A couple of months ago, they began to bring frozen steaks, they were thawed and baked, but they stink impossible to eat. OK, we stopped ordering steaks. They also constantly took minced salmon for cutlets for the child, it was delicious and convenient. And they took a lot, often. And that's what was brought to us in the last delivery (photo attached). 40% of the skin. I stood and picked with my hands on one side, then I turn it over, and there's still the same amount! I couldn't resist taking a picture and sent it on Thursday with the question why so?! So in response, they were rude to me that it was a fillet of this color! :)))) I chose it with my hands, obviously. It's just a shock!
I placed an order for delivery on Thursday morning, they said they would be able to bring the order only on Friday, I asked them to bring it before 13.00, since we had to leave.We sent an SMS that delivery is expected from 10.00 to 13.00 and I'm sitting waiting on Friday, it's already 13.20, I'm calling, no one picked up the phone right away, then the girl picked it up and calmly says so, we had a failure and there will be no delivery to your address.Are you serious?I was already delayed for 20 minutes, we planned to take the fish to the cottage, cook it on the grill, because of this, we did not specifically buy other products in advance and did not prepare in any way, in general, they framed me terribly and I faced such a disregard for the first time, I do not want to order anything there in principle anymore and I will not advise anyone.
In general, everything is at the level of "business in the Republic of Belarus." Thank you for the delivery in the Republic of Belarus, the quality of the goods is good (from what I ordered, keta), although the price would certainly like less, but ... as it is. On the whole, I am satisfied.

We ordered a ready-made eel, they said it was fresh...according to the label, the production date is 03.01.24,the packaging date is 17.05.2024 ,the shelf life is 24 and made in China! I did not eat))

My first experience of working with the store is hardly positive. 1. A day after confirming the order, they called back saying that one position had "sailed away". 2. We changed the already agreed delivery day (okay: force majeure). 3. The carcass of the coho was frozen already in July 2022!, there were signs of rust (September 2023 outside the window!) 4. Cod steaks floated in the water after defrosting, and the finished ones turned out to be "rubber". One steak out of five was from the head with the remains of the gills. I do not recommend contacting anyone, you will only lose your time and nerves.
I placed an order in advance and specified the delivery date. 42 hours later, they called and said they would bring it tomorrow. And they don't care what the person ordered in advance, let him wait 42 hours and then we will say that we won't bring it. Unequivocal refusal of delivery and I will not order any more.

They claim and cannot , disgusting service !!!!! It was delivered in 4 days !!! Without calling and confirming the order !But this is just the beginning 😅 out of 5 positions , 2 are not true !!!! And when I informed them , they started to mutate , smear , and freeze , we will change them , etc . and so on , lol !!!!!! The fish has been opened , what they are going to do with it is not clear , maybe for processing , and if there is an infection , it 's creepy , in short , the children are at the helm along the way

We ordered frozen trout. There is only one photo of a whole fish on the site, that is, the color of the fish is not visible. The trout came in a light (milky) color. I Googled, the color of trout can be different depending on its habitat and food. OK. But the fish turned out to have a clear taste of mud (algae). It was impossible to eat it. Two fish ended up in the trash. I will no longer order products from this store.

Three days later, they promised to bring the right caviar and fish in a whole package for exchange. As a result, the courier brought back the same caviar, but did not bring the fish at all. The money was returned. Everything would be fine, but during all the conversations with the manager, they never apologized. Customer focus is close to zero.

Boorish operators (I have been watching since 2019), the delivery is just terrible - the operator promised delivery from 20.30 to 21.00, the courier called for the first time at 23.00! and immediately asked if the delivery was relevant. of course not! The operator didn't even call back anymore! The service level is 0. I think it's time to learn, if there are a lot of orders, take an additional one.couriers… Although, what am I talking about, these are the extra costs for refrigeration equipment, machines, etc. Why?! Let the people "eat" what they have. And we'd rather spend the money on promoting insta and all sorts of "funny" reels.
