A nice cozy place, you can choose a house depending on your preferences and needs: wooden, stone. The kitchens are shared, where you can cook, there are many areas for eating. The hosts are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The sea is a seven-minute walk away (cross the road and walk through a small strip of Pitsunda pines). Now I wanted to update the review. We come to Abkhazia every year, we live in different places, but we always cut out a few days for the Riviera. Prices in the country are no longer the same as 10-15 years ago, Abkhazia has become much more expensive. Here, the owners do not seek to cash in, do not inflate prices, even for individual houses, without neighbors in the corridor. And the beach alone in this part of Pitsunda is worth a lot! We live in Krasnodar, but for many years we have not traveled to the Kuban coast, where even a standing place is difficult to find on the beach!

I really liked the territory, which has a hammock, a swimming pool, a grill area, many benches with tables where you can come sit and eat your own food, there are dishes, electric stoves, cozy terraces overlooking the territory, well-groomed plants, affectionate cats on the territory, convenient location (literally 5 minutes walk to the sea). That's where the advantages ended. On the hotel's website, which was also clarified by the owner's whatsapp, the presence of a hair dryer in the rooms was indicated. In fact, there are no hair dryers, the staff on request gave out their personal hair dryer for a short time, which was so "powerful" that without his participation the hair dried much faster. There is not a single shelf in the shower in the rooms so that you can put YOUR OWN shower gel and shampoo, since there were no disposable ones, of course, as well as soap. I had to use my own soap, which I took with me for the first time to the hotel with some kind of feeling. When the toilet paper ran out (which was used up for 2/3 of the roll upon check-in), we were forced to contact the staff, to which we received the answer that one roll of paper was issued, and then not a whole one, for two people for 10!!! days. During these 10 days, no one even tried to clean the room, while the entire chandelier was hung with cobwebs, as well as all corners of the room and the boiler in the bathroom. The whole room was littered with some huge flying insects and spiders. The washing machine is one for two rather large buildings, if you need to wash something, be kind enough to stand in line. When we left the hotel, a maid was already standing guard near the room at 10:00, although the room is usually vacated at 12.

We booked a room and transferred funds within a day. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are forced to cancel the reservation. They refused a month and a half before booking. The funds were refused to be returned. By law, the client can cancel the service and collect the prepayment at any time (art . 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, art. 32 303PP) The law provides for the possibility of receiving compensation only for actual expenses incurred, but not for lost profits, which in itself is part of the business risk. Since the service was not actually provided, the transferred amount in this case will be considered unjustified enrichment. 6000 is not a small amount. It's a shame, of course, but let it be a lesson to us, for our trust.
