We are surprised by the quality of service from the entrance to the delivery of the car, the manager is super! Everything was prompted and explained. The dark receptionist is a very nice girl with a pleasant voice and appearance

To say that I am shocked by this car dealership is to say nothing.
Everything from the beginning of the conversation is just terrible.
In this car dealership, there are no additional services from the word at all - they can't even sell carpets to the salon for the most popular model-they just don't sell them. If you want to get a ready-made car, you will not succeed. You will be given a naked car.
The pre-sale preparation is not just one point-it's just gone into the negative. A car with duct tape on the windows and an unbreakable film on the dashboard.
They will not be able to tone down and install an alarm system here either.
The day before the car was issued, I sent all the documents to the one who will issue and who will pick up. I sent scans of the required powers of attorney - as a result, after the arrival, they just started to draw up a contract and then for the wrong person. Paperwork is as slow as possible. Instead of coming and just signing the documents, we waited another hour for the contract and two hours for registration.
THE managers of the car dealership DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO MAKE INSURANCE WITHOUT WHICH YOU CAN NOT LEAVE THE SALON. We were able to find where to insure only after talking with almost all the employees of the car dealership - and it turns out that this can be done in the backyard of the salon.
All the documents were brought to the manager at exactly 15:00 and knowing that we have been waiting for 4 hours for the issue and that we are 3 meters away from him, he DID NOT SAY ANYTHING and at 15:25 I already came up with accurate information that he had the documents and he did not even apologize, just silently gave the documents.
The management of the car dealership should take note - on this day I talked to a dozen people who bought cars at other car dealerships and everything that happened also came as a shock to them.
I just begged to sell the car to me - the manager stubbornly did not want to sell it to me. I also just begged for additional services to be sold to me - but nothing came of it. I couldn't get any additional services at the salon.
I put a solid stake in this car dealership and do not recommend it to anyone.
