The receptionist is polite and answers your questions, but the cashier did not like the time it is not yet 17:00 for another half hour before the closing of banking services, I was refused to pay for the car, I complained to the authorities and after that they accepted my payment. And so I recommend they have a Notary nearby and most importantly the traffic police are also nearby
