Great place, good service, everyone speaks Russian, the hookah is good, a little expensive, but it's worth it. The atmosphere is good. (The place is not easy to find, you need to go to the food Mall, on the second floor there is a sign on the sides "terrace" , you need to go there, go up to the floor and go out and there will be a hookah bar
