Despite the fact that they just showed pictures on the menu, they didn't bring what they ordered. They refused. As a result, they brought the same thing (veal basturma), stating in a blue eye that it was mutton kebab. I didn't have the strength to swear anymore.
Of course, the receipt included everything that was brought, not what we ordered.
