I'll start with the main thing - we came together with a girl and decided to order a "grilled chicken for two people", well, especially French fries / homemade as a side dish, which is logical.
As a result, they brought us 1400 g of chopped chicken and this is plus those 400 g of potatoes. I called the administrator in the hope of seeing two people who, in their opinion, are able to eat almost 2 kg of food in one dinner. All her arguments were "you should have clarified the weight of the chicken", but she did not explain why it was on the menu to cover the weight of the chicken with the inscription "for two persons".
Further, they calculate people with "bills" - this piece of paper is comparable in legal value to used toilet paper, i.e. money is driven away with black cash bypassing the tax. The check itself will be sent to the tax inspectorate with a request to conduct a control purchase and a thorough check of the institution's cash flows, because assholes should be punished.
Maintenance, timings:
- serving the menu within 10 minutes
- order acceptance +20 minutes (from the first contact with the waiter)
- take-out + 60 minutes
- it took forever to get the bill, I had to look for a waiter myself
- it takes forever to call the administrator
- wait for the administrator - infinity
- wait for the terminal to be calculated - the terminal with my card is taken away from me to the girl (what the hell?!)
In principle, the table is not monitored - dirty dishes were standing from beginning to end. The table was dirty and we wiped it ourselves with napkins from dust (after the rain).
By the way, about the administrator - this is such an aunt in a T-shirt without any identification marks or badge. Judging by the fact that she left me and went to clear the dishes from the tables, she needs to be dressed by a waiter and put in her designated place.
Onions were stuffed into the "peasant potatoes" without any labels on the menu and warnings.
