A very nice residential complex, large bright rooms, warm, but the price for utilities is appropriate.

A business class house made of brick. Built by the Maple company (a company with good experience and excellent reputation) The area is closed from cars. There are a lot of parking spaces in warm and cold parking lots. There are separate garages. The ceilings are 3 meters high. A compact house, not an anthill. A large sports ground.
