else. 15% for the discussion is immediately added to the receipt. Overall good
Delicious pilaf and lagman, good service, convenient that you do not have to wait for the bill, but you can pay at the checkout by table number.
Disgusting kebabs, it's a shame, but they just don't know how to cook them.
Lamb 6 pieces of 2 fat, 1 raw, 1 bone
Lumpy - the edges are not fried, dry and tasteless
Chicken is the only one that can still be eaten, BUT chicken also comes with bones!
Lyulyakebab is absolutely tasteless and the edges of the shish kebab are also not fried ...
Tea bags - in my opinion, the price tag is too high for a package!
I dined there about 5 times - ordering different types of kebabs and each time it was a fiasco....
A great restaurant with great cuisine! Everything was delicious, the staff was friendly, the service was five. I really liked the restaurant, I can recommend it.
Chinor is very popular among the residents of Bukhara...The tables are almost always occupied...The food is delicious, that's the whole conversation. Prices don 't bite .
Admittedly, the place is beautiful. But the service, the culture of communication of the waiters and the quality of the dish just sucks. It really sucks.
We ordered soup with dumplings. The order was delivered in 40 minutes. It's good that the order was brought.
And tea was served only after 10 minutes of serving the soup.
We made a remark to the waiter, and he started snapping at us, while blaming us for making a low-value order.
Then we tried the dumplings. This is not soup with dumplings, but as if soapy tap water where 6 pieces of dumplings were put. The filling of the dumplings is raw, not ready. Broth, if you can call it broth, is impossible to drink. In general, it sucks completely.
I would put 0.5 stars, I just don't know how to do it.
Who reads this review, I advise you not to visit this institution
To the attention of travelers, there is a high probability that they will try to cheat you in this institution. For example, they began to assure us that the prices on the menu were old and suddenly increased. We ordered pilaf and salad. No complaints about the food.
Great restaurant! All the dishes are cooked at the highest level. The service is excellent - the staff and waiters are polite. The atmosphere is cozy, where you want to come again. Saint-Petersburg.
A cozy place with a national flavor, delicious food with a beautiful presentation. Good service, trained staff. I was pleased with the live music, I definitely recommend it!!! A real gastronomic tour, a variety of national dishes, gave an unforgettable taste experience, just a cannon!!! Top for tourists!!!
my group and I abruptly changed the lunch location, so we didn't know what was going to happen, but it was a terribly centralized lunch. the food was delicious and cheesy, but it was very dirty, the appliances were streaked, some kind of wool was found in the ice cream, and there were hairs in the mantas. The toilet is a silent horror, there is no light and there is just a candle
The place is not bad, but not more than 3 points. Small portions, more than a third of the lamb shish kebab was fat. Prices are slightly above average, there is clearly a premium for proximity to the center.
It is located near the Labi House. A cozy atmosphere with a local flavor, the food is delicious, the service is fast. I especially liked the eggplant salad. I recommend you to visit.
the restaurant is very bad, the food is some kind of game, I do not advise you to come here, the food is carried for an hour, they brought lyulya and a hodgepodge of these dishes with the same name!!!
everywhere is dirty, neither the waiters nor the cooks have time to do anything, the most disgusting place!!!!!!!
Chinor is more suitable for tourists who travel in a group. Everything here is designed for flow, but not for the quality of food and service. My husband and I traveled together and became hostages of mass advertising, where this place is considered one of the most popular.
As a result, I want to note several aspects:
- Seating of the guests of the establishment. Initially, we decided to sit on the second floor, but it turned out to be very hot under the canopy. Then, at our request, they tried to transplant us several times, but we always interfered with the planned seating of tourists.
- Food and drinks. I decided to take a win-win option - lamb kebab and mojito. The mojito turned out to be Tarhun lemonade with mint leaves, which surprised me a little. But it seemed to me that it was nothing and I decided to wait for the barbecue. Unfortunately, besides the fact that I waited a very long time for him for 30-40 minutes, he turned out to be half inedible. The portion was small and the main piece turned out to be all fat and streaked, which you can't even really cut through. There was also a small bone that could be overlooked and a tooth broken. The cafe staff assured me that they always have such mutton and ignored my request to replace the kebab.
These are the impressions left by this institution.I am writing a review in order to have fewer disappointed people who want to fully taste the delicious cuisine of Uzbekistan.
It's a nice restaurant. It was delicious, atmospheric, and a violinist played on the day of my visit. I liked all the food very much. The staff is very polite and pleasant. The waiter who served us deserves praise.
Pilaf there, after Samarkand, of course, is not the same... The meat is cut into small pieces, the rice is dry. The room itself is a piece of glass that is being blown. It may be nice there in summer (although if the sun is shining, you'll feel like you're in an aquarium), but in winter, when the wind is blowing, it's better not to take off your outerwear. In general, such a thing. :)
We had lunch at the cafe with very tasty lamb kebabs, pilaf, samsa. Friendly staff, excellent cafe, delicious food. We will definitely recommend it to friends and acquaintances.
The worst barbecue I've ever eaten in Tashkent, Samarkand, and Bukhara. Half of the skewer is fat, the portion is small, the meat is pickled, burnt, waited for 25 minutes.
An interesting restaurant with a terrace on the 2nd floor, which has a better view of the city. In the summer evening, the climate is very good there.
The food is fine, the prices are reasonable, the waiters are normal, the food is prepared quickly enough 15...25 min. They listen to small wishes.
✅Advantages:
It is located in the historical part of the city
Delicious
Large portions
A lot of people means a lot of traffic and everything is fresh
🚫 Cons:
There are a lot of people - it's noisy and there's not always a place where you want to sit down
The staff is shouting from floor to floor
There is no menu - the guys are very diligent in explaining what can be ordered. But it's not very convenient
Price:
The prices are average. Lunch for 4 people (two guys and two girls) came out at 360.000 soums
They don't pay attention to the presence of guests for a long time. And the order takes a long time to arrive, too. We had shish kebab, soup and salad, the portions were small, but generally delicious.
