I had to wait for the order for more than 30 minutes. The order was assembled incorrectly, and the ordered sauce was not put in. After I clarified about the long wait, it turned out that the order had not started to be made. The cashier behaved disrespectfully and not professionally, the cook began to be rude in response to a question. Not a single employee apologized for the disgusting service.

I ordered a Chicken Briken, it tastes weak: 1 Burger is cold, even a cutlet, it feels like it was made in the morning. 2 The cheese didn't even melt. 3 The saddest thing is the Bun, it is dry and crumbles, in the end I could only eat half, since the bottom bun just fell apart.
French fries are not fried for me, they need to be kept in oil for another 20 seconds somewhere, otherwise it is white and almost no crust is visible.
