It's not the first time I've bought Admiral Husso caviar, I'm always happy. I wanted to give my parents a delicious and healthy gift for the New Year, but I didn't have time to come myself. The team arranged delivery right for the holiday — the surprise was a 100% success! On January 3rd, I arrived in person and bought it for myself. The caviar is very tasty, it feels like it's of high quality, even the parents noted it. Thanks! I recommend it!
The quality of red caviar, another product of this company I have not tried, has dropped to the level of "goods from the underpass." Last year's product was top notch, egg to egg, I've been praising it to everyone all year. I bought a large batch of New Year's gifts this year and was very sorry. The cans "have excessive wateriness, the cans differ in the color of the caviar, the caviar is soft and the people I gave it to even had to throw out a couple of cans, they immediately had a strange smell.
I wish this company to continue to grow and develop, while not forgetting about the quality of its products. But I will never buy from them again.
I ordered caviar from this "wonderful" company. I placed the order, received the invoice and paid immediately. However, none of the company's representatives contacted me to confirm the order. Two days later, the courier called and said he could deliver the order. I agreed. Upon receipt, the courier was surprised that I was not going to pay for the order on the spot, and contacted the company's representatives. They, in turn, confirmed that the order was paid for, but you need to pay an additional 15 rubles for delivery.
It is important to note that when placing an order on the website, it was clearly stated that the delivery is free. To my objections, the operator continued to insist that the delivery was paid, and mentioned some special section where it was written. Nothing was sent to me when I was asked to send a screenshot to the messenger. In the end, I paid the courier 15 rubles because I didn't want him to be held hostage by the situation — the courier services were outsourced to the company. The courier himself noted that this is not the first case of such confusion with delivery.
After that, it became interesting for me to check whether it is actually indicated somewhere that the delivery is paid. I repeated the checkout process and at the final stage I saw again that the delivery was listed as free. I took a screenshot and sent it to the company. In response, I was "kindly" offered to make the delivery for free, but the company's reputation had already been destroyed for me. I left 15 rubles as a symbol of their lost reputation.
As for the brand name, I think that the name "Admiral Hussos" would be more correct — it more accurately reflects their policy and approach to customers.
