Lali and Dermit! Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness! You have a very cozy, clean and peaceful guest house - a sense of home environment. When we first ordered a room from you, we were very worried about whether we would have a comfortable stay with you (2 families with 2 small children). Earlier in March, we booked a turnkey house, but when we arrived at this house, we were deeply disappointed - the house did not meet its stated requirements at all, as indicated on the website. On the same day, we began to look for a new place of residence and found it difficult - it turned out to be the Guest house "4 seasons". We were not mistaken in our choice - we were very satisfied and satisfied! The guest house and its owners made an unforgettable and warmest impression on us!!! The children are delighted with the clean heated pool, from which they did not climb out on rainy and cloudy days. I would like to say a special thank you to Dermit for the tour he organized perfectly and for the opportunity to try all the most delicious dishes of the national Abkhazian cuisine! And you, Lali, are a very good, kind, responsive hostess! Good luck and prosperity to you!

It's a disgusting place, just like the housewives themselves. The reviews below are the real truth. The hostess asks to cancel the reservation upon arrival. And the price is sharply getting higher. You book for one price, and when you arrive, the price turns out to be 1.5 times higher. There are instructions all over the territory of this holiday home. In the kitchen, in the room, in the toilet. They are everywhere. It was scary to move around the territory so as not to break their rules. There is an on-line list on the shared refrigerator that cannot be stored in the refrigerator. The cooler can only be used during the day. The owners are not kind to everyone. They really drink with someone in the evenings and chat sweetly. We were in a room with a non-working air conditioner, which the owner looked at, but could not do anything with it, and so we lived. Although the price was paid 1.5 times higher with a star. You go out into the territory and it's really uncomfortable. Because there are prohibitions everywhere, the owners are looking out for what you are doing there. The guest house itself is modest, nothing ordinary and over-the-top. I strongly advise against this place. You will be deceived, fooled and you will be like in prison, afraid to leave the room once again
